My Friends,
there is
a Truth in

The silence of
knowing
that Love abides,
enters the Heart,
and there
it thrives.

Humankind

the materialized Dream,
the Vision seen,

Every footnote
of our mysterious Human History,
written or unseen,
focused upon a plane
of illusion.
For we refused to see
the reflections of
our Creator

We were
many layers of knowledge

Today.

No one
could have even imagined
the computer age,
the bizarre and unnatural
implications of Quantum Mechanics,

She was awarded the Nobel Prize

for the discovery of how chromosomes
are protected by Telomeres
and the enzyme Telomerase.

She is currently the President
of the Salk Institute for Biological Studies.

Telomeres
are deeply engaged in our lifetime.
As we Humans age,
Telomeres shorten, which leads to aging.
The Telomere is influenced by Telomerase.
Please take note:
Artificially nudging up Telomerase
could increase the risks of cancers.
So what are we supposed to do?

Don’t worry.
We can control Telomerase
by our mind and lifestyle.

“Deep peace of the running wave to you.
Deep peace of the flowing air to you.
Deep peace of the quiet earth to you.
Deep peace, deep peace.

Deep peace of the sleeping stones to you.
Deep peace of the wandering wind to you.
Deep peace of the flock of stars to you.
Deep peace, deep peace.

Pure red of the whirling flame to you.
Pure white of the silver moon to you.
Pure green of the emerald grass to you.
Deep peace, deep peace.”

The material World,

of another wonderland
of Love.

Possessing the Spirit of a Child.

My Dear Parents,
as we cradle
our precious Child
in arms warm
and inviting,
and look into
the only eyes
that ever truly will see
what will be,
we are separated
by a common destiny,
as our Sacred Children
one day will look back
at you and me,
and this wondrous
moment.

Possessing the Spirit
of a Child
is an indispensable condition
for entrance into the Kingdom
of God,
not Earthly possessions
or Worldly greatness,
but the simplicity,
naturalness,
the upward look of tenderness
in the
Life of a Child,
the Child Spirit.

The nature of a Child
is revelation
of the Divine Nature.

“Verily I say unto you,
except ye be converted,
and become as little Children,
ye shall not enter into
the Kingdom of Heaven.”
Matthew 18:3

As we seek
answers
to questions unseen,
look to the tender,
hitherto unseen,
the one
who held your hand
as you presumed
to lead,
but who showed you
the way.
Yes,
the Child
of your many
Dreams.

Goodnight.

According to studies, relaxing has phenomenal health benefits. These include reducing stress, insomnia and also discouraging the development of cancer and heart diseases. These benefits aside, it is just a good thing to relax. Urmet Seepter discusses some of the natural drinks that you can take to calm your nerves and relax.

Drinks that Will Relax Your Nerves

By

1. Pure Coconut Water

Although coconut water has been associated more with its energy-boosting capabilities, it can also help you sleep better. It is an excellent source of magnesium and potassium, the two ingredients that helps muscles relax. Potassium and magnesium also regulate digestion and improve blood circulation. A small cup of coconut water is richer in potassium than 2 bananas. Also, coconut water is rich in B vitamins that help reduce stress and can also lessen the risks of lower blood pressure and heart attack. It is one of the best remedies you can drink to calm your nerves naturally.

2. Warm Or Hot Milk

Hot or even warm milk is great for a person who feels that his nerves are shot and they want to fall asleep. Milk contains an amino acid known as tryptophan and this is what helps you calm your nerves. If you want sweet antioxidant boost, mix it with a little honey. Next time you are unable to calm your nerves, just drink warm or hot milk. It can work wonders.

3. Tart Cherry Juice

According to studies, drinking tart cherry juice has overwhelming benefits to your body. Some of its advantages include reducing inflammation associated with arthritis and heart disease, encouraging normal levels of uric acid (this can ease gout), lowering blood cholesterol, encouraging healthy joints and improving muscle recovery.

It also has great sleep advantages in addition to promoting a lovely skin. It is common to see some of the best athletes take this drink in the middle of their performances. You may not be a world-beating athlete but if you include this drink in your daily regimen, it will do you good especially with relaxing.

4. Herbal Teas

There are many herbal teas that can help your anxiety.
However, it is important that whatever tea you choose to take, it should not contain caffeine. Below are the common herbal teas that you can drink to calm your nerves.

