The Power of Your Love / Is Death an Illusion? / Friday: T. B. A.

Organic
Food for Thought.

There comes a point
in Space and Time,
in a place
that is mine,
where Love
merges with
Reality,
where YOU
are aligned with
the Perfection of
Being.

When
your affection for another
is deep enough,
and your devotion
Treasured
beyond Belief,
the abiding power of your Love
can change
the very nature
of Reality,
and YOU.

                A Pathway is illumined.

Yes,
a profound outpouring
of Love has,
on many occasions,
resulted in Miraculous events
and inexplicable results.

One such Miracle
happens
when two people
fall deeply in
Love,
and Miracle of Miracles:
A Child in Born.

We may not
think of birth
as Miraculous,
but it is widely recognized
as such.

      Miracle of Miracles

When
two people
experience such Love,
a Pathway is illumined
to the Transcendence
of all perception and reason
and even Time itself.

And
the door to this Pathway
may be opened,
and closed,
by YOUR
Heart.

Love
comes
from
within.

            A reflection of God’s desire.

The realm
of Timeless Love
is evidenced by
YOU.
Your Life
is the result
of countless and timeless
phases
of Love’s full Moon,
of God’s strong desire
for Mankind
to march forward
and carry on.

The Power of Love
is the power
over Death.

Love’s
Eternal Quest
to live in a perpetual
state of motion
is indeed
the most powerful thing
in the Universe.

Infinity of Life,
the longing
for Tomorrow,
surpasses all expressions
and all possessions
sheltered in our
desires,
or dreamt of
in our Dreams.

 “Love knows no limit
to its endurance,
no end to its Trust,
no fading of its Hope;
it can outlast anything.
It is, in fact,
the one thing
that still stands
when all else
has fallen.”
1 Corinthians 13 7-8

Our
felt Love
is mirrored in,
and emanates from,
and through
every
act of Compassion,
every
fulfillment of desire
to help others:
the homeless, the sick,
the destitute,
those who feel
lost
and without the Love
needed
to continue Life.

“Death
leaves a heartache
no one can heal,
Love
leaves a memory
not one can
steal.”
Beethoven

Each act of Caring
is a reflection
of God’s desire
to sustain Life,
to extend His Compassion
and share His
Love.

Let us not
simply Love
those around us.
Give them
permission
to Love.

For they may not
truly understand
how much
Life is in Love
with them.
They may
never know
that Life
is Love,
that Love
is the only reason
to live,
and that Love
is the reason
they are
alive.

My Dear Friends,
God is Love,
and so are
YOU.

“I Love thee with a Love
I seemed to lose with my lost Saints,
I Love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my Life!
and, if God choose,
I shall but Love thee better
after death.

Elizabeth Barrett Browning

Love begins
in a moment
and ends
in Eternity.
The Love you share
today
can mirror
the Eternal Love
of God.

Life can leave you
with an all-encompassing sense
of Love,
with a true connection
with everything, everywhere.

We exist
in a continuous and infinite
field of inseparability,
and in constant relationship
with everything.

Our mysterious existence
gives rise to a feeling
of Loving curiosity.
Our desire to become one
with this Mystery
is a Spiritual Love
emanating from a Heartfelt need
to unify
all of Life.

Every thought
we have ever had,
in the seeming privacy
of our own mind,
has been shaped in relationship
with the thoughts
of everyone we have ever known,
and everyone they have ever known,
and on and on and on
it goes.

What we think
is influenced by other people,
and by every experience
we have ever had,
with every living
and every non-living thing
on this precious
Earth,
and by God
in Heaven Above.

Nothing
is separate
from anything else.

We are one.

Humanity
is in the process
of transformative growth
that can lead us
to deep self-reflection.
Our Humanity
can
grow and Blossom
in profound and empowering
ways.

Joao de Deus (John of God)

“We have all been polished
again and again
by the impact of other people’s
rough edges
colliding with our own,
wearing down the irregularities
of our emotional
and mental surfaces, our egos,
hitting our weak points
and causing the occasional fracture.
Through this process,
humanity collectively moves
blow by blow,
back toward our awareness
of the deeper and gem-like perfection
within each of us.”

There are
Infinite ways
to discover True Love,
and Infinite days
for Love
to last.

Yes,
True Love
is destined to last
until we realize,
there is no end
of Time,
for Time
does not exist.
But Love
does.

Love
is the only thing
that truly does
exist.

Goodnight.

                   Love truly does exist.

“Love is the only bow of life’s dark cloud.
It is the Morning and Evening Star.
It shines upon the cradle of the babe,
and sheds its radiance upon the quiet tomb.
It is the Mother of Art,
inspirer of poet, patriot, and philosopher.
It is the air and light of every heart,
builder of every home,
kinder of every fire on every hearth.
It was the first dream of immortality.
It fills the world with melody.
Love is the magician,
the enchanter that changes worthless things to Joy,
and makes right royal Kings of common clay.”
Robert Green Ingersol

Is Death an Illusion?
Evidence Suggests Death
Isn’t the End.

