God Counts Every Tear / Processed Meat Linked To Breast Cancer / Friday: At School (Shakespeare Play Preparation)

Dedicated
to our wonderful friend
Dr. Bruce Rodgers.
It is an Honor
to recognize the dedication
and sacrifice
to our Nation
of Dr. Rodgers.
He is
a man much to be
admired.
We Love You!

Through all the years,
and all the tears,
somehow,
compassion survives.

It lives
through the pain
and the fear and frustration
of Life,
sometimes without our knowing
all the
LOVE that exists.

“There is no fear in Love.
But perfect Love
drives out fear.”
1 John 4:18

There may be
no seeming escape,
trapped within our perpetual youth.
We may simply not see,
that God
counts every tear.

Into
the rising darkness,
Pray to God
to let us
see,
as into the slipstream
of Ultimate
Reality,
we encounter
WE.
In the sheer sweep
of destiny,
we may view our
Divinity,
by the Grace of God,
who answers
our Prayer.

We
are so unaware
of other dimensions,
perceived as they are
from narrowly defined
parameters
of what is,
of what can
be.

The Whole of our Being
is defined
by only me
or we,

illusory as it may
be.
But none of these Worlds
is really
our World.

“As you continue
to send out Love,
the energy returns to you
in a regenerating spiral.
As Love accumulates,
it keeps your system in balance
and Harmony.
Love is the tool.
And more Love
is the end product.”
 Sara Paddison

As we navigate
the tumultuous storms
of Life,
we can perceive
a far deeper,
more synoptical view
of all that transpires.

None of these Worlds is really our World.

Through the
dark,
we CAN see
Love shine.
We CAN
savor, and Love in the delight
of the View,
written
in your eyes,
spoken with your
smiles,
in a World
filled with surprise.

My Dear Friends,
your precious Heart
was never empty.
It has always
been filled with
LOVE,
the abundant Love
of God.

“Come with me;
where we go we don’t need roads,
where we stop nobody knows:
For yesterday’s memories,
today’s Love, and tomorrow’s dreams,
just close your eyes…..”
Music by Enya, Roma Ryan and Nicky Ryan
play song

We Human Beings
have achieved the truly
remarkable.
Our progress
across a vast Ocean
of ideas,
compounds itself
with every passing day.
But in the vast arc of cognition,
our real accomplishments may arise
from the smallest spark
of Love,
rising from the fiery sea
of Time.

But,
what is perceived

can endanger the Peace
of our fragile
and very Human
Hearts.

Never letting go
is a definition
of existence.

But,
Time will not remain
and the days
of our precious Lives
will never remain
the same.

As our Worlds
collide
into the rising day,
I Pray
that we may
be aware
that our consciousness
has the potential
to change our Worlds,
yours and mine
.
For the Soul
can sink into
a rising darkness.

We live in a World
filled with distrust.
Trust must be earned
and seems to be
in short supply.

Solomon,
the King and author of
Proverbs,
knew that trust must be
where we start.
.

“Trust in the LORD
with all your Heart
and lean not
on your own understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5

And let us never
forget,
God counts every tear.

Goodnight.

Processed meat ‘linked to breast cancer’

By Alex Therrien Health reporter, BBC News

Regularly eating foods like bacon and sausages may raise the risk of breast cancer, according to researchers.

A review of studies found women who ate high levels of processed meat had a 9% increased risk of the cancer compared with those who ate little of it.

The study backs up previous findings of the World Health Organization, which says processed meats cause cancer.

Experts recommend caution about the findings and say the actual risk for individual women is “very small”.

How reliable are the findings?

This review, which included data on more than a million women, shows a link between processed meat consumption and breast cancer risk, but it’s not clear if the food is actually causing this.

There are also other pitfalls to consider.

The 15 studies used in the analysis had different definitions of the highest consumptions.

For example, one of the UK studies in the review classed high consumption as more than 9g a day – the equivalent of just two or three rashers a week – while in others it was much higher.

The researchers in the majority of these studies noted what people said they ate and followed them up to see which of them developed breast cancer.

But the problem with this is that people who eat different amounts of processed meat may also have other behaviours that might explain the differences in breast cancer risk, such as being more or less healthy in other ways.

What is the risk?

In the UK about 14 out of every 100 women will get breast cancer at some point in their lives.

