The Fragrance That Endures / The Silence Within

“Silence is as deep as Eternity;
speech,
shallow as time.”

Thomas Carlyle

Love
is the Fragrance
that endures.
It endures
beyond all things.
It lingers
in the air,
with every breath
we breathe,
every word we
share.
It glistens
in your hair.
It murmurs
in your Heart,
and then,
it flairs.

                  There is Time enough.

And sometimes,
Love hides.
It disappears,
but then again,
it is
there.

Love
is a fruit in season at all times,

and within reach of every hand.”
Mother Teresa

My Dear Friends,
we are
Brothers of the Wind,
Sailors
on the Sea of Time,
the Time left
to be.

As familiar
as an old Friend,
is the fragrant air we breathe,
warm and calming.
And in silence,
if to listen we dare,
the Heart will declare
within itself to be,
the cherished Love
we seek to find,
and forever be.

“True Silence
is the rest of the Mind,
and is to the Spirit,
what Sleep is to the Body,
Nourishment and Refreshment.
It is a great Virtue;
it covers Folly, keeps Secrets, avoids Disputes,
and prevents Sin.”
William Penn

As familiar as an old Friend.

Yes,
there is Time
enough to be
reborn.
Time
to be more alive
than ever
before.

I know,
and you know,
with every fiber of our Being,
with every beat of our Heart,
that LOVE is always
the answer.
Love and only Love
heals all wounds,
and will always
be.

Always.

To be possessed
of Love,
is
to be possessed of Life,
and hear the lovely,
peaceful flowing melody
of everything
God wills for
YOU.

As we close our eyes,
in silence and in Love,
we start to see
in Dreams
fluttering past our tired eyes.
And the past is washed away,
as Love cleanses the mind,
and Life
becomes clear,
as we
experience the subtlety
of our Nature.

Life
for many
becomes a sad song,
and at the same time,
can give a smile to your face.
Our desperation
can be Beautifully blended
with our Prayers
and our Hope,
and like a magnificent work of modern art,
become Majestic.

With God,
all
things are possible.

“Recently I met a group of scientists in America who said that the rate of Dalai Lamamental illness in their country was quite high – around 12 percent of the population. It became clear during our discussion that the main cause of depression was not a lack of material necessities, but a deprivation of the affection of others.”
– Dalai Lama

When left alone, we will not survive.

                     The silence within.

One must create
a silence within.

Go deeply within the self
and speak as though
there were a Presence there
that knows.

There is.

“God’s poet is Silence!
His Song is unspoken

And yet so profound, and so loud, and so far,
That it thrills you and fills you
in measures unbroken —

The unceasing Song
of the first morning Star.”

Joaquin Miller,  from “The True Poet”

It is most worthwhile
to commune with the Spirit,
to sense it and feel It.
To approach the Spirit
directly,
the pathway
is through our own
Prayers.

This moment,
when you are pierced to the center
and know beyond knowing
what the center of your Life is,
and it is HIM,
and it is all
you will ever, ever want.”
Margaret Pace

It is time for us to see
who we are?
And there is
good news.
What God wants you to be,
you are.

             We try too hard.

My Friends,
we try too hard.
Stop trying to be yourself
and accept
that you are
yourself.

What is inside you
desperately seeks the manifestation
only you can provide.
In silence,
let it out!

“The most powerful thing you can do
is to be ALIVE.

Alive to your purpose.
Alive to, and fully open and inspired by,
your dreams.
To stop holding back on the truth
within your Heart and Soul.
You have been given a dream, a vision, a Legacy
by Divine Authority.
And it’s time to bring it to Life.
Because dreams aren’t just for dreaming;
they’re for doing.”
Annie S. Anderson

God wants you to be
who you are.
Each day we awake
and begin anew
to find out what Life
is all about.

With God
on our side,
deep inside our Prayers,
we can find
the answer.

Then,
we have finally
arrived.

We are Brothers of the Wind.

When a curtain is pulled back,
that opens up your Heart,
reveals what is Beyond,
what may come to be –

the Archer may pull
the Arrow of your time
and bend the bow back.
But the arrow
moves forward,
to pierce all your Tomorrows,
with all your beautiful
Dreams.

Ever moving,
every One.
And in the way it moves,
Life
goes on.
What lies Beyond
points the way
Home:
to Love
in new dimensions,
to Faith
in the future,
to Pathways
of Salvation,
to Hope
for the Dawn
of a new day,
which surely will come.