Life is an adventure
that transcends our ordinary
linear way of thinking.

By Robert Lanza M.D.

Biocentrism

After the death of his old friend, Albert Einstein said “Now Besso has departed from this strange world a little ahead of me.
That means nothing.  People like us – know that the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.

Robert Lanza M.D.

New evidence continues to suggest that Einstein was right, death is an illusion.

Our classical way of thinking is based on the belief that the world has an objective observer-independent existence. But a long list of experiments shows just the opposite. We think life is just the activity of carbon and an admixture of molecules: we live awhile and then rot into the ground.

We believe in death because we’ve been taught we die. Also, of course, because we associate ourselves with our body and we know bodies die. End of story.  But biocentrisma new theory of everything, tells us death may not be the terminal event we think.  Amazingly, if you add life and consciousness to the equation, you can explain some of the biggest puzzles of science. For instance, it becomes clear why space and time – and even the properties of matter itself – depend on the observer. It also becomes clear why the laws, forces, and constants of the universe appear to be exquisitely fine-tuned for the existence of life.

Until we recognize the universe in our heads, attempts to understand reality will remain a road to nowhere.

In truth, you can’t see anything through the bone that surrounds your brain. Your eyes are not portals to the world. Everything you see and experience right now‚ even your body, is a whirl of information occurring in your mind. According to biocentrism, space and time aren’t the hard, cold objects we think. Wave your hand through the air – if you take everything away, what’s left? Nothing. The same thing applies for time. Space and time are simply the tools for putting everything together.

Life is an adventure that transcends our ordinary linear way of thinking. When we die, we do so not in the random billiard-ball-matrix but in the inescapable-life-matrix. Life has a non-linear dimensionality;
it’s like a perennial flower that returns to bloom in the multiverse.

“The influences of the senses,” said Ralph Waldo Emerson “has in most men overpowered the mind to the degree that the walls of space and time have come to look solid, real and insurmountable; and to speak with levity of these limits in the world is the sign of insanity.

The Tears and the Rain / Ways To Stay Mentally Healthy – Feel Less Depressed / Friday: Shakespeare Rehearsal at School

The Life of our Love
can sometimes be revealed
in the borderland
between mind and matter.
Shades of our imagination
peer into this inner World.
And now we know,
it can reflect
and create Love.

To laugh with abandon
and feel the Freedom
of pure Joy in Life,
is to awaken
Wisdom,
and let it flow
like a violent, raging river
across the barren plain
of existence.

It can reflect and create Love.

To overcome the
perceived absolutes
that become
barriers to our Beliefs,
Hearts
must sing
with the Birds,
murmur with the
brooks,
rise and fall
with the ebb and flow
of tireless tides,
transform and evolve
with moments
fleeting
and illuminating.

            Moments fleeting and illuminating.

Love
stirs the endless Sea
of Time,
swirls the Stars around,
finds us
dreaming of Sunshine,
when none
can be found.

Once the Heart
softens,
it lets in the
rain.

Oh,
you may think of tears,
but in so many ways,
they are the same,
the tears
and the rain.

God
is everywhere,
in everything.

Yes,
there is a Greater Reality
than we may ever
truly know.

Your Heart is the ground upon which you walk.

My Dear Friends,
Life
is hard price to pay
for Love.

But Hearts
that are Human,
are FULL of
Wonder.
It has
always been.

The rushing rapids
of our fragile
emotions,
can lead us to
no one,
nowhere.
And nowhere
is also
eternity.

“Teach your parents well.
Their children’s hell will slowly go by.
And feed them on your dreams
The one they pick,
the one you’ll know by.
Don’t you ever ask them why.
If they told you, you will cry.
So just look at them and sigh,
And know they Love
YOU.”
Graham Nash

No,
we may never
fully comprehend
the Nature of our
Reality.

But,
isn’t it Wonderful
that what lies beyond
our poor ability
to add or detract,
really exists.
And a spark
of this incomprehensible
Divinity
resides within
each of us,
patiently waiting
to be manifest.

“Do you not know
that your body
is a Temple of the Holy Spirit

who is in you,
whom you have from God,
and that you are not your own?”
– 1 Corinthians 6:19

Ten ways to stay mentally healthy by Celia Dodd

1 Put people before things: spend more time with friends and family. Nurture your relationships.

2 Be authentic: focus on activities you really believe in, whether it’s a hobby, a project at work, a cause.

3 Don’t measure success in how much you earn or what possessions you own.

4 Set yourself challenging but achievable goals, both short term and long-term.

5 When you achieve a goal, Celebrate it.

6 Learn something new. (Get some ideas what you could learn online.)

7 Volunteer – or just do something simple to help someone. Studies show clear links between volunteering and psychological well being. But don’t be a martyr: choose something you really enjoy.