That means a 9% increase in risk in this population would be expected to translate into roughly one extra case of cancer in every 100 women.

Cancer Research UK estimates that about 23% of breast cancers are preventable.

It estimates that about 8% of cases are caused by being overweight and obese and another 8% by alcohol.

Authors of this study, published in the International Journal of Cancer, say the link they found is only for processed meat, not red meat.

The WHO lists processed meat as carcinogenic, primarily because of evidence linking it to a raised risk of bowel cancer, while it says red meat is “probably carcinogenic”.

What is processed meat?

Processed meat has been modified to either extend its shelf life or change the taste, usually by smoking, curing, or adding salt or preservatives to meat.

This includes bacon, sausages, hot dogs, salami, corned beef, beef jerky and ham.

There are different theories for why it may raise the risk of cancer, including that curing salt may react with protein in the meat to make it carcinogenic.

So should we cut out processed meat?

Lead author Dr Maryam Farvid, of the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health in the US, recommends cutting down on the meat rather than eliminating it.

Currently, the NHS recommends eating no more than 70g of red and processed meat a day.

Dr Gunter Kuhnle, associate professor in nutrition and health at the University of Reading, who was not involved in the study, said it was “questionable” whether people should lower their red and processed meat consumption on the back of this study.

He said the actual risk posed by processed meats was “very small” for the individual and more relevant on a population-wide level.

However, he said the study’s findings should be followed up to investigate the links between processed meat and cancer and see whether the associated risk could be reduced, for example through new food production methods.

The Stranger Within Is No More / Reasons to Eat Organic / Friday: At School (Shakespeare Production)

You may think
this Life is yours
alone,
and the night
will never end.

Every precious Life
is a deeply personal story,
an Odyssey of discovery,
and ultimately,
an encounter with the Author,
who reads every
line.

What plays out
in the Story of our Life,

is at the Heart
of our brief journey.

What is written
can become a Wonderful Book,
a Book that advances us
in consciousness,

and takes us from where we were,
to a place of understanding,
a beautiful encounter
with the Purpose
of Life.

             Love is a reflection.

In every precious Life
there is heartache
and pain.
But through the Clouds
and the rain,

we CAN see
Love shine
again.

My Dear Friends,
Love can NEVER hide
if you keep looking
for it.
For God’s Love

abides.
And
you may not be aware,
but His Love

is looking for
YOU.

It is here
and there,
and everywhere.
For God is
Love,
and His Love
is all around,
and to be found
in

YOU.

             A Beautiful Encounter.

“Love isn’t Love
‘Til you give it away.”
Oscar Hammerstein

The Love you
share,
you give
to you.
Love
always becomes

a reflection.
And you are
a reflection
of God’s Love.
Your Love
is reflected
in the eyes
of everyone you
come to
Love.

“And, in the end
The Love you take
is equal to the Love
you make.”
Paul McCartney

 You are
so amazingly beautiful!
So Divine.

YOU
are a Heavenly Masterpiece
of Creation.
Angelic,
Glorious
and Divine.

The Heart of the Universe
is Love Divine.
The Mind of the Universe
is God Divine.
And you,

YOU are
Heart, Soul and Spirit

a Treasure
to cherish
and be Loved by God
above all things on
Earth.

           Lift back the curtain.

Surrender
your fragile Heart.
And to whom
do we surrender?

To God.
And
to everyone.

“Surrender your Heart to God,
turn to Him in Prayer,
and give up your sins – even those you do in secret.
Then you won’t be ashamed;
you will be confident and fearless.
Your troubles will go away
like water beneath a bridge,

and your darkest night
will be brighter than noon.”
Job 13-17

My Dear Friends,
Love
will find you.
It has been searching for you.
Look around.
You will see it
in the eyes of everyone,
and every Living thing
you meet.
This
is the Love you felt
on the day
of your Child’s birth,
and
on the day
your were born.
.
The Love of
God
is the only thing
that is real,
that truly
exists.

Lift back the curtain
on a secret World
most of us
have no idea exists.
Do so with patience.
A new perspective
will encourage you to engage
the enigma of Life with Love
in a profoundly personal way.

Be unwavering
in the unconventional task
of coming to know
thyself.