Looking back
is far beyond
what need be.
.
Only forward,
My Friend,
can you find Hope,
the comfort of Forgiveness,
and the Everlasting Love of God,
to one day
clearly see.

Goodnight.

“We listen too much to the telephone
and we listen too little to Nature.
The wind is one of my sounds.
A lonely sound, perhaps, but soothing.
Everybody should have
his personal sounds to listen for –
sounds that will make him exhilarated and alive,
or quiet and calm…
As a matter of fact,
one of the greatest sounds of them all –
and to me it is a sound
– is utter, complete
silence.”

André Kostelanetz

                We awake and begin anew.

When The Final Act Is Over / Children Face Higher Health Risk From Cell Phones / RJ is Five Today!

When the final act
is over
and you are left
standing all alone,
God,
and only God,
will be there
to take you
Home.

No one
Loves You,
like
God Loves You.

We have all
been met
with great temptation.
There are
so many faces
lined in pain –
with emotions
changing hue,
seeing through
the colors
of a Life
filled with so many tears,
as if we were left
standing in the
rain.

        Emotions changing hue.

The Spring
of our lives
brings its Promise.
And in the Fall
of precious Loving
and Living,
we feel God’s Promise,
to return us Home,
where
we belong.

“Be still for the Power of the Lord
Is moving in this place.
He comes to cleanse and heal,
To Minister His Grace.
No work too hard for Him.
In Faith receive from Him.
Be still for the Power of the Lord.”
David J. Evans

Life
can be
a Beautiful Song,
with a clear and simple message –
a call for us all
to focus on the Love
of God
for you and me
.
And,
in so doing,
we find there is nothing
the Heart
cannot mend,
nothing
it cannot forward
in Time,
send.
.The Universality
of Faith,
the commonality of
compassion and care,
we may dare
to share,
to inspire within
each moment,
within each day
of every Life,
the Universal
Language of Love.
Home
is not just
where the Heart is,
it is
one and the same.
It is
the beginning
and the end
of
everything.

Seeing through the colors.

.My Dear Friends,
our beginning
is near
the end.
.
Let us
thank one another,
and the Lord
we Love,
for the precious, Sacred
moments
we take for granted,
and share.
And let us
implore
one another,
to share even more
of the precious Time
that is given,
to Love
and cherish
and adore.

Its Promise.

Every Spark
of our Compassion
becomes
an Eternal Flame.
Every act
of Kindness,
the
same.
.
Goodnight.

Where the Heart is.  RJ is five years old today (Wednesday). Happy Birthday!

“The stars are twinkling in the skies,
The Earth is lost in slumbers deep;
So hush, my sweet, and close thine eyes,
And let me lull thy Soul to sleep.
Compose thy dimpled hands to rest,
And like a little birdling lie
Secure within thy cozy nest
Upon my loving mother breast,
And slumber to my lullaby,
So hushaby, hushaby,
Hush my sweet and close thine eyes,
And slumber to my lullaby.
The moon is singing to a star

The little song I sing to you;
The father Sun has strayed afar,
As baby’s sire is straying too.
And so the loving Mother moon
Sings to the little Star on high;
And as she sings, her gentle tune
Is borne to me, and thus I croon,
For thee, my Sweet, that lullaby
Of hushaby, hushaby,
There is a little one asleep
That does not hear his Mother’s song;
But angel watchers – as I weep –
Surround his grave the night-tide long.
And as I sing, my Sweet, to you,
Oh, would the lullaby I sing –
The same sweet lullaby he knew,
While slumb’ring on this bosom too –
Were borne to him on Angel’s wing!
So hushaby, hushaby,
Lullaby, Lullaby.”

Children Face Higher Health Risk From Cell Phones
By Roxanne Nelson
from WebMD

Extensive scientific reports have detailed non-heat-related effects from long-term exposure. Although government warnings have been issued worldwide, most of the public is unaware of such warnings, they write.”There are toys being sold to infants and toddlers that are dangerous,” Morgan says. “The risk from exposure to any carcinogen is higher in children, and the younger the child, the higher the risk. The review authors “continue to raise appropriate concerns related to the ever-increasing role of technologies that emit nonionizing radiation, including cell phones and certain toys,” says L. Dade Lunsford, MD, professor of neurological surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Lunsford was not involved in the study.”They indicate that certain types of tumors, at least as reported, may have increased in incidence, including the most malignant brain tumors and perhaps hearing nerve tumors,” he tells Medscape Medical News. But he says there are issues with some of the data, and that many of the reports are anecdotal. Also, it’s unclear whether the perceived increase in tumors may be due to better diagnoses at earlier stages, he says. The potential health risks related to cell phone use, especially brain tumors, have remained a hot-button issue. Studies have been inconsistent and results have been conflicting. There is no consensus about the degree of cancer risk posed by cell phone use, if any at all.