8 Exercise outside every day.

9 Don’t beat yourself up when things go pear-shaped. Treat yourself with the same compassion you’d treat a loved one. Accept that everyone mucks things up sometimes.

10 At the end of every day make a list of three things you feel grateful for, or things that went well that day.

               Love swirls the Stars around.

In an environment where stress is the norm, it’s important to be aware of warning signs that anxiety is beginning to slide out of control. Sleeping badly, for example, or drinking more than usual, or flying off the handle for no good reason.

It’s easy to assume you’re the only one who isn’t coping with stress – and that you should be coping.

“So many people carry on striving to avoid facing up to the fact that they’re under constant pressure,” says Mark Williamson. “Just giving yourself the space to stop and notice can help.”

Eight natural ways to feel less depressed

by Xenia Taliotis

1 Eat right

Beware the three false gods: booze, caffeine and sugar. They are not your friends, no matter how much they pretend to be. They’ll pick you up, and then drop you from the high they’ve taken you to. Your true friends are water; selenium-rich foods such as eggs, brazil nuts and unrefined grains; proteins, including meat, fish, poultry, legumes and quinoa; and the all-round hero, the Mediterranean diet.

A study published some years back by University College London, which followed 3,500 people over five years, showed that those who followed a Mediterranean diet were 30 per cent less likely to become depressed than those who didn’t.

If there’s a better lunch buffet to be had in Fort Worth, we haven’t found it. Byblos Lebanese Restaurant, located in Fort Worth at 1406 N. Main St., lays out a delicious spread of Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Introduce yourself to our very dear friend and owner, Marios Hedary.
Without his kind assistance in the past, the Anderson Private School simply would not exist. By the way, this is our favorite place to dine!!

2 Laugh

Laughter – even fake laughter – releases a surge of stress-busting endorphins into your bloodstream. Even of you don’t have anything to laugh about and remain immune to the best-worst of Basil Fawlty and David Brent, you can still have a go at faking it. Your mind will thank you for it, and so will your body, thanks to the boost in oxygen and the cardiovascular workout (yes really). If you’d like to do it as part of a group, join a laughter club. laughteryoga.org. There are hundreds nationwide.

3 Connect with other people

Dr Steve Ilardi, author of The Depression Cure, says that one of the most damaging aspects of depression is the fact that it makes us withdraw from others. According to him, our brains treat mental illness much as they would a physical one, urging us to retreat until we feel better, when what we really need when we’re low is company. So fight the impulse to switch off the phone and dive under the duvet and instead arrange to meet a friend.

4 Learn something new

If you’re in a rut, ploughing the same furrow will only take you deeper down that hole, so give your brain something new to think about. Learning a new skill, a new language, or even how to master all the functions on your smartphone can make you feel better about yourself and give you a sense of achievement.

Clinical psychologist Dr Linda Blair advocates learning to bake: “Baking is an antidote for the hectic approach we take to living. I would encourage anyone who is stressed or burnt out to start baking.” (Easy on the sugar, obviously; I refer you to point 1.)

But if baking is not for you, the University of the Third Age, u3a.org.uk is a great place to start. It provides “life-enhancing opportunities” for retired and semi-retired people and operates on a local level, so there’s bound to be a group near you.

5 Give more Love

Loving something or someone is one of the best things you can do for your mental health. If you don’t have a partner, and friends and children have moved away and you don’t know what to do with your love, find something you really enjoy doing. Or, even better, get a pet, or volunteer your time to someone who needs your care. Looking after someone or something will shift your focus and could lift you out of the doldrums.

The amazing Cinnamon Trust, cinnamon.org.uk matches volunteers with elderly or terminally ill pet owners who need help looking after their pets. You could have all the pleasure of walking someone else’s dog – and the accompanying health benefits – with none of the responsibilities of ownership.

6 Be active

Nothing slows down your brain’s recovery faster than slowing down your body. You don’t need to run or bootcamp or do anything more strenuous than walk, preferably every day (but failing that, at least five days a week). The NHS recommends 10,000 steps spread throughout each day. Walk It walkit.com is a city route planner that shows you the best way of getting from where you are to where you want to be, while tracking your calorie burn and step count. Walk 4 Life walk4life.info can help you find walks, and people to walk with.

7 Change your mind

Marcus Aurelius, the second century Roman Emperor, said: “The whole universe is change and life itself is but what you deem it.” In other words, life is all about perception. We can’t change any of the awful things that happen to us, but what we can try to change is how we think of them.

Rewiring the brain in this way and accepting situations is hard work, but it can be done with practice and through meditation, which teaches people how to stop automatic thought processes. There are many excellent apps available to get you started, including Buddify (£3.99, buddify.com) and Headspace’s freebie starter app. headspace.com

8 Challenge yourself

Angela Padmore, author of Challenging Depression and Despair, argues that people are often too soft on themselves, and that they need to “get a grip”. This sounds harsh, but it needn’t be.