The pangs of insecurity,
the disappointments of Life,
that never truly existed,

will dissolve in your mind
and melt in your Heart,

with your Trust
in the Lord our God.

We are part
of an Infinite Whole,
a Chapter

in a Never Ending Story,
that advances us in Consciousness

and takes us from where we were
before we were Created
by God,
to a new place
in understanding
Love.

As Children of God,
we cannot be explained
in simple terms.
We are Infinitely multifaceted,
fascinating, uplifting,
and Loving.

At the Heart
of your Story
is Love.
And your Author
is our Creator
– God,
who is Love.

Share a moment one day
amidst the wonder
of the Beautiful grasses
and
Flowers of the field,

immersed in the Beauty
of your Nature and the trees,
and the birds and other
Beautiful Creations.
.
Talk with God about
everything
and nothing,
and you.

There comes a point
in every sincere conversation

when you feel a strong and delightful
connection

to something Life affirming,
when you realize
  you are on the wavelength
of True Reality.
At that moment
of realization about Life,
pause,
and let God
into your precious Heart.
Invite Him in.
Say a Prayer
of Thanksgiving
for Life,
for Love,
for THIS moment.

He is listening
to your every Prayer,
and He is Loving
every moment
you spend with
Him.

There is a Beauty
  in these moments
that defies any explanation.
Later,

  you will come to recognize
the synchronous intensity
of the moment,
a moment you granted
to God.

And the Stranger Within
Is No More.

Goodnight.

Essential Reasons to Eat Organic Food

Organic food was the only option for thousands of years.  Now, with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and genetically-modified foods, organic is still the best option.  Here are 17 reasons to eat organic food:

  1. Genetically-modified foods were unleashed on the environment and the public by corporations like Monsanto without prior testing to determine their safety.  In other words, eating genetically-modified foods (which most people in in large amounts) is participating in a long-term, uncontrolled experiment. Choose organic to avoid participating in this experiment.
    .
  2. More and more research is coming in about the health threat of genetically-modified food.  The results range from intestinal damage, allergies, liver or pancreatic problems, testicular cellular changes, tumors, and even death in the experimental animals. For more information, read the excellent books by Jeffrey M. Smith Seeds of Deception and Genetic Roulette. I’ll discuss more of the problems linked with GMOs in upcoming blogs. Eating third-party certified organic foods or those that are guaranteed to be grown from organic seed helps protect you from the health consequences of GMOs.

4 Potential Health Risks of Eating GMO Foods

  1.  Fruits and vegetables are real food, not pesticide factories. Eighteen percent of all genetically-modified seeds (and therefore foods that grow from them) are engineered to produce their own pesticides.  Research shows that these seeds continue producing pesticides inside your body once you’ve eaten the food grown from them! Foods that are actually pesticide factories…no thanks.
    .
  2. They’re free of neurotoxins – toxins that are damaging to brain and nerve cells. A commonly-used class of pesticides called organophosphates was originally developed as a toxic nerve agent during World War I. When there was no longer a need for them in warfare, industry adapted them to kill pests on foods. Many pesticides are still considered neurotoxins.  Learn more about pesticides in The 4-Week Ultimate Body Detox Plan.
    .
  3. They’re supportive of growing children’s brains and bodies.  Children’s growing brains and bodies are far more susceptible to toxins than adults.  Choosing organic helps feed their bodies without the exposure to pesticides and genetically-modified organisms, both of which have a relatively short history of use (and therefore safety).
    .
  4. In study after study, research from independent organizations
consistently shows organic food is higher in nutrients than traditional foods.  Research shows that organic produce is higher in vitamin C, antioxidants, and the minerals calcium, iron, chromium, and magnesium. (For more information, check out The Life Force Diet).
    .
  5. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that pesticides pollute the primary drinking source for half the American population. Organic farming is the best solution to the problem. Buying organic helps reduce pollution in our drinking water.
    .
  6. Organic food is earth-supportive (when big business keeps their hands out of it). Organic food production has been around for thousands of years and is the sustainable choice for the future.  Compare that to modern agricultural practices that are destructive of the environment through widespread use of herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers and have resulted in drastic environmental damage in many parts of the world.
    .
  7. Organic food choices grown on small-scale organic farms help ensure independent family farmers can create a livelihood. Consider it the domestic version of fair trade.
    .
  8. Most organic food simply tastes better than the pesticide-grown counterparts.
    .
  9. Organic food is not exposed to gas-ripening like some non-organic fruits and vegetables (like bananas).
    .
  10. Organic farms are safer for farm workers. Research at the Harvard School of Public Health found a 70% increase in Parkinson’s disease among people exposed to pesticides. Choosing organic foods means that more people will be able to work on farms without incurring the higher potential health risk of Parkinson’s or other illnesses.
    .
  11. Organic food supports Wildlife Habitats. Even with commonly used amounts of pesticides, wildlife is being harmed by exposure to pesticides.
    .
  12. Eating organic may reduce your cancer risk.  The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) considers 60% of herbicides, 90% of fungicides, and 30% of insecticides potentially cancer-causing.  It is reasonable to think that the rapidly increasing rates of cancer are at least partly linked to the use of these carcinogenic pesticides.
    .
  13. Choosing organic meat lessens your exposure to antibiotics, synthetic hormones, and drugs that find their way into the animals and ultimately into you.
    .
  14. Organic food is tried and tested. By some estimates genetically-modified food makes up 80% of the average person’s food consumption. Genetic modification of food is still experimental. Avoid being part of this wide scale and uncontrolled experiment.
    .
  15. Organic food supports greater biodiversity.  Diversity is fundamental to life on this planet. Genetically-modified and non-organic food is focused on high yield monoculture and is destroying biodiversity.

