When I Don’t Know, Is Knowing / The Art of Now / Important Dates

The answers
to many of Life’s questions
have become so evident,
that they became
obscure.

star

          How near the Truth is.

Some evenings
find us
staring at a Star,
wondering
who we are,
seeking answers from
Afar,
never knowing
how near the Truth is
to where we are.

butterfly-and-red-flfower-b

     More than the most beautiful.

Faith
is not just Believing.
It is without a doubt,
knowing.

 Jesus said to them,
Truly I say to you, if you have Faith,
and do not doubt,
you shall not only do what was done to the fig tree,
but even if you say to this mountain,
‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’
it shall happen.
And all things you ask in prayer,
Believing,
you shall receive.”
– Matthew 21:20–22

Faith,
My Dear Friends,
is beyond believing.
It is not just believing,
but,
when I don’t know,
is knowing.

Faith
is more than
the most beautiful
element of Creation,
it is Creation.
Faith
is what Dreams
may Come.

mt-reflection

     A reflection of His Faith.

Faith
is the Miracle
of knowing.
And Faith
is the Miracle of knowing
that everything is
a Gift,
and that every Gift
is from God.

It is knowing that the Life
gifted to us from God,
is an Act of Faith
in us.

interior-b

Without Faith
nothing,
and no one,
would exist.

Yes,
your existence
is a powerful statement
of Faith.
For Faith
becomes us.
It is us.

Our Faith in God
is a reflection
of His Faith
in His beautiful Creation.

yellow-one-flower-b

Without Faith nothing would exist.

We are so much more,
and in so being,
so much LESS,
than what we perceive ourselves to be.
Philosophers of the past were right,
our senses really do deceive us.

We have been told
our reality is made up of
physical material things
and that our world
is independently existing
and objective.
But quantum physics tell us
is that there is no true
“physicality”
in the Universe.

Atoms are made of focused vorticies
of energy – miniature tornadoes
constantly spinning and vibrating
and popping into and out of existence
billions of times each second.

sun-streaks-good-b

You are not alone in your thoughts and feelings.

If you observed
the composition of an atom
with a very powerful microscope,
you would see a small, invisible
tornado like vortex,
with a number of infinitely small energy vortices.
These make up the structure of the
atom.

And if you focused in much closer
on the structure of the atom,
you would see nothing,
you would observe a physical
void.

The atom has no physical structure.
Which means
that we have no physical structure.
What we think of as physical things
do not have any physical structure!

Atoms (and WE)
are made out of invisible energy,
not matter.

another-galaxy

Thought is real, physical is the Illusion.

The Universe
is not an assembly of physical parts.

Instead, our Universe
comes from a holistic entanglement
of immaterial energy waves.
This discovery stems from the work
of Albert Einstein, Max Planck,
and Werner Heisenberg,
and others.

And what does it mean
that our physical material reality
isn’t really physical at all?

It means,
My Dear Friends,
we are Spiritual Beings,
filled with energy.

And,
as observers,
we are involved with
the Creation of our own
reality.
Our minds
create the illusion
of physical reality.

flower

Everything that exists is Thought.

Physicists now admit
that the Universe is
a “mental” construction
of consciousness.

“The stream of knowledge
is heading toward a non-mechanical reality;
the Universe begins to look
more like a great THOUGHT
than like a great machine.”
Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans

But we have Faith
in the illusion of our
physical being,
rather than
our real Spiritual selves.

“Mind no longer appears
to be an accidental intruder
into the realm of matter,
we ought rather hail it as the creator
and governor of the realm of matter.”

– R. C. Henry, “The Mental Universe”; Nature

Everything that exists
is Thought
in the mind of God.
Everything that is,
will and has ever existed,
is because of the thoughts
in the mind of our Father
in Heaven Above.

beach-and-moon-c

The Universe is a “mental” construction.

Life is much more complex
than we can ever imagine.
Our thoughts are limited
by being confined in a Human body.
We are unable to see
other realms and dimensions
of reality.
We are Spiritual Beings
in sufferance of having
a Human experience.

Everything
is a thought
from the mind of
God.