A brilliant clinical psychologist I know, Dr Mary Burgess at University College London Hospitals, taught me a very simple and effective trick to use whenever I’m wallowing or thinking destructive thoughts, which is this: I just ask myself “Is this helpful?”.

If the answer is no, as it invariably is, then I stop that thinking and move on to something else. Logic is a powerful tool. Use it to challenge your negative thoughts.

Then you can take action to prevent anxiety escalating. Simple steps like cutting down on caffeine and alcohol, setting aside 30 minutes a day for yoga or meditation and reassessing your priorities can be highly effective in tackling stress.

When things go wrong, what matters is how you treat yourself. Recent research into self-esteem found that people who have ‘self-compassion’ cope more robustly when things go wrong.

They still feel bad, but they treat themselves kindly. They don’t agonize or disparage themselves, but instead accept that everyone makes a mess of things sometimes.

                   There is a Greater Reality.

In The Fertile Fields / Reduce Blood Pressure Naturally / Friday: Engineering Week at the Museum of Science & Hist.

In the fertile fields
of our thoughts,
our feelings
and our dreams,

Flowers

have been steadily
growing,
watered by tears
still flowing,
over the graves
of those who left
unknowing,
how very much
we Loved
them.

     Flowers have been steadily growing.

When I
consider all the Love
I have known,
I am brought to
tearful appreciation.

In the chilly hours
of uncertainty,
old memories
can burn,
and leave one
to yearn.

It is then
we need to remember,
the Door never
closes,
our fear of Death never
discloses,
that we are older
than our fears,
and
younger than our
years,
that Love
is always just a heartbeat away –
the Heart
that beats within
another,
for you.

“Just like a Flower
that can shatter a stone,
the same can apply to Love
that can shatter
a hardened and fearful
Heart.”

Debra Esterline

We appear to be
separated
by a common
destiny,
but the material
plane of illusion
only reflects
you and me.

Many decisions
seem to be based
more and more
on emotion,
rather than thought
and reason,
and Prayer
and
FAITH.

Our emotions are,
often,
inadequate for dealing with
the stress
induced by superficial
and illusory
expectations
and constraints.

Yes,
we do unreasonable
and dangerous things.
Unbelievably,
we teach to a
test,
and not
to the Heart.

             The material plane of illusion.

My Dear Friends,
it does not matter
what a child has
learned,
if that precious Child
abandons all Hope.

Nothing learned
will matter,
then.

As the world evolves
to become more complex
and irrational,
we fail to realize
how very fragile we are
and dependent
upon complex interactions.

We become
more and more ignorant
about what is truly happening.
We know next to nothing
about dependency,
or each other.

Rarely,
have we appreciated
our ignorance.

As our lack of awareness,
remains unchallenged,
we stagnate
in the infancy of understanding,
and do not know,
that we do not know,
the answers.

Nobody really knows.

But,
the answers

are there.

Awareness of ignorance is the beginning of Wisdom.                    – Socrates

From every moment,
and from this moment on,
we have been
truly Blessed.

Within
the folds and flow
of fervent Prayer,
lies
the Sweet Bright Body
of Truth.

Brightly shinning,
the Vibrancy of the
Word of God
leaves the colors
of lessor words,
to fade
without a sound.

The Sweet Bright Body of Truth.

We cannot
depend
upon our judgement
alone.
We
are only
Human.

God
is with you,
and within.

Place your
Trust
where it
belongs.

“Likewise
the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities:

for we know not
what we should pray for

as we ought:
but the Spirit itself
maketh intercession for us

with groanings which cannot be uttered.”
Romans 8:26

May God Bless you
and Abide with you
on your inner Journey,
through which we move
from sound to silence,
from plurality to unity,
and from the imperfections
of ourselves and our World around us,
to the Beautiful Presence
of the Divine within.

Goodnight.

12 ways to reduce your blood pressure naturally
By
Chris Woollams
(Former Oxford University Biochemist
and founder of CANCERactive)

January 15, 2018

Do not smoke – there’s clear research showing this puts up blood pressure
Don’t be overweight – research shows that a controlled weight loss program reduces blood pressure. Your waistline size is also linked directly to blood pressure!

Take aerobic exercise – run, walk, jog, swim. Regular daily exercise for 45 minutes where you get out of breath is what’s required.

Avoid Stress – Stress has a devastating effect on blood pressure. Pinpoint your stress triggers, and try to cut those people and things out of your life. Make time to relax and calm down. Plan your week better, include times when you work, times when you relax, times when you are enjoying other interests.

Eat a Rainbow Diet – people who stick most closely to the Rainbow Diet avoid 11 chronic illnesses that beset the Western World – one being high blood pressure. Most notable factors are:

Avoid salt – higher sodium levels in the body are linked to higher blood pressure. You should cut foods such as Chinese meals, sausages, bacon, dried meats, salted nuts and crisps. You should focus on potassium-rich foods (avocado, banana, spinach, sweet potato, apricots, pomegranate) and magnesium-rich foods (almonds, figs, spinach, dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds). Eat fresh, not processed or packaged foods.