Take-Home Messages About Safe Use

Wireless devices are now part of everyday life, “but they can be used in a manner that is safe enough,” Morgan says.

Morgan and his colleagues have made some recommendations.

The first is that “distance is your friend.” He says holding a cell phone 15 cm (about 6 inches) from your ear “provides a 10,000-fold reduction in risk.”

Unless a cell phone is turned off, it is always radiating. When not in use, it should not be kept on the body. The best place for a cell phone is somewhere like a purse, bag, or backpack.

Devices should be kept away from a pregnant woman’s abdomen, and a mother should not use a cell phone while nursing, Morgan says. “And baby monitors should not be placed in an infant’s crib.”

Children and teens need to know how to use these devices safely. Cell phones should not be allowed in a child’s bedroom at night, he says. “The Pew Research Center has reported that 75% of preteens and early teens sleep all night with their cell phone under their pillow.””Boys should not keep a cell phone in their front pants pockets,” he says. There is a potential harm to sperm, although no studies of young boys have determined whether or not early exposure to MWR has any effect on sperm after puberty, he says.”And girls should not place their cell phone in their bras,” he says. This recommendation was based on a case study of four young women with a history of putting cell phones in their bras, and who developed breast cancer – two at the age of 21.Because the risk snowballs, and more radiation is absorbed with more hours of use, children should be taught to use their wireless phone as little as possible, Morgan says. Landlines, Skype, and computer phone services (when connected to the Internet with a cable) don’t give off radiation, and parents should encourage their kids to use those. Finally, Wi-Fi routers in the home should be placed away from where people, particularly children, spend the most time. The authors note that some studies have shown an increased risk for brain cancer with cell phone use, although some of these data have been disputed. In recent years, glioblastoma (a type of brain tumor) rates have increased in Denmark and the United States, and brain cancer incidence has increased in Australia, according to data drawn from cancer registries. The average time between exposure to a carcinogen and the diagnosis of a resulting solid tumor is 3 or more decades, so it will likely be several decades before tumors induced by childhood MWR exposure are diagnosed, they write.

The Most Beautiful One of All / Get Smart: Go Dirty. The advantages of getting down and dirty / Friday: At School

A Mother’s Love is from Above.

The Cradle of Life
is Love’s
Pure Light –
the Tide that caresses
the shores
of God’s Desire.

For a Mother’s Love,
is from
Above.
It is
God,
the Giver of Life,
sustainer of Love.

“God is
Love.”
1 John 4:8 and 1 John 4:16
and expressed many times in other Scriptures.

               The Tide that caresses.

All you need
to be truly happy,
is the Heart
of a Child.
And,
you have one.
We are ALL
Children of God.

Yes,
Birth is the beginning.
And death,
a sign
we carry on.
For deep
within the Human Heart,
dwells the Eternal
Soul.

In the swirling darkness,
nothing existed.
Space and time itself
were absent.
But in that place,
in which there was no space,
in a time without measure,
God existed,
and Will Exist.

God is not confined by space and time.
He simply is.
He exists beyond
all that we can know
or see.
Yes,
He simply is.
His Substance, His Nature, and very Being
is that of utter
simplicity.

His Being transcends all.
For He created reality
and filled our shell of existence
with the countless Stars,
Universes and Galaxies,
emerging from the simple words,
“Let it be.”

Eric Cockrell

“God is the power
between two hands that touch,

the birth of a child, the death of an old man.
the longing we were born with that drives us on…
the courage to enter the realm of the Heart.
true communion, true dialogue,
the bridge over our fears.
the wings of the sparrow,
the bud sleeping through winter.
the decision of Forgiveness,
that which is given without asking back.
the healing power of silence,
the Eternity in each moment.
God is diversity bound by responsibility.
the power of peace, the moment of listening,
the sound of your own Heartbeat calling you home.
the Spirit that inhabits the body
doing the work of compassion…
God simply ‘is’…”
Eric Cockrell

Yes,
our Creator thought
everything that is
into existence.
At the very core of reality,
and beyond the physical Universe.
it is the Mind of God
from which we emerged,
and we are
still emerging.

    Beyond the physical Universe.

We go to sleep
with the Dream,
and awake
with the reality,
we often think
is more
than a Dream.

