God in His Wisdom Provides.
We struggle
To rebuild ourselves each day,
Some days, minute by minute.
And there are years
Of not knowing,
Of not feeling,
That so very many hearts
Like yours and mine,
Have been broken
By what someone has done,
And can’t undo.

Hold out your arms.
My Dear Friends,
Never feel that you are
Alone.
Given time,
Everyone suffers.
Look around,
And you will know.
But, we need to know
More
To survive and thrive.
And a good place to start
Is to recognize that
“Your joy
is your sorrow unmasked.
And the selfsame well
from which your laughter rises
was oftentimes filled
with your tears.
And how else can it be?
The deeper that sorrow
carves into your being,
the more joy you can contain.”
– Kahlil Gibran

Kahlil Gibran
To empty the vessel
Of your precious being
Of all the suffering and pain,
To prepare your Life
To begin again,
Forgive
Those who transgress
Against you.
Forgiveness
Furrows deep into
The Landscape of Being,
To bury what needs
Never to be thought of
Again,
Leading to remarkable discover,
That we are standing alone,
No longer holding those who
Who harmed us by the hand.
For we drop the hand
Of the one we hold
In mindful madness,
Til’ its meaning has lost
All pretense of being.

Formed by God into the Flower Of Your Precious Being.
To forgive
Finds us no longer
In the wake of
Dark and deepening shadows
Drifting across the landscape
Of precious Life.
It lifts the veil of awareness,
Like nothing ever happened.
Nothing.
Those who inflict pain,
As Jesus said,
“Do not know
What they do.”
They have not been Blessed
To understand
What it feels like
To find the Comfort,
The Kindness,
The Deep and Abiding Compassion
Found in Hearts
Touched by the Grace of God.

Embrace the Life He gives. It is His Love.
We can never find healing
Looking back.
Today
Is the doorway
To tomorrow,
And tomorrow is yesterday
Lived over and over again,
Or transformed
Into today’s Dream
Forever.
The building blocks,
To restore what God
Has made in you
Are all around.
They come in many Blessed shapes,
And very many forms.
They are what you may least expect,
And more beautiful and durable
Than what we have found
In Life.
God in His Wisdom
Provides.
He always has,
Always will.
But often we fail to look
Through the lens
Of our hearts.
The mortar He will use
To cement the pieces
Of us that are left,
“Is the Peace of God,
which transcends all understanding,
and will guard
your hearts and your minds”.
(Philippians 4:7)

. . . like a beautiful sunrise that stays in our Hearts
The building blocks
He gives
Are shaped like smiles,
Song,
Prayer,
Flowers,
Like a beautiful sunrise
That stays in our Hearts
All day long.

The building blocks are all around.
Like embraces
Warm and long,
And painted with laughter,
To last far longer
Perhaps, ever after.
From such moments
On cloudy days,
We can find tears
Of Joy
Pouring down
Like the falling rain.
And the Capstone
Of the all the beauty,
Of the Likeness
Of our Hearts Renewed,
Is a Kiss,
Shaped by God
Into the Flower
Of Your Precious Being.

Restore what God has made in you.
Hold out your arms,
Embrace the Life
He gives.
It is His Love,
Formed
Into the Beauty
Of God’s Recreation
Of a new day,
A new You.
“Mine is the Sunlight,
Mine is the Morning,
Sweet the rain’s new fall
Sunlit from Heaven.
Like the first dew fall
On the first grass,
Like God’s recreation
Of the new day,”
– by Eleanor Farjeon

. . . embraces warm and long, and painted with laughter.
Touch another Heart
With warmth,
Lift someone’s Spirit from the soil
In which they are found,
From the depths of deep despair.
The hand you extend
To help another,
Is,
In Truth,
Reaching for You.
Love is a beautiful Flower,
And you
Its only Seed.

The building blocks are shaped like Flowers.
What you receive,
Is what you give.
And what you give
Can be beyond Belief,
And discovered
Only if you Believe.
The Immeasurable
LOVE of God
Is Infinite and Beautiful,
And far, far
Beyond our comprehension.
And so is your Love,
And so are You!

Love is a beautiful Flower, and you its only Seed.
“Is the essence of life
defined by what we leave behind,
or what we are
and what we do?”
– Wm. C. Anderson
Just TWO cans
of sugary fizzy drinks a day
significantly increases the risk
heart attack,
diabetes and stroke.
Harvard University marks
the most comprehensive study
on sugary drinks to date:
Found 1 or 2 servings a day
linked to 26% greater risk of type 2 diabetes
35% greater risk of heart attack or heart disease
and 16% risk of stroke
Experts have called for urgent action
to reduce consumption of the drinks

My friends,
please keep pouring those
TOXIC soft drinks
down the drain.
Love your children enough
and BE STRONG enough
to let them live
long and happy lives.
There are healthy alternatives:
Fruit juices,
Unsweetened Tea,
Coffee (both have 60 antioxidants),
or how about
good old fashioned
WATER.
Now, I drink to that!
Sugar
is the favorite food
of CANCER!!!
Folks,
Your tears can easily
water the flowers
you place upon the
grave
of your precious child.
Come on!
Wake up!
LOVE = Strength