You,
My Precious Friend,
are not alone
in your thoughts and feelings.
For God is with you,
always.

A Flowering Future you have not dreamed of.

My Dear Parents,
place your Faith in God.
And put your Faith
in His Beautiful Creations,
His Blessed Gifts,
His Children
that come through us.

And your Faith
will blossom into the Beauty
of a Flowering Future
you have not dreamed of –
into Children of Faith
empowered by
the Holy Spirit.

For the greater good of all Mankind.

Yes,
one day your Child grows
and is filled with Faith
and the Love of God,
and yours.

And will your Child
always uphold your Faith?
No.
You had a Human Child.
But remember,
you are Human too.
And Faith and Forgiveness
go hand in hand.
One is the Flower,
the other
the ground
in which it grows.

Without Faith
there is no Vision,
and no common Vision
for the greater good
of all Mankind.

Living Is But One Dimension / Prevent Cancer in Your Home / Tuesday, Jan. 5 We Begin Again

There is so much more
To Life,
Than Life.

Amazing_Water_Lily_flower_beautiful

There is more to what exists.

Living is but one
Dimension of existence.
It is a very narrow fragment.
Life is a very thin sliver
Of awareness,
Of who we are,
What we know,
What can be.

The Water Lily,
So fragile, delicate and beautiful,
Floats upon the surface
Of its reality,
Much like you and me,
Never knowing, unaware,
Of what lies beneath,
In the waters of Life,
Majestic, dark and deep.

ws_Water_Lilies_Pond_1920x1200

This time is your true Treasure.

What lurks below
Is unknown,
And the distance
May be vast,
Much like the way
To what lies above,
To the infinity of stars,
Far beyond what
The Water Lily
filled with Life,
Or we,
May ever know.

And the narrow path forward,
Around and beyond,
Is the horizon,
The limit of what we see,
But not of what is,
Not what can be.

“There are more things
in Heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of
in our philosophy.”

– Hamlet, First Folio (1623),
by William Shakespeare

There is so much more
To what exists,
And whatever will be,
To what our minds can imagine,
Where we truly are,
Where we can go,
What we can see.

l

Fragile, delicate and beautiful, as are you and me.

My Friends,
The wind beneath
The wings of your longing
Can lift your Spirit
To heights so Heavenly,
Only dreams aspire,
Only Angels see.

lilies

There is so much more to Life.

For you are Lovingly made
Of Angelic Dust,
Formed within a Beautiful Dream,
By a God that deeply Loves you,
Knows your every desire,
Every need,
Every longing,
In every moment
To be.

Fragrant Water Lilies

The wings of your longing can lift your Spirit.

Rejoice,
My Dear Friends.
Take comfort in this brief moment
Made for you and me.
This time is your true Treasure,
God’s precious Gift beyond belief,
As you may come one day
To see.

“Surely a man goes about
as a shadow!

Surely for nothing
they are in turmoil.”

– Psalm 39:5-6

This time on Earth
Is all we have,
All we need,
To share who we are,
Be all we can be,
To Love so deeply
No one is left in need,
And Life is fulfilled
Beyond what we
Are able to see.

ground

The ground beneath your feet
Bears the weight of your Dignity.
Yes, it carries more than you and me.
For we walk upon this Sacred Soil
With our hopes and dreams,
The Sanctity of our Being,
Our wishes for all Humanity,
The Destiny of our deep desires,
The discovery of our Divinity.

Across the great divide
Of fear and doubt,
Lies this Sacred Land
Found only in dreams.
And as Spirits soar
In our search for
Everlasting Love,
We discover our Home
In the Heart of One
We Adore.

    Welcome Home.

What we endeavor to see
Is far less than what we are.
We are so very much more
Than what we thought,
What we imagined,
What we dreamed
We could ever be.

When your longing for Love
Is carried gently
On the Wings of Prayer.
There
You will be.

Welcome Home.

Prevent Cancer in Your Home in 6 Easy Steps

cancer-prevention-266x300

There are many steps you can take –
in your home, your lifestyle and your body –
to drastically reduce your lifetime cancer risk.

Hey folks,
This is easy!
It is just common sense.