Perishable and Momentary / Precious Moments / Friday and Monday: Easter Holidays (NO school)

As Rivers
of Time
flow
into Oceans
of Life,
Wisdom and understanding
are imparted in many spheres
of thought.

So much of Life is
illusory
and misunderstood.
It is difficult
to navigate Life
under these circumstances.
And many
never succeed.

It is difficult to navigate Life.

God made us
to be
Eternally Joyful.
And the Holy Bible
is God’s Guidebook
to Joy.
It is
a Divine Prescription
to a Happy Life.

What it prescribes
brings Infinite Joy.

“You lead me in the path of Life;
I experience absolute Joy
in Your Presence;
You always give me sheer delight.”
Psalm 16:11

.
My Dear Friends,
true happiness
can never be achieved
through perishable and momentary
Worldly things.
Eternal Happiness,
unending Joy and Contentment,
is realizing
self and God.

Choose to observe it and give it LIFE.

Quantum mechanics
states that particles do not assume velocity or position
until they are observed.
There is no existence without
perception
.
The physical world exists
only
as sensory data in the perception of the mind,
not as a substance or a thing
in itself.

“Trust
in the LORD with all your Heart,
and do not lean on your own
understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5

My Friends,
we must bend our fragile minds
to the Will of God
and to the real Nature of His World
to become wiser tomorrow
than we are today.

“Get Wisdom; get insight;
do not forget,
and do not turn away
from the Words of My Mouth.”
Proverbs 4:5

It is difficult to comprehend
that everything on Earth
will not exist in a definite form
until
it is observed,
until YOU
will it into existence.

Nothing in your Life
will exist,
until YOU
choose to observe it
and give it
Life.

                          Find Beauty in Life.

Our Happiness
is built upon the foundation
of a calm, stable mind
that lives in the present moment
and finds Beauty in Life
at every step.

Living in the moment
is not easy.
Our thoughts can become overwhelmed
by regrets about the past
or anxiety about the future.
These thoughts make it very hard,
if not impossible,
to enjoy the present –
to truly Live
in THIS very precious
moment.

We simply cannot and must not
live in the past,
which we can never alter,
or in a future
that may never exist.

A healthy and positive mental state
which leads to Happiness
MUST include:

Love,
Compassion,
Patience
and Generosity.

Goodnight.

“When consciousness is disengaged from objects,
Liberation from the forms
of the World-containing Space, of Time, and of Law
is attained.”
Franklin Merrell-Wolff

Precious Moments

Life provides us with a few moments,
precious moments,
to capture a reflection of Real Love.
And today I share one of those with you
in the photograph of Scarlett
with one of her many friends.
The student is Katy.
And she is the Child
that brought tears to my eyes
one day
with the softly spoken and gentle words,
“I miss Scarlett”.

Well,
I miss her too.