Eat more colorful vegetablesGlutathione in vegetables and fruits reduces blood pressure; Beetroot, for example, has been shown to reduce blood pressure levels by 5 points, as it contains nitrate which converts to nitric oxide, which dilates arteries. Watermelon contains citrulline and does the same; arginine is found in pumpkin seeds and pulses and reduces blood pressure. Other nitrate containing foods include green leafy vegetables, celery, fennel and broccoli.

Eat more soluble fibre foodsoats, barley, nuts, seeds and legumes (pulses) are the favorite foods of good gut bacteria and their consumption is linked to lowered blood sugar, lowered estrogen levels and lowered blood pressure.

Eat more Mediterranean foodsExtra Virgin Olive Oil, oily fish, pomegranate, flaxseed, garlic, onions – all these have proven benefits in reducing blood pressure.

Enjoy Sunshine – We all know you increase blood levels of vitamin D if you lie in the sunshine. But did you know our levels of serotonin increase and that generates happy hormones, cutting stress, and nitric oxide reducing blood pressure.

Caffeine – think coffee increases your blood pressure? Actually, the jury is out. In some people it does; in regular drinkers it doesn’t seem to.

and nights so bright.

What Peace?

‘Tis for Love and Charity,
Resides within, away from the vanity
That kills poverty and builds Humanity.
Come; adore Peace
to cure its infirmity?

Peace is neither sulky nor bulky,
but agile.
Human Heart that we have
is very
fragile.

                           Very fragile.

Magnesium: The cure to all disease?

Some consumers take products for which there is no medical indication at all – it’s intended as “primary prevention” of a medical condition they believe they can avoid through supplement use. Afraid of macular degeneration? Take lutein. Or worried about Alzheimer’s? Grab some ginkgo biloba. No matter your anxiety, there’s a supplement marketed for you.

One supplement with enduring popularity is magnesium.  It cures cancer. And depression. Throw away your inhalers, because it cures asthma too. Read enough online, and you’ll conclude that magnesium is quite possibly the prevention and the cure to all disease.

Does magnesium have medicinal effects when consumed?

In medical and pharmacy practice, it has several demonstrated uses – the most well known are probably as an antacid or laxative. Good old milk of magnesia (MOM) works because magnesium is partially absorbed – enough stays in the bowel, drawing water into the colon and softening and dislodging anything below.  Injectable magnesium, sold as a prescription drug,  allows large doses to be given quickly, and is used for the treatment of preeclampsia (pregnancy-induced hypertension) and eclampsia (the resulting seizures) – it’s well tolerated and better than other drugs.  Magnesium also seems to be effective for treating some forms of arrhythmia, as well as asthma exacerbations. Some types of migrane and cluster headaches also seem to respond to magnesium supplements.

Magnesium really is everywhere in the body – it’s the 4th most abundant mineral. It’s involved in hundreds of different biochemical reactions and enzyme systems, supporting processes like protein synthesis, cell growth, and energy production. It has roles in nerve function, muscle control, and blood pressure. Even blood sugar regulation depends on magnesium.

Boosting magnesium intake through dietary changes.

Helpfully, foods rich in magnesium are already recommended in diets associated with positive health outcomes: Green vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds are all good sources of magnesium.

Brain cancer incidence, cellphone use, and trends data

Electromagnetic Radiation Safety
by Joel M. Moskowitz, Ph.D.

Hardell and Carlberg (2015) reported that brain tumor rates have been increasing in Sweden based upon the Swedish National Inpatient Registry data.  Hardell and Carlberg (2017) reported that brain tumors of unknown type increased from 2007-2015, especially in the age group 20-39 years of age. According to the authors, “This may be explained by higher risk for brain tumor in subjects with first use of a wireless phone before the age of 20 years taking a reasonable latency period.”

The Deeper Meanings of Life / 10 Love-Filled Ways to Live From Your Heart / Important Dates

Our brief moment in space
  can come to be
such a lonely place.

When
in the melodious refrain

of our lives,
as we kiss each day
goodbye,
we may never fully realize
just how much
we simply cannot
see.

For God Is Glorified
by you and me
becoming alive
in a Heart
that belongs to someone
other than
Thee.

There is a Sacredness to all Life.

Deep down inside,
we may never know why
the deeper meanings
of Life
pass us by.

My Dear Friends,
if we stumble and fall,

after giving Life
it all,
to fail is a right,
we defend.
And if in falling,
we lift
but one precious Soul
above the place
where eyes meet eyes,
then
Life was worth
the living,
and Love
worth giving.

Imperfection
is part
of the very Fabric
of Life.
And the celebration
of Life
is in the
healing.

The sound of Music,
the Song of our Lives,
joins in celebration,
and was long ago
found to be
one of the World’s first medicines
used to cure illness,
attending the Spirit
as it was
reborn.