Toxic cleaning products
in your home drastically increase your cancer risk –
especially BREAST cancer risk for the females
who tend to use them most often.

Women have been shown to absorb
as much as FIVE pounds of toxins
through the skin each year.

Do we have your attention
YET?

We are destroying our immune system’s
ability to fight germs and infection
by overwhelming our environment
with antibacterial products.

The BEST product to use
for general household cleaning is
(GRIP YOUR KEYBOARD TIGHTLY –
HERE IT COMES):

simple soap and water.

Hey, it gets even easier.

Choose Organic

We have known how dangerous
pesticides are for decades.
By choosing organically grown vegetables
and organically raised animal products
you limit your amount of exposure.

This is especially important
when it comes to “soft” fruits and vegetables
– such as peaches and tomatoes –
that absorb more insecticides and chemicals
than thicker-skinned varieties.

If you think ORGANIC is more expensive –
try a month in the hospital.
Pay that bill,
then look forward to going home
to slowly and painfully
die.

Come on folks,
wake up!
How simple do you want
me to say it.

I Love You.

And yes,
that is reason enough
to hit you between the eyes
with the truth!

The chemicals used in dry cleaning
have been linked to several forms of cancer.

So before you drop off your clothing,
and that of your loved ones,
at the dry cleaners,
THINK
Do I really want to die in this way?

Yes,
My friends.
It is that simple.

Please read more.

A few minutes of reading,
coupled with a relatively small dose
of common sense,
can prevent a horrible death.
And I do mean
horrible.

I have lost so very many loved ones,
including my precious Mother, Marie,
friends, neighbors, a deeply loved student,
Aaron Rivera,
fellow teachers I truly admired and loved
and so many others to this horrible
and preventable malady.

The thought of losing
you
I cannot bear.

And now,
I simply must close.
I cannot see through
the tears.

Why Transferring Credit Card Balances
Is Brilliant

By Allison Franceour
July 8th 2015

Credit card issuers are in such fierce competition these days to attract new customers that most have started offering sweetheart deals to win you over, like ultra-long 0% introductory APR interest periods. By transferring your balance onto one of these cards, you immediately stop all interest charges during the introductory period (which is a LONG time).

For example, the BankAmericard offers 18 months at 0% APR, so during that entire 18 month intro period, you pay nothing in interest on any balance transferred. That could literally result in thousands of dollars in savings, and is simply a no brainer. With these offers out there, it just makes absolutely no sense to continue to pay high credit card interest on your current balances. Come on folks, wake up!

Well, without further ado, here are the very few cards offering great balance transfer specials: The Cards Which Not Only Don’t Charge, But Actually   – – – PAY YOU. – – –

Hey, take advantage of them for a change.

These are the very BEST deals I have found! Why not MAKE MONEY rather than pay exorbitantly high interest rates. Save the money and put it into a savings account for the kid’s college fund. Trust me, you will need the money then. By the way, when your introductory period is up, transfer the balance to another great offer. They are always out there.

Chase Freedom Card: 15 Months of 0% Intro APR, 1% Cash Back Rewards Program, $100 bonus. No annual fee.

Citi Double Cash Card: 15 Months of 0% Intro APR, 2% Cash Back Rewards Program. No annual fee. read more

Freezerless Refrigerator

refridg

My Dear Friends,
I am not a salesman for Sears. But, the Kenmore freezerless all-refrigerator is designed to operate efficiently in unheated locations with ambient temperature as low at 10 degrees Fahrenheit. You can place this refrigerator in a cold garage or basement without worrying that your fresh foods will freeze. Believe it or not, Eskimos buy refrigerators to keep food from freezing!

But this is what I especially like about it: it is a freezer with the thermostat set above freezing. The end result is that it is especially well insulated (to be a freezer) and saves money in electrical costs. We have one at the school (actually, our second model designed like this). We have no real need for a freezer at school and do not waste electricity to bring the temperature down to well below freezing. It is something I wanted to share with you.

And please, pass along your ideas to help each other. I will be glad to post them on this weblog. And LET ME HEAR FROM YOU. I need to know what you think, how you feel about this weblog. What are you interested in reading about?

Hey, were all just friends and family.

