Walking
through a forest of memories,
finds my feet
following my thoughts.
My Precious Friends,
Existence
is a real accomplishment today,
given the complexity and difficulties
we have mindlessly
imposed upon ourselves
and our children.
Today
children in our society
are withdrawing in ways
that are unfathomable,
unreal to their victimized parents.
They are leaving this world
in the only way
they feel they have left.
WE are at WAR
with ourselves.
And the first to fall
on the front line of this war
are the very fragile
children of all ages –
the most sensitive,
the most caring,
the most vulnerable,
the most Loving.
Suicide in the United States
has surged to the
HIGHEST levels in nearly 30 years,
a federal data analysis has found.
The overall suicide rate
rose by 24 percent from 1999 to 2014,
according to the
National Center for Health Statistics.
The rate rose by 2 percent a year
starting in 2006,
double the annual rise
in the earlier period of the study.
Researchers also found
an alarming increase among girls 10 to 14,
whose suicide rate had tripled.

And please Pray for these
very precious children
of all ages.
I do.

What do you see?
Recent research paints a picture
of desperation
for many in our conflicted society.
We have allowed the focus
of precious lives
to be
upon material things
that really
do not matter
and lead to unreal expectations,
unrealistic desires and wants
and dire consequences.
But,
you know what is causing the tragic loss
of our most precious possession,
our beloved Children.
You know!
Just look around you.
What do you see?

Simplicity itself
The focus in life
is upon things that
create horrendous consequences.
Things like things.
Like competition,
DRUGS and alcohol,
unreal and unrealistic
expectations.
Things like
PERFECTIONISM
reflected in highly subjective
and unnecessary
test scores and grades,
behavior modification drugs,
CONFORMITY at ALL costs,
and
creativity squelching uniformity
in our land of
what we think is the
FREE.
The focus
is upon everything
but our children.
The great Truths
in Life
are simple.
They are as simple
as simplicity itself.
My Dear Friends,
allow me to offer a few
that may help you
along this troubled way:
Simplicity
keeps the mind
from tripping over itself.
Beauty,
directs our journey
to Love
and Loving Life.
And it is found in everything,
if you look for it.
Love
is Life.
and it is found everywhere,
even in your Heart,
if you look for it.
Forgiveness
is freedom
and it is free,
if you ask for it.
Prayer
is communion with One
who deeply Loves you.
Keep it simple.
Say, “Thank You”.
And then,
open your eyes.
You will not have enough time
on this Earth
to count all the Blessings.

Beauty directs our journey to Love.
Let’s keep it simple.
Turn off the television,
turn OFF the computer.
Life is not a game.
Go for a walk
with your child
and your DOG.
Take the dog,
he knows the way –
to your Heart.
Take some bread crumbs
for your child
to give to the birds.
They know the way –
to a pesticide free
world.
Take some smiles.
They know the way,
to whatever
your Heart desires,
and they too are free.
Take some stories,
they show the way –
the paths
that led you
to this day.

Look for it.
And on this day,
the Loving pathway
you follow
with your child
by your side,
and this time,
this precious time
you spend together,
will forever
keep you side by tiny side,
in Heart,
in Spirit,
in Mind.
Any pathway
you follow together,
your child
from that path
shall never stray.

In the Light of Forgiveness, there is no shadow.
And tomorrow,
when two roads diverge,
in a land of uncertainty
and fear,
in that tomorrow that is
all too near,
your child will follow
the path
you took with him or her.
The way of tomorrow
is the joy
you share today.
The story of your Life,
begins and ends
with you.
The pages
are turned by the smiles
you share
with everyone you see.

Take the dog. He knows the way – to your Heart.
If you die today,
what do want your child
to know?
What you deeply desire
is not written
in a book.
It is found
only in your eyes,
in a look,
found
in the time it took
to say
I Love You.
In a place
called today.
The greatest Gift
you shall ever receive
is the Gift of Life,
the Gift of Love,
embodied in your Child.
This precious Gift
is wrapped in the
Sunshine of Love.
Open your eyes
that you may
truly see,
no greater Gift
will there ever be.

Be always Homeward Bound.
Call your grown up child,
if you have one.
It doesn’t matter if he or she
is twenty or thirty or forty or more
years of age.
Ask that precious child
“Would you like for me
to read you a bed time story again?
Would you like to go
for a walk in the park?
Would you like for me
to push you in the swing again?
Would you like for me
to just hold you
and sing you a song?
Expect tears.
My Dear Friends,
what every child wants
is simple,
it is YOU.