  • Kava. This is by far the best known herbal tea for dealing with anxiety. Many times, its effects are likened to those of Buspar, a common anxiety drug, and it appears to possess all the traits of a herbal remedy. This includes being non-addictive, completely natural as well as the fact that it can be consumed whenever needed. However, it is instructive to take note of a few things regarding kava tea. Firstly, the kava tea bought at your local grocery store is not good enough to relax you. While the basic teas provide only 30-50 kavalactones, you need up to 300 or more for you to see any calming effects. The trick is to find a purer herbal tea, such as those that are normally stocked in tea shops. Also, it is advisable to mix it with a drink that contains fats, like coconut milk or butter.Another thing is that kava is very strong and is likely to interact with certain medications. Also, never take it with alcohol. If you have liver disease, kava tea is not for you. NB! This drink must not be taken without a doctor’s nod.
    .
  • Passionflower Tea. Passionflower tea works similar to kava. However, it is not strong the way kava is but has lots of benefits. It offers great calming effects the same way kava does but it does not have the side effects associated with kava.
    .
  • Valerian Root Tea. This type of herbal tea is not necessarily designed for anxiety. However, it still has the calming effects that can soothe anxiety symptoms. Traditionally, valerian tea was used to aid people in sleeping. Many people who suffer from insomnia use valerian root tea to help them catch a few winks of sleep.

5. Oat Straw

Oat straw may be good for you if you want something to drink to calm your nerves. It is a well known remedy that has been used over the years to cure exhaustion and depression. However, this is not a magic drink that will relieve you of your anxiety in an instant. It must be taken for some time, like a month, for it to have calming effects on you. You can find it in stores that sell natural remedies and herbs.

6. Green Tea

Green tea has many health benefits, and one of these is stress relief. The reason for its stress relief is mainly because of theanine it contains, an important calming agent. Like the herbal teas above, it is important that you drink decaffeinated green tea. Caffeine is in fact a stimulant and cannot produce the calming effects that you need.

7. Honey-Infused Drinks

If, for some reason, you cannot use herbal teas, just take any of the drinks mentioned above and infuse them with honey for roughly two weeks. When you feel ready to drink a cup, just mix a table spoon of honey or tea mixture into hot water, hot milk or coconut water and drink it up. It will calm your nerves and help you relax.

Relaxing is important for a healthy person. However, the busy lifestyles that most of us find ourselves in today deprive us of time to relax. But the good news is that there are indeed natural drinks that you can take to calm your nerves.

Why is Coffee Good For You?
Here Are 7 Reasons
By Kris Gunnars, BSc
To read full article click here

In recent years and decades,
scientists have studied the effects of coffee
on various aspects of health
and their results have been nothing short of amazing.
Here are 7 reasons why coffee
may actually be one of the
healthiest
beverages on the planet.

1. Coffee Can Make You Smarter

The active ingredient in coffee is caffeine, which is a stimulant and the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance in the world. Caffeine’s primary mechanism in the brain is blocking the effects of an inhibitory neurotransmitter called Adenosine.
By blocking the inhibitory effects of Adenosine,
caffeine actually increases neuronal firing in the brain
and the release of other neurotransmitters
like dopamine and norepinephrine.

Many controlled trials have examined
the effects of caffeine on the brain,
demonstrating that caffeine can improve mood, reaction time,
memory, vigilance and general cognitive function.

2. Coffee Can Help You Burn Fat
and Improves Physical Performance

There’s a good reason why you will find caffeine
in most commercial fat burning supplements.

Caffeine raises metabolism
and increases the oxidation of fatty acids.

3. Coffee May Drastically Lower
Your Risk of Type II Diabetes

Type II diabetes is a lifestyle-related disease
that has reached epidemic proportions,
having increased 10-fold in a few decades
and now afflicting about 300 million people.

In observational studies,
coffee has been repeatedly associated with a
lower risk of diabetes.
The reduction in risk ranges from 23%
all the way up to 67%.

A massive review article looked at 18 studies
with a total of 457,922 participants.
Each additional cup of coffee per day
lowered the risk of diabetes by 7%.
The more coffee people drank,
the lower their risk.

4. Coffee May Lower Your Risk
of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s

Not only can coffee make you smarter in the short term,
it may also protect your brain in old age.

