A Love Story / 31 Best and Worst Foods For Depression / Friday: At School – Shakespeare Production

God pours out His Love into my Heart by the Holy Spirit.             – Romans 5:5

Your Life
is a Love Story.

Yes.
The Love of God
dwells within us,
and fills our Human Hearts
with Hope
for Tomorrow,
and
ever after.

Even death
has no dominion
over those who Love,
and are Loved
by God.

“The last enemy
that shall be destroyed
is death.”
1 Corinthians 15:26

My Dear Friends,
because of the Miracle
of your Birth,
and the Birth of God’s Love
deep in your Heart,
you are close
to the Lord,
even when afar.
God
will Love you
and Forgive
no matter where,
or who you are.

“Therefore I tell you,
whatever
you ask in Prayer,
believe that you have received it,
and
it will be
yours
.

–
Mark 11:24

Yes.
Ask
and you shall
receive.

The Bible is filled with ‘Words of Affirmation’ where God verbalizes His love to us.

Whispered
in the Still, Silent Voice
that hovers near
the surface of your Being,
is the Language
of God’s Love.
.
It speaks
from the Divine.
Pure
and Felt,
It reverberates
throughout Time,
immeasurable,
except
by the beat
of your Heart.

The Nobility
of your Spirit
is the Miracle
of the way you are.
It is
Infinite and Everlasting,
for God’s Love
resides in
you.

Such is
the Love of God,
that you could never
embrace it all,
never
comprehend it.

For all of Eternity
we shall wonder
about the Love of God,
and never be able
to fully comprehend it,
for His love is
Infinite.

 “For his steadfast Love
endures forever.”
Psalm 136:1-2

I do not fear death because it’s my doorway to Heaven.                   – 1 Corinthians 15:55

The Sun
rises in your eyes,
and sets
in your Heart.
.
Truth
blossoms in the
whispering wind.
It expresses
the Beautiful vibrancy
that defines Life
and Love.

Leave
what you think
is your home.
Return
to the Nature
from which you came.
Slowly walk among
the Trees
and their leaves.
Listen
to the secrets
whispered
in the wind.

I guard my Heart because it determines the course of my Life.    – Proverbs 4:23

It is nearly
Spring.

A Flower
as fragile
and delicate
as are
we,
will wait patiently
for you.

We are both
deeply Loved
and very, very
Beautiful.

How
do you spell
Love?

It is not
a four letter
word.

Goodnight.

If I don’t stand firmly in my faith, I won’t stand at all.                – Isaiah 7:9

Among garlic’s compounds, allicin linked to the fending off cancer, heart disease, and common cold. As depression and stress weakens the human immune system, you need to use something to back up it and garlic is an ideal example.

  1. Grass-Fed Beef

It is proven to be better than grain-fed beef and does not have added antibiotics, hormones, or any other drug. Whilst it is lower in terms of fat, it is approximately 2-4 times higher in the important compound omega-3s. Despite grass-fed beef is rather pricey, it is still worth your money for decreasing depression.

  1. Green Tea

In addition to the caffeine content, green tea also possesses an amino acid named theanine. 1. Oat Meal

Because of a complex carbohydrate, oatmeal makes the human brain produce the feel-good chemical named serotonin. This chemical has antioxidant properties and creates a soothing feeling helping people overcome depression, anxiety and stress. Many studies have proven that those children eating oatmeal for breakfast seemed to stay sharper in the morning. Additionally, beta-glucan, a kind of soluble fiber found in oatmeal can enhance greater satiety feeling in compared with other whole grains.

  1. Oranges

Being a powerhouse of vitamin C, oranges also have an extra benefit of being entirely portable. 17 Worst Foods For Depression, Stress And Anxiety

As mentioned earlier, simple food choices could make the difference between feeling stable and feeling worse. In this part of the article “Best and worst foods for depression, stress and anxiety”, we will expose some bad foods to avoid when you feel depressed. Check them out below!