But our Dreams
can also come alive,
when we close our eyes
to see,
a Vision of Humanity
the way
it should be –
with Love
in close proximity.

“My son,
give me your Heart
and let your eyes
delight in My Ways.”
Proverbs 23:26

    A Sunrise that can stay.

Within
the measure of
this Day,
lies a Sunrise
that can stay
sparkling in your eyes.
For the setting
of Love’s Sun
is never
to be realized.

“Your Sun will never set;
your moon will not go down.
For the LORD
will be your everlasting Light.”
Isaiah‬ ‭60:20‬

Only our Father
in Heaven Above
can count the Stars
at night,
and keep them
very bright.
And where
Earth and Sky meet,
there
we can find a Purity
of things:
for we are more
than Human,
we are Blessed Beings,
born of God,
and re-born
of a Savior.
We are,
and always will be,
Blessed.

God is the birth of a Child.

“Oh Lord
we pay the price with a

Spin of a wheel – with the roll of a dice.
Ah yeah, you pay your fare.
And if you don’t know where you’re going,
Any road will take you there.”
George Harrison

Countless,
are the Miracles
we as a species,
have seen.
and YOU,
my Friend,
are the most
Beautiful One
of all.

Goodnight.

Get Smart: Go Dirty

The advantages of getting down and dirty.

by

Matthew J. Edlund M.D.

To prevent cancer, change early childhood education. Not the book-kind, but  the biologically intelligent kind. If you do, you might change the incident of type I diabetes, asthma, peanut allergies, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

That’s the conclusion drawn by Mel Greaves of the Institute of Cancer Research in London, and now many other researchers. Decades of varied studies demonstrate that the immune system learns in a specific way.  Give it the right education and it learns new ways that not just help fight cancer but prevent many major diseases.

The main teaching tool is dirt – especially dirty kids.

The ALL Story

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is very important in the history of oncology. Affecting primarily children, it was the first tumor to truly be “cured” by treatment, starting in the late 1950s. Now it’s pointing the way to not just cancer treatment, but prevention.

Greaves believes, and many agree, that ALL is environmentally regulated. But not by power plants and wires or internet use – by childhood play.

The idea is that ALL first starts with a mutation that affects perhaps five percent of kids. If they much later develop a certain kind of infection, generally a viral flu or cold, they develop another mutation which sets them up for ALL. But if in the first few years of life they encounter many kinds of infections, from adults and other children, and get to play in the dirt, they don’t get ALL.

Get the right infections at the right time, and you don’t get cancer. The immune system has to learn a trick or two, and it needs a dirty environment to do it.

And that’s not just true for ALL.

Exposure and Learning

It’s been known for a long time that kids on farms have far less asthma than city kids not exposed to the many antigens (immune stimulating substances) found in agriculture. For many years researchers were stumped by why MS was more common in affluent communities that poorer ones. Greaves looked at ALL and saw a familiar pattern: very low rates in the poorest countries with less fastidious early hygienic practices.

There were major outliers. One was Costa Rica. Not very rich, but with lots of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Type I Diabetes, and ALL.

But Costa Rica had spent much of his health dollars on an extensive health care system. With economic development, family sizes decreased by nearly seventy percent. There were a lot less siblings around, and much greater social pressure to maintain a “first world” kind of home.

So it was time to extend the hypothesis, and at animal experiments. Greaves and others created genetically modified mice with an ALL inducing mutation. Those kept in sterile conditions and let out in a “dirty” environment developed cancer. Those kept in normal conditions, did not.

This doesn’t mean all infants should immediately spend most of their lives in the community sandbox.

Smart Body

Biological Intelligence, how your body creates and uses knowledge, is a neglected subject. One reason is that most of biological learning does not involve language or books, or cognitive matters.  The textbook for your immune system, your heart, your lungs, your muscles, is the place where you live.  And most of that learning will not be conscious. Just as you don’t see your immune system destroy potentially fatal tumor cells, you don’t watch your arm muscles learn to throw a baseball.  Most of what goes on in your brain isn’t conscious.

Just vital to your survival and enjoyment of life.