And we are more family than you were aware of. Geneticists have discovered that we ALL originated in heart of Africa, and from one female. In 1987, a group of geneticists published a surprising study in the prestigious journal Nature

Yes, geneticists concluded that every person on Earth right now can trace his or her lineage back to a single common female ancestor who lived around 200,000 years ago. read more

The scientists named this common female ancestor Mitochondrial Eve. Isn’t it interesting that they would name her EVE.

Science and Theology are quickly merging – becoming ONE. The story that one has told is the story the other is telling.

Just as we are: ONE!

May God
always abide with you

and show you the way
to discover the Joy
hidden deep inside
your precious Heart.
Yes, my friend
It is there.

you miss life.”

A Very Precious Place To Be / Kindness and Generosity / Stock Show

Shakespeare preperation & around school 033One day
A pilot looked down

To the shores of a river bank
Where once,
When he was young,
He would play.

Remembering that,
As a child,
He would look up
Hoping one day to fly,
To be where he is today.

And now,
What would he give,
To return to the shores
Of his youth,
Back to the place
Where once he dreamed.

We are all looking up,
From a very precious place to be,
For any child,
For you,
And for me.
It is a sacred place,
This moment.

But far more treasured,
More than our
Deep longing to be,
In any
Time or place,
We long to be
With someone we Love,
To a place
In their heart,
Where once we lived.

Let us not wait
With such longing
In our lonely hearts

To look down,
From the Heavens Above
To Heaven Below.

Heaven is within you,
In this moment,
In this hour,
This day.
And tomorrow,
Tomorrow
May never be.

5 Foods that Keep You Thin
By Kristin McGrath

Apples
According to Alan Aragon, a nutritionist and author of “Girth Control: The Science of Fat Loss & Muscle Gain,” crunchy foods in particular can trick a person into feeling fuller. The act of chewing may send satiety signals to your body, he says, making you think you’ve eaten more than you really have.

Almonds
One ounce of this food contains only 167 calories, plus it packs roughly 6 g of protein and 3 g of fiber, both nutrients that can make you feel full.

Salmon
A study published in the “International Journal of Obesity” found that when dieters ate salmon a few times a week, they lost about two more pounds than those who didn’t include seafood in their meals.

Eggs
Research has shown that eating eggs at breakfast can help you fight weight gain all day long.

Tomatoes
Like other foods high in fiber, they can help keep you feeling satiated.
Keep in mind that there is evidence that canned tomatoes can be carcinogenic. Always select fresh produce.

Science Says
Lasting Relationships
Come Down To
Basic Traits
by EMILY ESFAHANI SMITH, The Atlantic

(My gratitude to Travis Andrews for this wonderful information.)

Of all the people who get married, only three in ten remain in healthy, happy marriages, as psychologist Ty Tashiro points out in his book “The Science of Happily Ever After,” which was published earlier this year.

Here are some of the highlights:

A powerful kindness strategy revolves around shared joy.

If you look at what drives the deterioration of many relationships, it’s often a breakdown of kindness.

Among couples who not only endure, but live happily together for years and years, the spirit of kindness and generosity guides them forward.

Amazingly,

Scientists can predict with up to 94 percent certainty whether couples — straight or gay, rich or poor, childless or not — will be broken up, together and unhappy, or together and happy several years later. Much of it comes down to the spirit couples bring to the relationship. Do they bring kindness and generosity.

We’ve all heard that partners should be there for each other when the going gets rough. But research shows that being there for each other when things go right is actually more important for relationship quality.

Among couples who not only endure, but live happily together for years and years, the spirit of kindness and generosity guides them forward.

Scientists at The Scripps Research Institute have found that a fundamental new mechanism for the known beneficial effects of resveratrol — the grape ingredient touted as an elixir of youth: it powerfully activates an evolutionarily ancient stress response in human cells.

“This stress response represents a layer of biology that has been largely overlooked, and resveratrol turns out to activate it at much lower concentrations than those used in prior studies,” said senior investigator Paul Schimmel, professor and member of the Skaggs Institute for Chemical Biology. The discovery is reported in Nature.