How much we simply cannot see.

To catch someone
whenever they fall,
pours Sacred Water
on the Soil of Being,
with every teardrop
that falls.

For
the end

of the World,
  can be the beginning
of it all.

“There is no end.
There is no beginning.
There is only
the Infinite passion
of Life.”
Federico Fellini

 There is a
Sacredness to all
Life.

The deeper meanings of Life pass us by.

It is so amazing
how the Words of the Lord
can speak right to the Heart,
how they can
Light up the dark.

God’s Words are proven
to be true and full of Wisdom.

“Every Word of God is pure:
He is a shield unto them
that put their trust in Him.”
Prov. 30:5

In Love
and Eternally mine,
the Love of God

finds that we live
in each other’s Heart,
we are One,
we are the same.

Our Heavenly Father
and His Child
that you are,

dwell in ONE World.
He
holds us within
His Sacred Heart,
as He lives
in yours
and mine.

Love is what you are.

In
the ebb and flow

of emotions
tides,
we may seemingly become
oceans away.

But ever you can feel
  the Love of today,
and ever hear
what it has to say.
For no true Love
  was ever a lie,
and neither
did it die.

Get Love
into your world
and let it hold you
within.
For God is
Love,
and Love is
what you are.

Goodnight.

“I name it silence.
Some people say self, or love, or fullness.
It is actually life itself.”
Gangaji

10 Love-Filled Ways to Live From Your Heart
read more

Living from the heart is incredibly relaxing. You stop using your mind to analyze, plan, organize, and figure everything out. What a relief! As you let go of all of that mind activity, you are able to relax into presence, where there is no trouble and no resistance.

When you live from the Heart, you begin to touch into the universal experience of love. Love is the source of everything – the fabric which makes up our very existence.

Sure, there are many waves in the ocean, but they all are made up of the same thing. Play with letting go of your individual self and live from the eternal ocean of love.

  1. Ask, “What would love do?” In any situation, look for the response that is peaceful and free of stress. Put aside your fears and conditioned habits, and let love guide you.
    .
  2. Let love pervade every conversation. Can you not take your relationships for granted and be more openly loving? Even when things get tense, drop away from your emotional reaction and melt back into love.
    .
  3. Treat yourself like gold. When it comes to love, you are included, too. Tune into what you need and let yourself have it. Live as stress-free a life as possible.
    .
  4. Be here now. Spinning stories in your mind about things that have happened in the past and what might happen in the future take you away from what is here right now. When you are stuck in your mind, it is impossible to be fully in touch with the love that is here. Let your attention explore this very moment. Open your senses, open your heart, and live from there.
    .
  5. Become aware of the oneness of love. Consider this: what if looking out of your eyes is the same as what is looking out of everyone else’s eyes. When you meet an “other,” you are actually meeting the essence of yourself. When you understand this, love is impossible to deny. Check it out with the next person you speak to.
    .
  6. Don’t obsessively plan. In fact, only plan when absolutely necessary. Planning is in the mind, and when you realize how little planning you actually need, there is space to recognize that you are alive right now. And in that aliveness, let your Heart glow.
    .
  7. Make hard choices. When you live from the heart, you begin to be very honest with yourself. You may realize that certain situations or people aren’t working for you. Likewise, you will see your own tendencies that don’t serve. Sometimes, the most loving response you can make is a kind but firm, “No.”
    .
  8. Honor your personality quirks. A funny thing happens when you live from the Heart. As conditioning falls away, your natural gifts and inclinations have space to be expressed. Let your creativity flow in whatever way it wants to. Go where you are guided, learn what you want to learn, enjoy yourself in all your activities.
    .
  9. Bring boundless acceptance to your moment-to-moment experience. Be a kind host to all the emotions and reactions that visit you. The more you resist, the more trouble you will have. Say, “Hello” and let it be.
    .
  10. Get to know the unconditioned, totally free you. When you relax away from all your conditioned habits, you will discover formless space that is clear, open, and inherently loving. Begin to become familiar with this space, as it is the essence of you. Listen, let it guide you. Live here.
    .

In any moment you have a choice – the head or the Heart, inauthenticity or truth, distraction or love. Play around with living more in your Heart. Don’t be shy. Let love in, and life’s greatest treasures will be revealed.

Telomeres
are deeply engaged in our lifetime.
As we Humans age,
Telomeres shorten, which leads to aging.
The Telomere is influenced by Telomerase.
Please take note:
Artificially nudging up Telomerase
could increase the risks of cancers.
So what are we supposed to do?

Don’t worry.
We can control Telomerase
by our mind and lifestyle.

Deep peace of the flowing air to you.
Deep peace of the quiet earth to you.
Deep peace, deep peace.

Deep peace of the sleeping stones to you.
Deep peace of the wandering wind to you.
Deep peace of the flock of stars to you.

Goodnight.