ALL, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, asthma, MS, all seem to have a similar story to tell about biological intelligence. Their teachings include:

  1. You learn very different things in different environments, including “standard” cognitive learning. Putting students into three carrels to study for an economics test, rather than just one for the same study period, improved scores. Much of school learning is affected by “unconscious” environmental factors.
    .
  2. Sequence counts. Encounter a virus early in life and it may prevent you from getting MS when you’re forty.
    .
  3. Education starts at birth. Being around other infants does not just educate kids socially but immunologically, physically, and mentally.  Our sociality as a species has many health implications throughout our lives.
    .
  4. The present fascination with “germ free” environments can be overplayed. Bacteria and viruses are not just on table tops and kitchen sinks.  They’re everywhere. Outside of the many nasty pathogens found in hospitals that are now bacterially resistant, you may not need to scour your desks and doorknobs all the time. Our fascination with “germ free” environments may be creating more antibiotic resistance at a time when our antibacterial armamentarium is highly compromised.  And what really counts may not prove what pathogens we constantly run, but the robustness and flexibility of our immune response.
    .
  5. Perhaps the most important teaching is that health is learned. The environment changes, we change. All the actions of our lives are potential teaching moments.  All of them can make us smarter.

A smart body is often well served by exposure to many different environments, with different physical, mental, social and spiritual elements. That’s not just true of politics. It’s also part of what helps you survive.

The Shape of our Thoughts / What Children Really Need / Friday: Montgomery Street Antique Mall

“If
the portals of the perceptions
were cleansed,
everything
would appear as it
really is –
infinite.”
William Blake

We are all interconnected
in this Web of Life.

And if we choose,
we can take
a Voyage
and travel
by the shape
of our thoughts,
to experience Life
through the eyes
of another,
even if only
for a moment.

If
we hold
to a Higher Purpose
than ourselves,
we can dramatically experience
Life
with a far deeper
meaning.

To extend our
awareness
of who we are,
we must loosen
our hold
on who we think
we are.

At the deepest
levels,
we are truly
One.

“Thou are that.
As are we
all,
in the One.”

with other Human Beings
and to our relation with God.
His thoughts reached the fullest
expression in “I and Thou.

His words are poetically powerful.
In His view,
it is God that enables our relationships –
between man and all other beings.

A true relationship with God,
must be an I –Thou relationship,
in which God is truly known
and addressed through fervent Prayer,
not just thought of and expressed.

My Dear Friends,
we enter into relationships
with only a small fraction
of the truly great reservoir of Love
that dwells within us.

In our encounters with other people,
we are typically reduced
to mere objects of thought.
In social relationships,
we treat other people very much
as tools or conveniences.
And this type of relationship
results in the manipulation
of man by man.

In the end,
what you see
is all around you.

“What we once enjoyed and deeply Loved
we can never lose.
For all that we Love deeply
becomes a part of us.”
Helen Keller

Our Children
travel in consciousness
with their parents.
Their intellects
feast upon
knowing the World
through the focused
moments
of being with them.

The Sacred Space
of their Life
is lived through
YOU.

Our thoughts
create illusions.
They build
walls
that do not exist.
And we keep
running into these
walls.

But our problems
are not the walls.
They are the thoughts of
walls.

“When
we come to the point
of rest
in our own Being,
we encounter a World
where ALL things
are at rest,
and then
a Tree becomes
a Mystery,
a Cloud becomes
a Revelation,
and each person
we meet,
a Cosmos –
whose riches
we can only glimpse.”
Dag Hammarskjold

We project
and carry
reality with us,
unknowing
that our feelings
are far, far more powerful
than our thoughts.
And,
they are truly
real.

We have the ability
to feel
the Loving connection
with all other
Living Creations.

We can
open to the fullness
of who we
really are.
We can expand
our Consciousness
and free ourselves
of who
we think we are,
of what we are told
moment by moment.

We can
let the Love of God
flow through us
and truly live.

Goodnight.

“There is no greater blessing than the capacity to give birth, for it is the one opportunity we have to truly create, and to create something from our own flesh and blood.” These are the words of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson in the book, Toward A Meaningful Life. He goes on to say that bearing children is our one opportunity to act in a G-dlike manner and to touch eternity.

He also asks: Would it not be easier if we were created as adults instead of children and able to provide for ourselves? But there is a beautiful lesson in childhood itself – above all, that a child is genuine and innocent, and that such innocence is the foundation of life.

From my work as a physician with people with life threatening illnesses, I have come to see how vital it is to grow up feeling loved and with mottoes to live by, not die by.

For the first six years of a child’s life, its brain-wave pattern resembles that of someone under hypnosis. So the child is being entranced by the words it hears from the authorities in its life. When a child grows up hearing negative messages about how it disappoints and embarrasses its parents, never feels a loving touch, or is abused physically and psychologically with indifference and rejection, it will choose a path of self destruction, addictions and revenge. When this happens, the world and its inhabitants suffer from their actions.