  1. Refined Sugar

The first mentioned one among many bad foods for depression is refined sugar. In general, sugar is thought to be linked to an increased likelihood of depression. The reason why refined sugar mat wreck your mood is that it causes the blood sugar level to plummet, causing a sugar hangover which disrupts the mood, depletes the energy. Also, refined sugar is also associated with sleep disorders.

A diet high in refined sugar may increase the levels of inflammation in the body as well as brain. And, inflammation is linked to a higher risk of depression.

  1. Artificial Sweeteners

Actually, aspartame is a not good at all, particularly if you are prone to anxiety and depression. It may block the production of neurotransmitter serotonin – the “happy” hormone within the brain and leads to headaches, mood dips, and insomnia.

  1. Foods With High Pesticides

Those foods grown with heavy pesticide can be bad for your mood as well as well-being. These foods include peaches, strawberries, celery, blueberries, apples, sweet bell peppers, cherries, potatoes, and grapes. It is suggested that if you keep buying these foods, you had better choose organic ones for getting the most of nutritional benefits and least of negative pesticides.

  1. Agave Nectar

Agave is thought as a natural, healthy sweetener, yet that is a myth. According to some experts, agave is not a healthful food because the excess fructose in this food may increase the risk of metabolic syndrome, thereby triggering brain shrinkage and instability of mood as well.

  1. Soda

It is estimated that an average American takes a whopping 600 sodas per year. Those beverages will turn into fat within the body, thereby sending the mood plummeting after an initial rush of glucose.

For a healthy replacement, you could add a little bit of organic fruit juice to the soda water.

  1. Margarine

For many decades, a lot of scientists debated how to define what was better for human beings, butter or margarine. Up to now, the science makes it clear that margarines promote inflammation, which is linked to symptoms of depression. Thus, stay clear from margarine if you want to avoid bad foods for depression.

  1. Processed Pumpkin Seeds

Despite raw pumpkin seeds are healthy, processed ones are not the same. The modern food industry usually coats seeds with the preservative named potassium bromated, blocking iodine from properly being absorbed by the thyroid. In fact, while the thyroid is very important to maintaining positivity and good moods, without appropriate levels of iodine, it could not function properly. According to doctors, the thyroid is considered one of the initial things that psychiatrists check upon assessing an individual with depression.

  1. Caffeine

Stimulants should be avoided if you are looking for the best foods for depression. Caffeine is an underappreciated trigger which may impair your sleep. Sleep deprivation is closely linked to bipolar mood swings as well as mania.

Caffeine may increase anxiety and irritability, not mention to impacting sleeping. It is recommended to avoid caffeine when you are going to bed. Those OTC medications containing pseudoephedrine have noticeable stimulant properties which are similar to caffeine and may trigger the condition of bad mood.

  1. Alcohol

Those people having bipolar disorder and depression should stay away from alcohol, one of worst foods for depression, because it can negatively impact the human mood and interact negatively with some medications like lithium.

  1. Fat

Nutrition experts suggest depressed people limiting their intake of saturated fat as well as trans fat.  It means that they should opt for low-fat dairy products and lean protein upon choosing animal products.

  1. Non-Dairy Creamer

Non-dairy creamer contains partially hydrogenated oils, also known as trans fat, lurking in other ultra-processed foods such as cookies, French fries, mozzarella sticks, and doughnuts. These fats are associated with the impaired blood flow. Reduced blood flow, particularly to the brain is linked to anxiety, depression and other mental health problems. It is reported that those people eating fried foods, high-fat dairy, processed meats and sweetened desserts seem to have a 58% higher risk of anxiety and depression than those following whole food-rich diet.

  1. Pasta

The refined carbohydrates such as white pasta, doughnuts, candy, white bread, and sugary beverages may wreck your own mood by triggering quick spikes in the blood glucose levels. A study conducted by researchers in Columbia University reported that the blood sugar level of a female participant rose after consuming refine grains and sugar, meaning the higher risk of depression.

  1. Tofu

Despite soy is filled of lean protein, it is still a source of trypsin along with protease inhibitors – the enzymes making the digestion of protein difficult. Also, soy is rich in copper, the mineral associated to anxious behaviors and packed with oligosaccharides , which are thought to cause flatulence. That is why eating tofu will make you more anxious, which is not good for depression at all.