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common
neurodegenerative disorder in the world
and a leading cause of dementia.

In prospective studies,
coffee drinkers have up to a
60% lower risk
of Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Parkinson’s
is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder,
characterized by death of dopamine-generating neurons in the brain.
Coffee may lower the risk of Parkinson’s by 32-60%.

5. Coffee May be Extremely Good
For Your Liver

The liver is a remarkable organ
that carries out hundreds of vital functions in the body.

It is very vulnerable to modern insults
such as excess consumption of alcohol and fructose.
Cirrhosis is the end stage of liver damage
caused by diseases like alcoholism and hepatitis,
where liver tissue has been largely replaced by scar tissue.

Multiple studies have shown
that coffee can lower the risk of cirrhosis
by as much as 80%,
the strongest effect for those
who drank 4 or more cups per day.

Coffee may also lower the risk of
liver cancer
by around 40%.

6. Coffee May Decrease
Your Risk of Dying

In two very large prospective epidemiological studies,
drinking coffee was associated with
a lower risk of death by all causes.

This effect is particularly profound in type II diabetics,
one study showing that coffee drinkers
had a 30% lower risk of death during a 20 year period.

7. Coffee is Loaded
With Nutrients and Antioxidants

Many of the nutrients in the coffee beans do make it into the final drink, which actually contains a decent amount of vitamins and minerals.

ONE cup of coffee contains:

6% of the RDA for Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5).
11% of the RDA for Riboflavin (Vitamin B2).
2% of the RDA for Niacin (B3) and Thiamine (B1).
3% of the RDA for Potassium and Manganese.

May not seem like much,
but if you drink several cups of coffee per day
then this quickly adds up.

But this isn’t all.
Coffee also contains a massive amount of
antioxidants.

In fact,
coffee is the biggest source of antioxidants
in the western diet,
outranking both fruits and vegetables combined.

Even though coffee in moderate amounts is good for you,
drinking way too much of it can still be harmful.

To make sure to preserve the health benefits,
don’t put sugar
or anything nasty in your coffee!
If it tends to affect your sleep,
then don’t drink it after 2 p.m.

If anything, coffee may literally be
the healthiest beverage
on the planet.

And so, My Friends,
instead of allowing your children
to drink deadly and addictive soft drinks,
why not introduce them to something healthy?
Yes,
like coffee.

          The Love that is YOU.

Everywhere I look / Questions for Deep Reflection / Important Dates

                         The allure of the unknown.

There is more
Majesty
in Mystery,
than in
knowing,
more Time
in a moment of
Wonder,
than in certainty,
drawn asunder.

Knowing
possesses innate limitations,
while
never knowing,
contains elements
of the Eternal,
and the allure
of the unknown.

                            We long to comprehend.

Deeply embedded
within our desire
to know,
dwells
a more deeply seated
need,
to accept
the unknown.

Yes,
we long to comprehend
the unfathomable Mysteries
of the Universe.

  But so often
as we look back,
what began with a deep focus,
faded to
black.

                               Everywhere we look.

But,
everywhere we look,
God’s Love
we find.
Victory belongs to the
power
of this Love.
Christ came to bring us
that message.

My Friends,
when our Time
on Earth
is through,
the only thing
that will truly matter,
is that someone Loved
YOU.

The only thing that will truly matter.

As science and technology
permeate more and more
dimensions unknown,
and our consciousness
opens wide the door
for the “unnatural”
to become more and more
of the “natural”,
our separation from
the Beautiful World of Nature
will widen
evermore.

The Majesty of Mystery
gives us connection
to Life itself.
The reason
is Beautifully
Mysterious.

 “All our knowledge
brings us nearer to our
ignorance
.

And all our ignorance brings us nearer to
death.

But nearer to death,
no nearer to God.

Where is the life,’ he asks,
‘that we have lost in living?’
It is possible, is it not, to lose Life
while you are living it.”
T. S. Elliot

Yesterday, by The Beatles

Interestingly,
a Japanese researcher,
Mr. Emoto,
has studied water crystals
and observed the molecular changes    in water
resulting from our thoughts,               our words
and even our music.
Loving and happy thoughts
form Beautiful crystalline patterns,
and hateful and unhappy thoughts
form distorted crystalline patterns.

Positive thoughts create
positive realities.