Studies show that those children who do not feel loved have almost a 100% incidence of major illnesses by midlife. By contrast, those who felt loved as children have closer to a 25% illness rate by that age.

Information is not what children need. They need inspiration and a feeling of self worth and esteem. You do not have to like what they do, but you have to love them. You can point out what you don’t like rather than ask, “What’s wrong with you?” and have your words eat away at them for a lifetime.

Children need to grow up with mottoes to live by. Parents who tell them to do what makes them happy, will put them in touch with their feelings and heart’s wisdom. When troubles occur, they can be told, “G-d is redirecting you; something good will come of this.” Thus, their view of the future becomes a hopeful one and not a destructive one.

I always remember the young man in my office who said, “My father ruined my life when I was twenty one. He gave me a million dollars. I had to be a success.” I keep thinking about what his father would have said if he came home and said, “Dad, I started a charity for sick children.” Would he have yelled at him for wasting his money?

Martin Buber believed that when G-d doesn’t answer your prayers, it is because you are at full term; like a woman ready to give birth, you are ready to be born again through your own efforts and labor pains.

For me, life is a labor pain. When we can accept that, we will have less pain because giving birth to our child or ourselves is worthwhile and justified. The key in life is to teach your children that they decide which pains are worthwhile to experience because of the final result and not subject themselves to pain and problems because others prescribe them.

When we are loved we are immortal and our consciousness and presence is never lost to our survivors. In my book, Love, Magic & Mudpies, I give lots of practical advice about how to make the magic happen and turn the mud pies into castles. When we raise every child to feel loved, be kind and make a difference the world’s problems will all be resolved.

              Our thoughts create illusions.

Let’s Love Life / CANCER CAUSING EFFECTS OF MICROWAVE COOKING / Friday: Texas Civil War Museum

Let’s Love Life.

And live a Life
that places the affective domain,
our feelings, emotions, attitudes,
motivations, and appreciation,
far above the cognitive.

Stop
thinking with your Brain!
And let your
Heart
guide your Life.

“The choice you face constantly
is whether you are taking your hurts
to your head or to your Heart.
In your head you can analyze them,
find their causes and consequences,
and coin words to speak and write about them.
But no final healing is likely to come from that source.
You need to let your wounds go down into your Heart.
Then you can live them through and discover
that they will not destroy you.
Your Heart
is greater than your wounds.”

– Henri Nouwen,
“The Inner Voice of Love”

That we think is the problem
so much of the time.

Many studies have shown
that while trying to control the world with our mind
we cause even more anxiety.

We need to trust more
in the healing power of our
Hearts.

My Dear Friends,
Life
is simply too short
not to be happy.
In fact,
being happy
is the only goal
one should have
in this brief existence.
Everything else,
our problems, worries and fears,
dissolve or resolve
when this goal is
accomplished.

“Judge not,
that you be not judged.”
– Matthew 7: 1-2

With judgment
you pronounce you will be judged,
and with the measure you use
it will be measured to you.

Let’s try
to eliminate the obstacles
that lead us to
Joy.
These include highly linear thinking,
excessive expectations,
judging everything and everyone,
and focusing on the negative.
These simplistic things
have resulted in horrendous
outcomes:

Suicides and drug overdoses pushed up
deaths in the United States last year
and caused a continuing decline
in how long Americans
are expected to live.

“These sobering statistics are a wake-up call
that we are losing too many Americans,
too early and too often,
to conditions that are
PREVENTABLE
,
according to Dr. Robert Redfield of the CDC.

The suicide death rate last year was
the highest it’s been in at least 50 years.
There were more than 47,000 suicides
in this country,
up from under 45,000 the year before.

 These latest numbers
were just released
on November 29.

Our Country is in the longest period
of a declining life expectancy since the late 1910’s,
when World War I and the worst flu pandemic
in modern history combined
to kill nearly 1 million Americans.

“We’ve never really seen anything like this,”
according to Robert Anderson of the CDC.

Perfectionism
kills more people on this planet
than you would ever
imagine –
over a million EVERY year.
Many of these precious people
were very young.

Human Beings
are fragile.
Especially
our Children.

They should be treated
as such.
They are far too precious
to be treated in the harsh, linear
and overly strict manner
our schools have
devolved into.

   They are far too precious.

NOTHING
that can be learned
is worth the price
of losing your Child’s
precious personality,
innate motivation,
and Love of Life.

Folks,
this is YOUR country.
This is YOUR Life.
And this is YOUR
Child.

The most important factor
for the happiness of your children
will be
YOUR attitude toward
Life.

The Life of a Child
will reflect
everything
in your Life.