Our friends,
be they large or small,
children or pets,
wild ducks or even a small spider
hard at work spinning an intricate web,
teach us so much about Love and laughter
and Life.
They teach us to greet each day with Joy,
to have fun and play
and savor the the flavors of Life.
And importantly,
they teach us to be kind.
They are among Life’s greatest teachers.
And the greatest lesson they offer
is to Love one another
unconditionally.

Scarlett,
in her dying breath,
as I held her in my trembling arms,
taught me one last lesson –
that Life is brief
at best.

We need to open up our arms
and never pass by
any living creature
without sharing a moment of Joy,
for Tomorrow may
never
come
again.

Katy and Scarlett                              sharing a precious moment of Joy.

The Eternal Reality / Through Your Child’s Eyes / Friday: At School (Shakespeare Play Preparation)

To know of the Eternal Reality,
silence your thoughts.

Reality can be perceived
through a clear and peaceful mind.
Deep Meditation and Prayer
enables us
to reveal what is truly
Real.

“. . . when thou Prayest,
enter into thy closet
and when thou has shut thy door,
Pray to thy Father
which is in secret.”

Matthew 6:5-6

Whenever we are thinking,
we are not mentally at the place
where we are thinking.
Our thoughts
take us to another
time and place.

When we confront this
web of illusion
we call Life and living,
we come closer to the boundaries
of Spiritual awareness.
And
we realize more and more
that explanations of the Infinite
cannot be attained using
finite means.

Within the illusion of physical reality,
it is not possible
using its own internal methods and concepts
to fully understand it.
By accessing a higher level of awareness,
beyond the boundaries of
‘physical illusion’,
we escape constraints imposed upon us
by the finite physical World.

           A more complete picture.

You,
like the Infinite from which you came,
are part of an Eternal reality.
And,
like
the Eternal void,
every Child of God
is filled with Infinite Love
and Infinite possibilities.

My Dear Friends,
experience deep meditation
and Prayer
as a profound silence
beyond all words, thoughts, feelings, and sensations
“The still point of the turning World,”
as T. S. Eliot called it.

Philosophers and poets and sages
throughout all of our Human history,
have valued the experience
of being in touch
with the source
of their Consciousness.

        To another time and place.

Those in times passed
gained access to Spiritual Dimensions
by deep meditation and Prayer,
to a perspective beyond the physical.
And,
they attained a more complete picture
of reality.
The Human Being
is an amazing, brilliantly designed
Spiritual Organism,
capable of stunning and amazing feats
of conscious expansion.

Many
attest to the Miracles of Meditation
and Prayer,
and how it has changed
their lives.

“I gotta take a little time,
A little time to think things over.
I better read between the lines
In case I need it when I’m older.
Now this mountain I must climb.
Feels like a World upon my shoulders,
And through the clouds I see Love shine.
It keeps me warm as Life grows colder.
In my Life there’s been heartache and pain.
I don’t know if I can face it again.
Can’t stop now,
I’ve traveled so far.

To change this lonely Life
I wanna know what Love is
I want you to show me.”
Mick Jones
play song

To perceive this moment,
be a part of the reality
revealed
through your Love.

Walk in Nature
with your Lord.
Look to the Light.
There you are!
Beautiful.
Your Love is so Beautiful.
It is the Light
that shines in your
Heart.

Goodnight.

When our children talk to us, or present us with challenging behavior, our natural instinct is to dive in and fix problems – or fix our children.

We talk too much, and we become autobiographical.

Everything we say is from our own point of view. Our natural reactions are rarely understanding – yet that is what our children need from us.

If our children are experiencing emotions that are ‘inconvenient’ to us and that may be challenging, the most effective thing we can do is respond to their distress with emotional first-aid.

When we enter a child’s World and empathically reflect their feelings, they regulate their emotions more quickly, they feel safer, and they also understand that what they are experiencing is normal.

Walking Out of the Night / Mushrooms reduce risk of mild brain decline / Friday: Fort Worth Zoo

Angels sing
in amazing Harmony,
as
the Love of God

is transformed into
everything
we see.

And the Words of Love they sing
tell a never ending story
of the
Wonders of Creation.
Our Earthly Home
heralds God’s Glory,
in the Light and the Color

and the Beauty and the Wonder
of the World He made
for you and me.

