Dedicated
To those who have Loved.
You are Blessed
Far beyond
What you will ever
See.

If you never Love, how long will that last?
This moment is precious.
And this very second
Shall not last,
But an Eternity.
Never
Can be an Eternity,
Forever.
If you never laughed,
If you never cried,
If you never said Hello,
Or goodbye,
Would the laughter
And tears exist?
Would you have ever
Been kissed?
And what
If you never Loved?
How long
Will that last?
Eternity
Can be forever
Or forever never.

Never can reflect forever.
Never is forever,
And forever can last
Forever and ever.
Nothing
Is also
Infinite.
“Like attracts like.
Whatever the conscious mind
thinks and believes,
the subconscious
identically creates.”
– Brian Adams
The face of Love
Reflects the symmetry
Of reality.
Love looks into a mirror,
And knows,
Never
Can reflect forever.
![flower blue](https://asgtc.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/flower-blue.jpg?w=400&h=316)
Love is the Key.
Reflections
May be made
Manifest
In what cannot
Be.
“Thoughts are boomerangs,
returning with precision
to their source.
Choose wisely
which ones you throw.”
– Author Unknown
Without Love,
The Landscape
Of our Being
May reside
On the other side
Of Existence.
How
Do we know
We are alive,
If we have never
Loved?
![sunset 10](https://asgtc.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/sunset-10.jpg?w=408&h=243)
This moment shall last forever.
Love
Sees far, far beyond
This precious moment.
“Till the sheep in the valley
come home my way
Till the stars fall around me
and find me alone
When the sun comes a-singin’
I’ll still be waitin’.”
– Rod McKeun
The absence of Life
Is not death,
Until Birth be.
And through
The Divine Love
Of God,
We
Are born again,
In Love
With Life Eternally.
Love is the Key.
It unlocks the door
To Eternity.

One moment in time.
Love,
If but for one
Moment in time,
Is Light Divine,
And lives on in Infinity.
One moment in Love
Is always somewhere
In Time,
Somewhere,
Perhaps everywhere.
Once in Love,
The Heart remembers,
And is
Forever and ever
In Love.
“At every point in time,
there are Infinite possibilities
and a parallel reality
exists for each possibility,
so there are literally Infinite branches.”
– Stargate
Episode: ‘Point Of View’
Love exists
Somewhere in time,
In the Heart of everyone,
And every living thing.
Every newborn child
Is filled with Love
For Life.
![rose](https://asgtc.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/rose.jpg?w=403&h=267)
Love is always somewhere in Time.
Love ripples
Through time,
Tearing the very Fabric
Of Existence,
Shredding all illusions
Of the night,
Piercing the veil
Of a dark life
Of mere existence
With a brilliant Shaft
Of Eternal Light,
And moving through
Our brief lives,
Through our Loved ones
Scorching our Souls
Like the heat
Of a thousand Suns.
No.
This very second
Shall not last,
But an Eternity.

Love looks into a mirror.
Love and Life are fragile
And Splendored things.
And so very much more.
Love and Life
Are the same.
They are indistinguishable.
One
Births the other.
“Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high,
There’s a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby.
Somewhere over the rainbow
Skies are blue,
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Really do come true.”
– E.Y. Harburg
Love is
The only thing
Worth living for.
![bird 2](https://asgtc.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/bird-2.jpg?w=412&h=325)
Love and Life are fragile.
“Love
is a many splendored thing
It’s the April rose
that only grows
in the early Spring
Love is nature’s way
of giving a reason
to be living“
– Sammy Fain, Paul Webster
Do not hesitate,
My Precious Friends,
To Love.
For this moment
Shall last
Forever,
Or forever
Never.
Goodnight.

Every cubic inch of space is a miracle.
Miracles
by Walt Whitman
“Why, who makes much of a miracle?
As to me I know of nothing else but miracles.
Whether I walk the streets of Manhattan,
Or dart my sight over the roofs of houses toward the sky,
Or wade with naked feet along the beach
just in the edge of the water,
Or stand under trees in the woods,
Or talk by day with any one I love,
or sleep in the bed at night
with any one I love,
Or sit at table at dinner with the rest,
Or look at strangers opposite me riding in the car,
Or watch honey-bees busy around the hive
of a summer forenoon,
Or animals feeding in the fields,
Or birds, or the wonderfulness of insects in the air,
Or the wonderfulness of the sundown,
or of stars shining so quiet and bright,
Or the exquisite delicate thin curve
of the new moon in spring;
These with the rest, one and all,
are to me miracles,
The whole referring,
yet each distinct and in its place.
To me every hour of the light and dark
is a miracle,
Every cubic inch of space
is a miracle,
Every square yard of the surface of the earth
is spread with the same,
Every foot of the interior swarms with the same.
To me the sea
is a continual miracle,
The fishes that swim – the rocks –
the motion of the waves –
the ships with men in them,
What stranger miracles are there?”
– Walt Whitman

Love is the only thing worth living for.
Death by Sugar?
A recent study found that eating too many sugary foods can nearly triple your chance of dying prematurely from heart problems. Even just consuming two 12-ounce cans of soda daily can substantially increase your risk of heart disease.

Scientists have discovered, though, that chronic stress can lead to high levels of inflammation in your body – and set the stage for heart disease, depression and even cancer to develop.
How?
Stress changes the gene activity of your immune cells before they enter your bloodstream. It prepares them to fight infection or trauma – even if there is none to fight. And that causes your inflammation levels to soar.
In a study published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, researchers analyzed the immune cells taken from stressed mice’s blood and compared them to non-stressed mice. They found 3,000 genes in the stressed mice’s immune cells that were expressed at higher or lower levels – and 1,142 of the more highly activated genes played a part in making the immune cells more inflammatory.