If
you project
a relaxed, jovial, amiable
humorous
and fun LOVING
way of living,
your child will be
excited
about Life and Love,
and about
being with YOU!

We SIMPLY must stop creating
learning and home environments
that have such high expectations,
that Life becomes
miserable
and no longer
what we look forward to.

As the most intelligent Man
of his generation,
Ben Franklin,
famously said,
Moderation in ALL things,
including moderation.”

Hey,
he lived to be
an old man.

By the way,
he invented many things.
One of these
he is never really recognized for:
it is called
the
United States of America.

The greatest Gift
is the knowledge
that we are
NOT
perfect.

Thank God!

I advise students
to make at least ONE
mistake –
on purpose,
every day.
That way,
they can take credit
for it,
and have some FUN.

Relax.

Enjoy your little one’s
brief childhood.
It will be over
before
you wake up.

Do
whatever makes your child
Happy.
Then,
and ONLY then,
slip the learning in
under the rug.
And make sure
it is always followed
with a BIG hug.

Don’t be
in the presence
of your children
without a smile.

Laugh
at your precious child’s mistakes.
And then,
talk about your own.
(tell the truth)
You are both
Human.

Life,
is a Treasure Trove
of Joy.
Or
it is nothing
at all.

And have another
Happy Thanksgiving.
Have one every day
for the rest of your
Life.
We have much
to give thanks
for.

Goodnight.

CANCER CAUSING EFFECTS OF
MICROWAVE COOKING

Creation of a “binding effect” to radioactivity in the atmosphere, causes a marked increase in the amount of alpha and beta particle saturation in foods;

Creation of cancer causing agents within protein hydrolysate compounds* in milk and cereal grains [*these are natural proteins that are split into unnatural fragments by the addition of water];

Alteration of elemental food-substances, causing disorders in the digestive system by unstable catabolism* of foods subjected to microwaves [*the metabolic breakdown process];

Due to chemical alterations within food substances, malfunctions were observed within the lymphatic systems [absorbent vessels], causing a degeneration of the immune potentials of the body to protect against certain forms of neoplastics [abnormal growths of tissue];

Ingestion of microwaved foods caused a higher percentage of cancerous cells within the blood serum [cytomas – cell tumors such as sarcoma];

Microwave emissions caused alteration in the catabolic [metabolic breakdown] behavior of glucoside [hydrolyzed dextrose] and galactoside [oxidized alcohol] elements within frozen fruits when thawed in this manner;

Microwave emission caused alteration of the catabolic [metabolic breakdown] behavior of plant alkaloids [organic nitrogen based elements] when raw, cooked, or frozen vegetables were exposed for even extremely short durations;

Cancer causing free radicals [highly reactive incomplete molecules] were formed within certain trace mineral molecular formations in plant substances, and in particular, raw root-vegetables; and,

In a statistically high percentage of persons, microwaved foods caused stomach and intestinal cancerous growths, as well as a general degeneration of peripheral cellular tissues, with a gradual breakdown of the function of the digestive and excretive systems.

Microwave exposure caused significant decreases in the nutritive value of all foods researched. The following are the most important findings:

1. A decrease in the bioavailability [capability of the body to utilize the nutriment] of B-complex vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotropics in all foods;

2. A loss of 60-90% of the vital energy field content of all tested foods;

3. A reduction in the metabolic behavior and integration process capability of alkaloids [organic nitrogen based elements], glucosides and galactosides, and nitrilosides;

4. A destruction of the nutritive value of nucleoproteins in meats;

5. A marked acceleration of structural disintegration in all foods.

BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF EXPOSURE

Exposure to microwave emissions also had an unpredictably negative effect upon the general biological welfare of humans. This was not discovered until the Russians experimented with highly sophisticated equipment and discovered that a human did not even need to ingest the material substance of the microwaved food substances: that even exposure to the energy-field itself was sufficient to cause such adverse side effects that the use of any such microwave apparatus was forbidden in 1976 by Soviet state law.