And what was concealed
we no longer deny.
And in our knowing
the Artist Himself,
lifts our Spirits
to the sky.

As our eyes begin to open
and blindness meets the Light,
we
see a World
Bursting with Life
in vibrant, Living color.

Breath taking is the Master’s Work.

And I’m walking out
of the night,
into such wonder
as Life marries
the Sparkling Light
,
and awakens
me
to the sounds
of Thunder,
hidden
in the Human Heart.

A New World is here,
a World
of Graceful Harmony,
a World
in which I now see
God in everything,
and every
Living Being,
and in me.

Breath taking
is the Master’s
Work.

Yes,
the entire Universe
has conspired to help
Life
find you.
Worlds are created

by Love.

            Worlds are created by Love.

So exquisite
is your work of Heart.
Fragile Beauty,

formed from delicate strokes
by the Master’s Hand.
And each Creation
bears testimony with each
Human Heart,
that God lives.

In the Master’s Hands,
we become Beautiful.
Life
goes into each Child
with so much Love.
Each Heart,
a work so delicate and unique

it fluently pours forth
Beauty
far beyond
what we can
behold.

God in everything and every Living Being.

From Timeless Biblical Truths
we see Birth and Life
and Love in each breath,
Beautiful Creations
by the Master’s Stroke of Art,
as mountains are shadowed
and the trees are formed,
and Love
grows by
giving.

The Dignity and Sanctity
of your Life
is
painted with so much Love,

the Love
of God
for His Child.

For YOU.

Goodnight.

May the peace which comes from
the memories of Love
shared,
comfort you now.

We never lose the ones we Love,
for Love lives on.

The Joy we knew
is never gone.
It lives on
in our precious
memories.

Mushrooms
may reduce the risk of mild brain decline
read more

Eating mushrooms more than twice a week
could prevent memory and language problems
occurring in the over-60s,
research from Singapore suggests.

A unique antioxidant present in mushrooms could have a protective effect on the brain, the study found.

The more mushrooms people ate, the better they performed in tests of thinking and processing.

But researchers said it was not possible to prove a direct link between the fungi and brain function.

The National University of Singapore study’s findings were based on 663 Chinese adults, aged over 60, whose diet and lifestyle were tracked from 2011 to 2017.

Over the six-year study, the researchers found that eating mushrooms lowered the chances of mild cognitive impairment, so that roughly nine out of 100 people who ate more than two portions a week were diagnosed, compared with 19 out of 100 among those who ate fewer than one portion.

‘Encouraging’

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) can make people forgetful, affect their memory and cause problems with language, attention and locating objects in spaces – but the changes can be subtle.

It is not serious enough to be defined as dementia.

The participants in the study were asked how often they ate six different types of mushrooms: oyster, shiitake, white button, dried, golden and tinned.

Mushroom eaters performed better in brain tests and were found to have faster processing speed – and this was particularly noticeable in those who ate more than two portions a week, or more than 300g (10.5oz).

“This correlation is surprising and encouraging,” said assistant professor Lei Feng, the lead study author, from the university’s department of psychological medicine.

“It seems that a commonly available single ingredient could have a dramatic effect on cognitive decline.

“But we are talking about a combination of many factors – tea, green leafy vegetables, nuts and fish are also beneficial.”

The researchers point to the fact that mushrooms are one of the richest dietary sources of ergothioneine – an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory which humans are unable to make on their own.

Mushrooms also contain other important nutrients and minerals such as vitamin D, selenium and spermidine, which protect neurons from damage.

But there is still a long way to go before evidence of a direct link can be established.

Diet and lifestyle factors

This study relied on self-reported information on mushroom intake and other dietary factors, which may not be accurate, the researchers acknowledged.

Dr James Pickett, head of research at Alzheimer’s Society, said: “There are lots of factors that contribute to the development of dementia and it’s estimated that up to a third of cases could be prevented by changes in lifestyle, including diet.

Dementia is one of the top 10 causes of death, but people can take action to reduce their risk, so it’s important that we base our advice on consistent evidence that’s built up over multiple studies, and don’t get carried away with the findings of any one single study.

“So while eating a diet full of fruit and vegetables, including mushrooms, is a great starting point, our best advice is to also cut down on sugar and salt, be physically active, drink in moderation and avoid smoking.”

The study is published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.
