Dedicated with all my Love to the memory of Christina-Taylor Green. read her story
There are no words strong enough to
describe a powerful piece of music.
play amapola
Music is yet another reflection,
a projection,
of what resides deep within
the Human Heart,
the Human mind,
the Spirit of the Eternal
Soul.

The vibrancy that resides.
The Infinite power
of the vibrancy
that resides within
each of us,
can become a melodic expression
that overwhelms
with a deep feeling
of the inner Peace
that God
truly desires for you.
Play Alleluia
Artists
and writers of song
are created
with a deep and abiding Love
for you
by our Heavenly Father.
Inspired by the Divinity
that resides within,
their music becomes a
reflection of God’s Love.
This is why so many people,
even when they may not
understand the meaning
of the songs of our lives,
can feel the Warmth
of God’s Embrace
in the Music
His Love brings.
play Benedictus
What our Hearts hear
when we Pray,
is also Music,
as we feel a Communion
with all that God provides:
Peace in our mind,
calm in our Heart,
Joy in our Spirit,
an Uplifting
of our Soul.
play Gabriel’s Oboe

Music becomes a reflection of God’s Love.
A moment in time
spent quietly with the Lord,
can take the vibrancy
of your precious Being
to heights unexplored,
unimagined.
play Ashokan Farewell

Keep me away from the wisdom that does not cry, the philosophy that does not laugh and the greatness which does not bow before children. – Kalil Gibran
My Dear Friends,
our children
are more than our children.
They are perfectly blended reflections,
Sacred mirror images
of Parents
in beautiful union
with our Creator.
But please know,
they are
the Children of God,
who come through you,
and not from you.
“Your children are not your children.
They are the sons and daughters
of Life’s longing for itself.
They come through you
but not from you,
And though they are with you
yet they belong not to you.”
You may give them your Love
but not your thoughts,
For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies
but not their souls,
For their souls dwell
in the house of tomorrow,
which you cannot visit,
not even in your dreams.”
– Kahlil Gibran

The song your life sings can become a ray of Hope.
The thoughts of Gibran are music
of a Divine Melody,
with words that flow
Lovingly into the Heart.
His wisdom has
comforted me,
moderated my mood,
and healed the wounds
of my Spirit
for many years.
But,
in a deeper sense,
his wisdom has an uplifting quality
that can pierce through the veil
of Life’s illusions.
Kahlil Gibran
is the third best-selling poet
of all time,
behind Shakespeare and Lao-Tzu.
I invite you to explore more:
the music of his life
he wanted to share.

We can coalesce as we collide, and reflect new Light.
As a parent,
you may enter the awareness
of your child
through the senses:
the compassionate tone of your voice,
the visual examples you lovingly provide,
your expressions of Love perceived
and not disguised
and not denied.
But other avenues exist
to the inner depths
of a child’s precious Heart:
Play,
Prayer,
and Music.
In the Music of the Spheres,
we shall all one day
reside,
truly come to rest,
in the Ocean of God’s Harmony,
when all but Love
is dead.

“Let there be spaces in your togetherness. And let the Winds of the Heavens dance between you. Love one another but make not a bond of love: Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your Souls.” – Kahlil Gibran
Our children often keep side by side,
like two strong colors
lifted from the pallet of Life
by our Artist’s Loving Hand,
and seemingly with no care for softer tones,
while we Pray for moderation
in all things.

Lifted from the pallet of life by our Artist’s Loving Hand.
Be aware,
you
are the moderator
of all things.
Children are naturally immoderate –
they want to watch the same movie
over and over,
they want to eat too much of one thing,
they lack restraint in expressing emotion.
Even good things
become a stumbling block,
if used without moderation.
A part of maturity
is learning to say “no” to oneself,
to learn the value of
moderation.
Our Western culture
is saturated with excess.
Living life fruitfully
and with Joy
in today’s world
can become a battle
we will not win.
“Less is more.”
Ludwig Mies van der Rohe
And where does a child
LEARN moderation?
From the greatest teachers
God could provide on this Earth:
a Mother
and a Father.

This illusion that is now.
My Friends,
the fragility of Life
tells us:
for Love,
one can die.
But for the lack
of Love,
one will surely
die.
In our dream,
this illusion that is now,
there are winds of change
whispering your name.
The song your Life sings
can become
a ray of Hope,
flickering bright,
like a candle light,
softening the harsh reality
of someone’s night.

The Light of His Word can surely shine through You.
Our children are,
My Friends,
so very much like Flowers:
fragile,
beautiful
blossoming in the Spring
of Life,
and not here
for very long.

Our children are so very much like Flowers.
Celebrate the union
of Faith and reason,
God’s Desires and yours,
a child and a parent,
in a way that the essence
of each sometimes seemingly
opposing element
remains in place.
Through Prayer
we can
coalesce as we appear to collide,
and reflect new Light
in every direction.
With God
all
things are possible.
The Light of His Word
can surely shine through
You.
Goodnight.
High
A simple bending of the light
a simple creature taking flight
a simple river flowing free
a simple mountain in majesty.
I am awed by all I see
with eyes created just for me
to behold all things, to appreciate
the beauty here near heaven’s gate.
It is beyond my understanding
to guess whose hand has placed all here
I care not what name you give
to one who makes all things live.
I know only that my heart does bloom
and my lips do sing a joyous tune
whenever I look into the sky
and see that rainbow rising high.
I feel inside a loving Blessing
and know too, my Soul – caressing
the one who sent this message clearly
lives so near and Loves us dearly.

Laughter . . .
has a Heavenly quality.
It keeps our Spirits high
and our Hearts hopeful.

Another beautiful example of the Artistry
of God. This beauty was found at the school.
You too can rediscover such Gifts
without the use of pesticides.

In the Ocean of God’s Harmony.
My Dear Parents,
I am having technical difficulties
getting more photographs
from our adventurous trip.
Please be patient.
And THANK YOU.