  1. Wheat Bran

We all know that wheat bran is rich in fiber, but unfortunately it is considered one of the worst foods for depression due to its notoriously high content of phytic acid. This chemical binds to important mood minerals such as zinc and reduces their absorption. For those anxious people, adequate amount of zinc are particularly important because the deficiency have been shown to induce depression and anxious behavior. To reduce this anti-nutrient in wheat bran, you can soak it before cooking.

  1. Red Wine

Though a glass of beer or vino might temporarily calm anxious mind, it is shown that these happy hours will backfire in the long term. Those people having anxiety disorders who treat themselves with drugs and alcohol seemed to be 5 times more likely to suffer from a dependency issue than those who did not self-medicate.

In the short term, just several drinks of red wine could lead to sleep problems, dehydration and blood sugar swings – all of which you want to avoid when being anxious.

  1. Ketchup

The condiments such as salad dressing or ketchup could be a bad source of high-fructose corn syrup, which, similar to doughnuts and pasta, could lead to anxiety-inducing ups and downs in the blood sugar level. Thus, you should choose low-sugar condiments which do not contain high fructose corn syrup such as hot sauce and barbecue sauce.

  1. Potato Chips

Those potato chips are a favorite snack for many people, especially between winter holidays and football season, indulging in it is not a good option for those with depression. The reason is that these taters are fried up in oils, so they are filled with omega-6 fatty acids which block the brain-building, mood-enhancing omega-3 fatty acids. So, you had better save money as well as your health by making some homemade snacks like microwavable popcorn. In order to have an occasional healthier fix, bake smaller spuds with blue or red skin – the colored skin is jam packed with phytonutrients which benefit your body and mind.

Do these best and worst foods for depression, stress and anxiety surprise you? The connection between diet and depression is very close, but there is no specific diet which has been proven to relieve anxiety and depression. Whilst certain foods or eating plans might not ease your depression symptoms or put you instantly in a happier state, a healthy diet might still help as a part of your treatment. To eat your way to being happier and healthier, you should choose epigenetic foods which promote your wellness, elevate your mood and improve sleep. However, whilst there are good-mood foods, there is still more of that you could do. Create the habit of taking part regularly in physical activities because exercises could enhance your metabolism, boost moods and alleviate tension.

Deep within us,
beneath
the surface of our conscious mind,
is a place we do not know.
It is
a deeper mind
within.

Most people are far, far away
from this level of awareness.
They live on the fast paced,
often violent surface of the Earth,
with all of its illusions, opportunities,
adventures and misadventures
and misfortunes.

Someone must teach you that Life is lived for Love and Joy. I have my Mother, Marie, to thank.                                – – –  Thank You!

But deep within
there is a burning desire,
a never ending yearning
to find the True
meaning of our
existence.

This longing
emanates
from a deeper place
we can only find
within
each of us.

It is
the very Human Heart,
in which
our Creator lives.

When God created man
in His own image,
He made Mankind
to share
Divine prerogatives.

YOU
are someone great, wonderful and different.
You are the most excellent
of all God’s beautiful creations.
You are a special expression
of Divine Nature,
created by God’s own personal activity.
God created you with Solemnity
and Dignity,
and with the Honor of an intimate
Divine deliberation.

That’s me! A few years back and very much in Love with Life.

How much
is a person responsible
for their own
destiny?
Can knowledge
arise from within
to reassure someone
that Life is not
a singular, lonely journey,
leading to nowhere,
to nothing
but death?

Or can Life be lived
with the Love
of God
to guide and comfort us?

My Dear Friends,
everyone who Loves,
experiences a relationship
with God.
God dwells deeply within us,
within Infinite
layers of Love.

There is much speculation
about the creative
potential of the mind,
about the degree to which
we can truly have an impact
upon our own Human experience
here on Earth.
sun-set-over-lake-b

Love gives Truth, direction and purpose.