According to studies, relaxing has phenomenal health benefits. These include reducing stress, insomnia and also discouraging the development of cancer and heart diseases. These benefits aside, it is just a good thing to relax. Urmet Seepter discusses some of the natural drinks that you can take to calm your nerves and relax.

Drinks that Will Relax Your Nerves

By

1. Pure Coconut Water

Although coconut water has been associated more with its energy-boosting capabilities, it can also help you sleep better. It is an excellent source of magnesium and potassium, the two ingredients that helps muscles relax. Potassium and magnesium also regulate digestion and improve blood circulation. A small cup of coconut water is richer in potassium than 2 bananas. Also, coconut water is rich in B vitamins that help reduce stress and can also lessen the risks of lower blood pressure and heart attack. It is one of the best remedies you can drink to calm your nerves naturally.

2. Warm Or Hot Milk

Hot or even warm milk is great for a person who feels that his nerves are shot and they want to fall asleep. Milk contains an amino acid known as tryptophan and this is what helps you calm your nerves. If you want sweet antioxidant boost, mix it with a little honey. Next time you are unable to calm your nerves, just drink warm or hot milk. It can work wonders.

3. Tart Cherry Juice

According to studies, drinking tart cherry juice has overwhelming benefits to your body. Some of its advantages include reducing inflammation associated with arthritis and heart disease, encouraging normal levels of uric acid (this can ease gout), lowering blood cholesterol, encouraging healthy joints and improving muscle recovery.

It also has great sleep advantages in addition to promoting a lovely skin. It is common to see some of the best athletes take this drink in the middle of their performances. You may not be a world-beating athlete but if you include this drink in your daily regimen, it will do you good especially with relaxing.

4. Herbal Teas

There are many herbal teas that can help your anxiety.
However, it is important that whatever tea you choose to take, it should not contain caffeine. Below are the common herbal teas that you can drink to calm your nerves.

  • Kava. This is by far the best known herbal tea for dealing with anxiety. Many times, its effects are likened to those of Buspar, a common anxiety drug, and it appears to possess all the traits of a herbal remedy. This includes being non-addictive, completely natural as well as the fact that it can be consumed whenever needed. However, it is instructive to take note of a few things regarding kava tea. Firstly, the kava tea bought at your local grocery store is not good enough to relax you. While the basic teas provide only 30-50 kavalactones, you need up to 300 or more for you to see any calming effects. The trick is to find a purer herbal tea, such as those that are normally stocked in tea shops. Also, it is advisable to mix it with a drink that contains fats, like coconut milk or butter.Another thing is that kava is very strong and is likely to interact with certain medications. Also, never take it with alcohol. If you have liver disease, kava tea is not for you. NB! This drink must not be taken without a doctor’s nod.
    .
  • Passionflower Tea. Passionflower tea works similar to kava. However, it is not strong the way kava is but has lots of benefits. It offers great calming effects the same way kava does but it does not have the side effects associated with kava.
    .
  • Valerian Root Tea. This type of herbal tea is not necessarily designed for anxiety. However, it still has the calming effects that can soothe anxiety symptoms. Traditionally, valerian tea was used to aid people in sleeping. Many people who suffer from insomnia use valerian root tea to help them catch a few winks of sleep.

5. Oat Straw

Oat straw may be good for you if you want something to drink to calm your nerves. It is a well known remedy that has been used over the years to cure exhaustion and depression. However, this is not a magic drink that will relieve you of your anxiety in an instant. It must be taken for some time, like a month, for it to have calming effects on you. You can find it in stores that sell natural remedies and herbs.

6. Green Tea

Green tea has many health benefits, and one of these is stress relief. The reason for its stress relief is mainly because of theanine it contains, an important calming agent. Like the herbal teas above, it is important that you drink decaffeinated green tea. Caffeine is in fact a stimulant and cannot produce the calming effects that you need.

7. Honey-Infused Drinks

If, for some reason, you cannot use herbal teas, just take any of the drinks mentioned above and infuse them with honey for roughly two weeks. When you feel ready to drink a cup, just mix a table spoon of honey or tea mixture into hot water, hot milk or coconut water and drink it up. It will calm your nerves and help you relax.

Relaxing is important for a healthy person. However, the busy lifestyles that most of us find ourselves in today deprive us of time to relax. But the good news is that there are indeed natural drinks that you can take to calm your nerves.

Everywhere I look / Questions for Deep Reflection / Important Dates

                         The allure of the unknown.

There is more
Majesty
in Mystery,
than in
knowing,
more Time
in a moment of
Wonder,
than in certainty,
drawn asunder.

Knowing
possesses innate limitations,
while
never knowing,
contains elements
of the Eternal,
and the allure
of the unknown.

                            We long to comprehend.

Deeply embedded
within our desire
to know,
dwells
a more deeply seated
need,
to accept
the unknown.

Yes,
we long to comprehend
the unfathomable Mysteries
of the Universe.

  But so often
as we look back,
what began with a deep focus,
faded to
black.

                               Everywhere we look.