Heartbreak Hotel,  by Elvis Presley

The research of Mr. Emoto
indicates that consciousness
permeates all things,
even and especially,
us.

According to H.H. Mitchell
in the Journal of Biological Chemistry, the brain and Heart
are composed of 73% water,
the lungs are about 83% water,
the skin 64% water,
muscles and kidneys 79%,
and our bones are 31% water.

Little wonder
that our very fragile,
water born bodies
are highly susceptible
to damage due to
our separation from the positive
and Beautiful World of Nature,
as so many precious lives
fade to
black.

Knowledge,
possesses innate
limitations.

Is has been well established
that Psycho-social and environmental
stress factors contribute to
self-destructive behavior.
And the environment
WE created
is replete with
many causes of
stress.
It seems
that we forgot
what Life is truly
all about.

Suicide rates
are rising at an alarming pace in America,
according to the U.S.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The suicide rate went up
24 percent
just between 1999 and 2014,
according to the CDC.

    Connection to Life itself.

My Dear Friends,
have you lost
Loved ones,
as have I,
who never knew
how much you
Loved them?

Why?

The only
in Lonely
is the one
you
never met.

God exists
to show us how to give,
teach us how to live,
and guide us
with His
Love.

So much
of what Mankind
has come to know,
has led
to the dread
of anything more
ever becoming
known.

Yes,
there are limits
to what may
be seen,
what we may
be shown.

“Great
is the Mystery
of Godliness,”

1 Timothy 3:16

My Dear Parents,
precious is the sound
a child hears,
when you say
out of Love,
NO.
This far
you may come
and no farther
.

To know
this sound belongs
to me,
coming through you
from Above,
is to know
another way
you say the word,
Love.

Eternity
lies enfolded within
a Sacred
sigh
of relief,
knowing your child
is safe,
within the sound of your voice,
and Joyfully living
between two beats
of your Heart,
the one past
and the one
to be.

Eternity
lies between
not knowing,
and knowing,
YOU
are
within reach.

Eternity
is in every Moment.

Goodnight.

Questions
for Deep Reflection
from Job 38:5-39

“Where were you when I laid the Earth’s foundation?
Tell me, if you understand.

Who marked off its dimensions?
Surely you know!
Who stretched a measuring line across it?

On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone,
while the     morning stars sang together and all the Angels shouted for Joy?
“Who shut up the sea behind doors when it burst forth from the Womb
when I made the clouds its garment and wrapped it in thick darkness,
when I fixed limits for it and set its doors and bars in place,
when I said,This far you may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves halt’?

“Have you ever given orders to the Morning, shown the Dawn its place,
that it might take the Earth by the edges and shake the wicked out of it?  The Earth takes shape like clay under a seal; its features stand out like those of a garment.
The wicked are denied their light, and their upraised arm is broken.
“Have you journeyed to the springs of the sea or walked in the recesses of the deep?
Have the gates of death been shown to you?
Have you seen the gates of the deepest darkness?

Have you comprehended the vast expanses of the Earth?
Tell me, if you know all this
“What is the way to the abode of Light?
And where does darkness reside?

Can you take them to their places?
Do you know the paths to their dwellings?

Surely you know, for you were already born! You have lived so many years!

“Have you entered the storehouses of the snow
or seen the storehouses of the hail
which I reserve for times of trouble, for days of war and battle?
What is the way to the place where the lightning is dispersed,
or the place where the east winds are scattered over the Earth?

Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain, and a path for the thunderstorm,
to water a land where no one lives, an uninhabited desert,  to satisfy a desolate wasteland and make it sprout with grass?
Does the rain have a Father? Who Fathers the drops of dew?

From whose Womb comes the ice?
Who gives birth to the frost from the Heaven
when the waters become hard as stone, when the surface of the deep is frozen?
“Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades? Can you loosen Orion’s belt?

Can you bring forth the Constellations in their seasons or lead out the Bear with its cubs?

Do you know the Laws of the Heavens?
Can you set up God’s Dominion over the Earth?

“Can you raise your voice to the clouds and cover yourself with a flood of water?

Do you send the lightning bolts on their way? Do they report to you, ‘Here we are’?
Who gives the Ibis wisdom or gives the rooster understanding?
Who has the Wisdom to count the clouds?
Who can tip over the water jars of the Heavens

when the dust becomes hard and the clods of Earth stick together?
“Do you hunt the prey for the Lioness
and satisfy the hunger of the Lions?
Job 38:5-39

w
hat you long for,

in every day,
Today,
Tomorrow,
and in the memory
of Yesterday.