Resveratrol is a compound produced in grapes, cacao beans, Japanese knotweed and other plants in response to stresses including infection, and ultraviolet radiation. Resveratrol is available in pill or tablet form from your local health food store.

It has attracted widespread scientific and popular interest over the past decade, as researchers have reported that it extended lifespan and prevented diabetes in obese mice and vastly increased the stamina.

We were so enamored and captivated with what happened in this bird bath, that numerous photographs were taken.

Groundbreaking new research on the cancer-fighting potential of vitamin C has made the pages of the peer-reviewed journal Science Translational Medicine. A team of researchers from the University of Kansas reportedly tested the effects of vitamin C given in high doses intravenously on a group of human subjects and found that it effectively eradicates cancer cells while leaving healthy cells intact.

Note the unusual geometry and even spacing between the clusters of bubbles. Nature is full of fascinating wonder. And the most fascinating is YOU.

Building upon research pioneered by the late Linus Pauling, from Oregon State University who today is recognized as the world’s foremost proponent of therapeutic vitamin C, the new research involved injecting high doses of vitamin C into human ovarian cells. The tests were conducted in vitro in a lab, as well as directly in both mice and a group of 22 human subjects.

EACH bubble consisted of many other tiny bubbles! Perhaps YOU can explain this! Let us hear from you.

According to BBC News, the tests showed favorable results in all three models, as vitamin C effectively targeted the ovarian cancer cells while avoiding healthy cells. The benefits of high-dose vitamin C were also observed in conjunction with conventional chemotherapy treatments, which destroy all cells, both healthy and malignant, eventually leading to patient death.

“Patients are looking for safe and low-cost choices in their management of cancer,” stated Dr. Jeanne Drisko, a co-author of the study, to BBC News concerning the findings. “Intravenous vitamin C has that potential based on our basic science research and early clinical data.”

Researchers admit more human trials on intravenous vitamin C unlikely because drug companies cannot patent vitamins.

The next step for this type of research would typically involve applying these same parameters in a large-scale clinical human trial to see if they can be replicated and confirmed. While this new study is admittedly convincing on its own, the hurdles to gaining widespread acceptance of its findings include replicating them across a much larger human sample size.

But this may never actually take place. And the reason, says the research team, is that such trials require major funding that typically comes from pharmaceutical companies interested in developing a patented drug. Drug companies, in other words, are hardly interesting in promoting the medicinal benefits of natural substances like vitamin C, which stands to decimate the multibillion-dollar conventional cancer industry if word gets out about its benefits. [Now there is a truly sad commentary on our humanity.] By the way, studies also show inadequate vitamin C levels Boost the risk of the most deadly type of stroke by nearly fifty percent (50%).

“Because vitamin C has no patent potential, its development will not be supported by pharmaceutical companies,” says Qi Chen, lead author of the new study. “We believe that the time has arrived for research agencies to vigorously support thoughtful and meticulous clinical trials with intravenous vitamin C.”

Perhaps, my friends, Bob Dylan expresses it best:

“How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?
Yes, ‘n’ how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, ‘n’ how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died?

Yes, ‘n’ how many times can a man turn his head
Pretending he just doesn’t see?
The answer, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind
The answer is blowin’ in the wind.”

The conventional medical industry’s response to these and similar findings over the years has been nothing short of derisive, which is to be expected. Having to rationalize decades of ushering cancer patients through the gauntlet of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery — with dismal results — while ignoring natural cancer-fighting alternatives like vitamin C is a hard pill to swallow for this powerful, high-profit industry, which would rather everyone ignore such findings than think critically about them.

“[A]scorbate is processed by the body in different ways when administered orally versus intravenously,” writes Heidi Ledford for Nature about this commonly misunderstood variance. The medical-industrial complex, it turns out, intentionally corrupts the conversation on vitamin C by convoluting the distinct effects of these very different delivery routes.

“Oral doses [of vitamin C] act as antioxidants, protecting cells from damage caused by reactive compounds that contain oxygen. But vitamin C given intravenously can have the opposite effect by promoting the formation of one of those compounds: hydrogen peroxide. Cancer cells are particularly susceptible to damage by such reactive oxygen-containing compounds.”