But,
everywhere we look,
God’s Love
we find.
Victory belongs to the
power
of this Love.
Christ came to bring us
that message.

My Friends,
when our Time
on Earth
is through,
the only thing
that will truly matter,
is that someone Loved
YOU.

The only thing that will truly matter.

As science and technology
permeate more and more
dimensions unknown,
and our consciousness
opens wide the door
for the “unnatural”
to become more and more
of the “natural”,
our separation from
the Beautiful World of Nature
will widen
evermore.

The Majesty of Mystery
gives us connection
to Life itself.
The reason
is Beautifully
Mysterious.

 “All our knowledge
brings us nearer to our
ignorance
.

And all our ignorance brings us nearer to
death.

But nearer to death,
no nearer to God.

Where is the life,’ he asks,
‘that we have lost in living?’
It is possible, is it not, to lose Life
while you are living it.”
T. S. Elliot

Yesterday, by The Beatles

Interestingly,
a Japanese researcher,
Mr. Emoto,
has studied water crystals
and observed the molecular changes    in water
resulting from our thoughts,               our words
and even our music.
Loving and happy thoughts
form Beautiful crystalline patterns,
and hateful and unhappy thoughts
form distorted crystalline patterns.

Positive thoughts create
positive realities.

Heartbreak Hotel,  by Elvis Presley

The research of Mr. Emoto
indicates that consciousness
permeates all things,
even and especially,
us.

According to H.H. Mitchell
in the Journal of Biological Chemistry, the brain and Heart
are composed of 73% water,
the lungs are about 83% water,
the skin 64% water,
muscles and kidneys 79%,
and our bones are 31% water.

Little wonder
that our very fragile,
water born bodies
are highly susceptible
to damage due to
our separation from the positive
and Beautiful World of Nature,
as so many precious lives
fade to

Is has been well established
that Psycho-social and environmental
stress factors contribute to
self-destructive behavior.
And the environment
WE created
is replete with
many causes of
stress.
It seems
that we forgot
what Life is truly
all about.

you

My Dear Parents,
precious is the sound
a child hears,
when you say
out of Love,
NO.
This far
you may come
and no farther
.

To know
this sound belongs
to me,
coming through you
from Above,
is to know
another way
you say the word,
Love.

Eternity
lies enfolded within
a Sacred
sigh
of relief,
knowing your child
is safe,
within the sound of your voice,
and Joyfully living
between two beats
of your Heart,
the one past
and the one

Eternity
lies between
not knowing,
and knowing,
YOU

Eternity

Questions
for Deep Reflection
from Job 38:5-39

“Where were you when I laid the Earth’s foundation?
Tell me, if you understand.

Who marked off its dimensions?
Surely you know!
Who stretched a measuring line across it?

On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone,
while the     morning stars sang together and all the Angels shouted for Joy?
“Who shut up the sea behind doors when it burst forth from the Womb
when I made the clouds its garment and wrapped it in thick darkness,
when I fixed limits for it and set its doors and bars in place,
when I said,This far you may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves halt’?

“Have you ever given orders to the Morning, shown the Dawn its place,
that it might take the Earth by the edges and shake the wicked out of it?  The Earth takes shape like clay under a seal; its features stand out like those of a garment.
The wicked are denied their light, and their upraised arm is broken.
“Have you journeyed to the springs of the sea or walked in the recesses of the deep?
Have the gates of death been shown to you?
Have you seen the gates of the deepest darkness?

Have you comprehended the vast expanses of the Earth?
Tell me, if you know all this
“What is the way to the abode of Light?
And where does darkness reside?

Can you take them to their places?
Do you know the paths to their dwellings?

Surely you know, for you were already born! You have lived so many years!

“Have you entered the storehouses of the snow
or seen the storehouses of the hail
which I reserve for times of trouble, for days of war and battle?
What is the way to the place where the lightning is dispersed,
or the place where the east winds are scattered over the Earth?

Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain, and a path for the thunderstorm,
to water a land where no one lives, an uninhabited desert,  to satisfy a desolate wasteland and make it sprout with grass?
Does the rain have a Father? Who Fathers the drops of dew?

From whose Womb comes the ice?
Who gives birth to the frost from the Heaven
when the waters become hard as stone, when the surface of the deep is frozen?
“Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades? Can you loosen Orion’s belt?

Can you bring forth the Constellations in their seasons or lead out the Bear with its cubs?

Do you know the Laws of the Heavens?
Can you set up God’s Dominion over the Earth?

“Can you raise your voice to the clouds and cover yourself with a flood of water?

Do you send the lightning bolts on their way? Do they report to you, ‘Here we are’?
Who gives the Ibis wisdom or gives the rooster understanding?
Who has the Wisdom to count the clouds?
Who can tip over the water jars of the Heavens

when the dust becomes hard and the clods of Earth stick together?
“Do you hunt the prey for the Lioness
and satisfy the hunger of the Lions?
Job 38:5-39