               Every Ray of Sunshine

This moment
is caressed by every drop
of rain that falls,
sparkling through the void
of God’s Love,
and by every Ray of Sunshine
shinning down from above,

Believe it or not,
your World
revolves
around the
Equator

day.

For every action,
an opposite and equal
reaction
is conveyed.
And by your actions
from all the Love you share,
Blessed rewards

“When we are stricken
and cannot bear our lives any longer,
then a tree has something to say to us:
Be still! Be still! Look at me!
Life is not easy,
Life is not difficult.
Those are childish thoughts.
Let God speak within you,
and your thoughts will grow
silent.”
Hermann Hesse

What the Truth is,
has been told
long, long ago.
It resides deep within
the Time of Man,
within the Pages
of a Story
of old.

The Word of God

Yes,
breathless we may be,
with a Beautiful sigh
of relief,
upon knowing
that above all things
in Heaven
or upon the Earth,
we can discover
Joy
in the Morning
of our Belief.

               The Greatest Story ever told.

May God Bless
YOU
on this Sacred
and precious Day,
the very first day
of the rest
of your Life.

Goodnight.

Baking soda could reduce your chances of an early death

Research published this month in the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology found that having balanced baking soda, or bicarbonate, levels in your body could reduce your chances of an early death.

The study examined data compiled in the Health, Aging and Body Composition Study for 2,287 participants. Participants were healthy adults who, at the onset of the study in 1997, were between the ages of 70 and 79, and were followed for approximately 10 years. Survival data were gathered through February 2014.

What did they find?

Study author Dr. Kalani Raphael, associate professor and nephrology and hypertension specialist at the University of Utah, and colleagues investigated pH, carbon dioxide and bicarbonate in association with long-term survival. According to the University of Utah press release, “Critically ill patients with severe acid-base abnormalities have a very low likelihood of surviving their illness, but it’s unclear whether more subtle changes in the body’s acid-base status have an effect on the longevity of relatively healthy older people.”

Raphael and colleagues found that low levels of bicarbonate may be linked to an increased risk for premature death by 24 percent. Sodium bicarbonate assists your body in balancing pH levels, possibly extending life. “What we found was that generally healthy older people with low levels of bicarbonate had a higher risk of death,” Raphael said. “Adding the pH measurement into the equation didn’t change the results, which is important because pH is not routinely measured.”

The study’s findings may assist clinicians in better assessing a patient’s risk of premature death by analyzing their blood bicarbonate concentrations more closely. Clinicians can recommend dietary adjustments to patients with low bicarbonate concentrations to optimize health.

What does it mean for me?

reduceprematuredeathbakingsoda_640x359 (1)How do you get more baking soda in your life? Surprisingly, the answer has nothing to do with that yellow box in your fridge fighting odors. If you want to balance your pH levels by getting more sodium bicarbonate in your diet, eating more fruits and vegetables is the key.

Fruits and vegetables high in potassium and bicarbonate will have a negative potential renal acid load (PRAL) score. This represents the amount of acid produced by the kidneys after metabolism. The higher the negative, the more potassium and bicarbonate they will provide, potentially reducing your risk of premature death, according to the study. Apples, raisins, spinach, bananas, carrots, broccoli, lemons and even coffee are a few sources that will boost your potassium and bicarbonate levels.

Are you eating enough fruits and vegetables to keep a healthy pH balance

Nothing is Separate from Anything Else / Truths About Living In an Illusion / Shakespeare – Thursday and Friday

To be In the warm embrace
of a Loving Heart,

and feel God’s Love
all around,
is as near
to Heaven
as one can be

on this Earth.

“When you live
from the Heart,

you begin to touch into
the Universal experience of Love.

LOVE is the source of everything
the fabric which makes up
our very existence.”
Dr. Gail Brenner

The existence of a
Universal Consciousness,
tells us
that nothing is separate
from anything else.

Universal Consciousness
is intelligent, Loving,
all knowing, all powerful, creative
and omnipresent across all dimensions
of space and time.
And so, it is also present
in you
– or more accurately,
it is YOU.