The ONLY Gift a child truly wants is YOU.
When your child cries,
the tears
belong to you.
Be always
Homeward Bound.
Steer your thoughts,
your Heart,
your smiles,
your telephone calls,
your dreams,
and your car,
or if simplicity prevails,
your bike or your buggy or your wheelchair
or the legs upon which to walk,
in their direction.

Keep it SIMPLE.
The greatest Gift,
the ONLY Gift
a child truly wants
is YOU.
Every day
is a special day.
Every day
is a holiday.
Every single day
your child needs someone.
And that someone is
and always will be
you.
Our horrendously complex problems
have simple solutions.
If they are not simple,
they will add to the problem.
Divorce rates have risen,
leading to increased social isolation.
Please remember,
our children are very, very fragile,
and so are you.

We are more than Human eyes can ever see.
What
will abide,
If no one
is by your side?
To keep Life truly simple
do not judge
others.
And most importantly,
we need not judge
ourselves.
We need not to judge,
or be judged.
When we judge ourselves,
we attempt to see
what others see.
And they will never see
the beautiful Heart
that beats within.
Others look at shadows
cast dark and deep,
over the ground upon which
we tread momentarily
in search of
Infinity.
They know not,
and neither do we,
the Heart bathed
in tears,
washed clean
of all sin
by the Love of God
that resides within,
the Precious Love
of Divinity.
We are far more
than Human eyes
can ever see.
Far, far more
than this Life
will allow to be.
We are,
all and everyone,
the Children of One
willing to forgive,
if we are but willing
to ask.
“Do not judge,
and you will not be judged.
Do not condemn,
and you will not be condemned.
Forgive,
and you will be forgiven.“
– Luke 6:37
In the Light of Forgiveness,
there is no shadow
cast over you and me.
No one is left
to judge,
not you,
not your Father
in Heaven Above,
and not me.
The Spirit of a truly benevolent heart
speaks to us from beyond this life.
In the wisdom of Leo Buscaglia
we find the answer to every question:
“To live in love
is life’s greatest challenge.”
Let us live in Love,
Simple,
Non judgemental,
Life saving
LOVE.
Goodnight.
According to 150 pounds of sugar per year.
sugar consumption has steadily risen in recent years and the USDA now reports that the average American consumes aroundSodas are a major source of refined sugars in the American diet. Energy drinks are close behind, and even fruit juices are working against us. Don’t let the word “fruit” fool you. Some of these fruit drinks are stripped of all nutrients and have more additives and sugar (as much as 90%+) than soda.
Sugar Has Many HIDDEN Sources
Around ¼ of the American diet is comprised of refined sugars, and when you take a look at the foods available at most supermarkets, this fact is hardly surprising.
Grocery store shelves are littered with junk foods – some of which are disguised as being healthy – that contain massive amounts of sugar. In fact, some prepackaged sports foods, like energy bars, contain more sugar than a candy bar! What’s more, many foods contain hidden sugar, or sugar that is masked by other names such as high fructose corn syrup, dextrose, and sucanat. read more
High fructose corn syrup was not introduced into the food industry to improve health. In reality, high fructose corn syrup costs less than actual sugar because it is much sweeter than sugar. Food manufacturers use less and earn more. It really is all about the money.
Studies have consistently shown that the consumption of high fructose corn syrup seriously damages the health of vital organs, including the brain. One of the most shocking health effects of high fructose corn syrup is its possible link to Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological disorders. The sweetener is often laced with mercury.
The corn industry is spending millions of dollars to keep the science hidden from public view, spreading half truths to protect their hidden agenda: profits. The bottom line is that the bottom line trumps health in the food industry.
Yes,
we are at war
with ourselves.
Medical researchers from all over the world gathered in Madrid late last year at the 11th annual European Nutrition Conference in order to discuss the final results of the five year-long Identification and prevention of lifestyle and Diet induced health Effects In Children and infants (IDEFICS) study.
What was their overall conclusion? Increased physical activity, reduced time in front of television and computer screens, and getting a better night’s sleep, were the most important steps parents could take to ensure their children maintained a normal healthy body weight. read more