The following are the enumerated effects:

1. A breakdown of the human “life-energy field” in those who were exposed to microwave ovens while in operation, with side-effects to the human energy field of increasingly longer duration;

2. A degeneration of the cellular voltage parallels during the process of using the apparatus, especially in the blood and lymphatic areas;

3. A degeneration and destabilization of the external energy activated potentials of food utilization within the processes of human metabolism;

4. A degeneration and destabilization of internal cellular membrane potentials while transferring catabolic [metabolic breakdown] processes into the blood serum from the digestive process;

5. Degeneration and circuit breakdowns of electrical nerve impulses within the junction potentials of the cerebrum [the front portion of the brain where thought and higher functions reside];

6. A degeneration and breakdown of nerve electrical circuits and loss of energy field symmetry in the neuroplexuses [nerve centers] both in the front and the rear of the central and autonomic nervous systems;

7. Loss of balance and circuiting of the bioelectric strengths within the ascending reticular activating system [the system which controls the function of consciousness];

8. A long term cumulative loss of vital energies within humans, animals and plants that were located within a 500-meter radius of the operational equipment;

9. Long lasting residual effects of magnetic “deposits” were located throughout the nervous system and lymphatic system;

10. A destabilization and interruption in the production of hormones and maintenance of hormonal balance in males and females;

11. Markedly higher levels of brainwave disturbance in the alpha, theta, and delta wave signal patterns of persons exposed to microwave emission fields, and;

12. Because of this brainwave disturbance, negative psychological effects were noted, including loss of memory, loss of ability to concentrate, suppressed emotional threshold, deceleration of intellective processes, and interruptive sleep episodes in a statistically higher percentage of individuals subjected to continual range emissive field effects of microwave apparatus, either in cooking apparatus or in transmission stations.

Forensic Research Conclusions

From the above enumerated indications, the use of microwave apparatus is definitely not advisable; and, with the decision of the Soviet government in 1976, present scientific opinion in many countries concerning the use of such apparatus is clearly in evidence.

Due to the problem of random magnetic residulation and binding within the biological systems of the body, which can ultimately effect the neurological systems, primarily the brain and neuroplexuses (nerve centers), long term depolarization of tissue neuroelectric circuits can result. Because these effects can cause virtually irreversible damage to the neuroelectrical integrity of the various components of the nervous system (I. R. Luria, Novosibirsk 1975a), ingestion of microwaved foods is clearly contraindicated in all respects. Their magnetic residual effect can render the pyschoneural receptor components of the brain more subject to influence psychologically by artificially induced microwave radio frequency fields from transmission stations and TV relay-networks.

The theoretical possibility of psycho telemetric influence (the capability of affecting human behavior by transmitted radio signals at controlled frequencies) has been suggested by Soviet neuropsychological investigations at Uralyera and Novosibirsk (Luria and Perov, 1974a, 1975c, 1976a), which can cause involuntary subliminal psychological energy field compliance to operative microwave apparatus.

Reasons to Throw out your Microwave Oven

From the conclusions of the Swiss, Russian and German scientific clinical studies, we can no longer ignore the microwave oven sitting in our kitchens. Based on this research, we will conclude this article with the following:

1). Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term – permanent – brain damage by “shorting out” electrical impulses in the brain [de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue].

2). The human body cannot metabolize [break down] the unknown by-products created in microwaved food.

3). Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by continually eating microwaved foods.

4). The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual [long term, permanent] within the human body.

5). Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit, or the human body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.

6). The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when cooked in microwave ovens.

7). Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths [tumors]. This may explain the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer in America.

8). The prolonged eating of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells to increase in human blood.

9). Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.

10). Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability, and a decrease of intelligence.

The use of artificial microwave transmissions for subliminal psychological control, a.k.a. “brainwashing”, has also been proven. We’re attempting to obtain copies of the 1970’s Russian research documents and results written by Drs. Luria and Perov specifying their clinical experiments in this area.

The Hidden Hazards of Microwave Cooking

Recent research shows that microwave oven-cooked food suffers severe molecular damage. When eaten, it causes abnormal changes in human blood and immune systems.
Not surprisingly, the public has been denied details on these significant health dangers.

MICROWAVE Radiation Leakage

What is it?

Microwave radiation is odorless and invisible and therefore hard to detect.

Microwave oven radiation is present whenever a microwave oven is turned on.

The microwave energy causes the water molecules in the food to vibrate rapidly. This rapid vibration produces heat which, in turn, cooks the food. It can also penetrate through living tissue which is why exposure is harmful to our health. Once you turn off the oven, the microwaves disappear but until then, you may be exposing yourself to dangerous levels of radiation leakage.

Do Microwaves Leak?

A survey conducted among the Professional Service Associates, a group of microwave repair servicemen, indicated that over 56% of microwave ovens two years or older leaked levels of radiation 10% higher than the safety standards set by the FDA. More often than not, a simple adjustment was all that was needed to stop the leakage.

What Causes Microwave Ovens To Leak?

Slamming the oven door, dirt or food particles caught in the door seals and hinges.