There is no separation between your mind
and the Universal Mind,
or the Unified Field, God, Source, Creator,
the One, Universal Consciousness
or the many names that Humans give
to things we are trying to understand.

Universal Consciousness
is an Infinite, Eternal
ocean of intelligent energy.
The nature of
Universal Consciousness
is your nature.

Everything
and everyone around you,
in it’s essence,
is you.
And we find
this to be true
in studying the DNA
of all living things.

Ever since researchers
sequenced the chimp genome in 2005,
they have known that humans
share about 99% of our DNA with chimpanzees,
making them our closest living relatives.

are we coming to realize,

Truths About Living In an Illusion

                                           by Vernon Layne

Here are common truths
that you’re living in an
ILLUSION:

1. You see the present through your past. Your past plays an important role in your life.  It’s there to teach you what you could have done differently or what you need to continue doing. THAT’S ALL.  It’s not there for wallowing in or condemnation. We fall short of His Glory so it’s important you learn to give yourself a break.
Let go of your past and not become its prisoner then it will be easier for you to put things in its proper perspective.

2. You believe you can control things that are uncontrollable.  Stop trying to control people and situations. One of life’s most important lessons is learning to give up the illusion of control. You may wonder how you suppose to give that up, but the fact is you were never in control. The moment you think you’re in control is the moment you’re out of control.

3. You only see the bad in yourself and others. If you ask someone to list things about themselves most will list liabilities. People have a hard time seeing the good within themselves.  Not finding the good in you makes it impossible to see the good in others.

4. You believe everything you feel and think. Imagine being judged inaccurately by two people who don’t know you. Believing everything you feel and think is just like listening to two people gossip. Your feelings aren’t facts. Don’t believe everything you think and feel because they can influence you to make unwise decisions. Learn to make decisions from facts and not feeling.

5. You search for fulfillment through things. The only person you can’t run away from is yourself. There’s nothing wrong with trying to get things in life but don’t lose yourself in the process by not understanding why you’re doing it. When the chase for things becomes more important than your family and your health, then it’s a destructive rush that’s causing harm. Most of the time you’re trying to fill a void or block a feeling when you’re searching for fulfillment in things.

6. Your self-worth comes from social media. All your life you wanted to belong and fit in, so you spend a lot of time on social media– yet never quite measuring up. The more likes you get the better you feel. The reality you need to hear and afraid to admit is when you’re not getting those likes you think you should be getting, you feel down almost depressed. Depending on social media to feel relevant is an illusion many people believe.

7. You think your happiness is your mate’s responsibility. It’s not fair to your mate when you expect them to be responsible for your happiness. They’re there to add to your happiness. It’s your responsibility to see that you’re happy. It’s not healthy and it doesn’t work when one partner isn’t responsible for his own feeling, thoughts and actions.  A healthy relationship is when a couple can grow in unity while at the same time growing as individuals, so take ownership of your own happiness.

8. You’re convinced everything supposed to go your way. Self-centeredness is at the core of self-deception. It can create an illusion that you’re right and the world is wrong base on a feeling or an idea. You began to see yourself as a victim. Understand that everyone experiences life challenges and that you’re not the only one. To see things clearly bring your attitude in line with reality.

9.  You think you don’t need help. Most people, myself included, believed at some point in their life that they could do it all by themselves. This kind of thinking doesn’t work very well. The only guarantee you will get is being frustrated and exhausted.

We are here to help and support one another. Your life will be enhanced when you’re able to see people as a gift from God. Take the time and get to know the gifts God have given you by learning to trust others, reaching out to others, and admitting your need for others.

10. You believe you can’t change. It’s important to examine this false belief because it may not be yours. You could have picked it up from your parents. I know this may sound a little harsh but some parents tell their children self-defeating things. Not all illusions come from you. Some are created by others.

11. You think your success is because of the work you’ve done. Don’t become a legend in your own mind. As you begin to experience success in life it’s important to give credit where credit is due. Selfishly claiming what belongs to God is the quickness way to lose it all. Pride usually comes before the fall so give the Glory to God.

12. You feel you’re alone. I call this the ultimate illusion. The next time you’re by yourself look around you. Feel the air. Go outside and watch the squirrels chase each other. Look up and see the clouds move gracefully. God’s presence is all around you. You are never alone.

“Foolish dreamers
live in a world of illusion;
wise realist plant their feet
on the ground

Proverbs 14:18