Yes,
the Human mind
creates its own reality.
But there is a
deeper reality,
a Mind
that created YOU,
the Mind of
God.

The mind of man
is constantly striving to gain
privileges, possessions,
and become passionate
about Earthly things.
And the result is
immense suffering,
calamity and discord,
not only for ourselves,
but for the whole World.

“Someone’s lost the plan
For the brotherhood of man
And no one’s trying to find it anymore
And the winds become a sigh
For those who hate and those who die,
And the waves are black and slow along the shore.

“And will the grass be gone
from underneath the sky?
Will the golden flower wither soon and die?
Will the fire burn out the land,
And the sea fill up with sand,
Will the last word ever spoken be
WHY?”
Roger Whittaker
Our Human race,
in its quest to conquer and possess,
to digress into the illusion
of ownership,
has disrupted the Natural World
so much,
that now we are confronted
by challenges on a magnitude
that leave us to question
our own survival.

“There were plants and birds and rocks and things
there was sand and hills and rings.
The ocean is a desert with it’s life underground
And a perfect disguise above.
Under the cities lies a heart made of ground
But the humans will give no Love.
You see I’ve been through the desert
on a Horse with no name.
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert you can remember your name
‘Cause there ain’t no one for to give you no pain.”
America

Such illusory, illogical aberrations of thought
bring us out of conscious alignment
with the rhythms of Nature
and Natural Wisdom.
And now,
we find it almost impossible
to align with our deeper,
natural
sense of self.

We cannot
even identify
our self.

“You think you own
whatever land you land on,
The Earth is just a dead thing you can claim.
But I know every rock and tree and creature
Has a Life,
Has a Spirit,
Has a Name.

Come run the hidden pine trails of the Forest.
Come taste the sun sweet berries of the Earth.
Come roll in all the riches all around you
And for once, never wonder what they’re worth.

The rainstorm and the river are my brothers.
The Heron and the Otter are my friends.
And we are all connected to each other
In a circle, in a hoop that never ends.

You can own the Earth and still
All you’ll own is Earth,
Until
You can paint
With all the colors of the wind.
Stephen Schwartz

By altering our climate
we create new dimensions
of stress and uncertainty.
We are no longer
prepared for the future,
a future we cannot
predict.

But God,
My Friends,
dwells in the World
we live in.
And He
will prepare you
and strengthen you.
He will Love you.

“The Bible
is a love letter
from God.”
George Norwood, Deepermind.com

Tomorrow
is beyond the pale
of our understanding.
The future will require
a depth of understanding
and knowledge
and Compassion
that only
the Love of God
can provide.

God has placed within you
the strength
for you
to face the difficult times ahead
and deeper intelligence
in His Sacred Knowledge.

The answers lie
buried
deep within.

Goodnight.

7 Natural Drinks That Help To Calm Your Nerves
By Urmet Seepter
.
Relaxing has phenomenal health benefits including reducing stress, insomnia and also discouraging the development of cancer and heart diseases. This post discusses natural drinks that you can take to calm your nerves and relax.

7 Natural Calm-Down Drinks that Will Relax Your Nerves

Pure Coconut Water

Although coconut water has been associated more with its energy-boosting capabilities, it can also help you sleep better. It is an excellent source of magnesium and potassium, the two ingredients that help muscles relax and regulate digestion and improve blood circulation. A small cup of coconut water is richer in potassium than 2 bananas. Also, coconut water is rich in B vitamins that help reduce stress and can also lessen the risks of lower blood pressure and heart attack. It is one of the best remedies you can drink to calm your nerves naturally.

Warm Or Hot Milk

Hot or even warm milk is great for a person who feels that his nerves are shot and they want to fall asleep. Milk contains an amino acid known as tryptophan and this is what helps you calm your nerves. If you want sweet antioxidant boost, mix it with a little honey. Next time you are unable to calm your nerves, just drink warm or hot milk. It can work wonders.

Tart Cherry Juice

According to studies, drinking tart cherry juice has overwhelming benefits to your body. Some of its advantages include reducing inflammation associated with arthritis and heart disease, encouraging normal levels of uric acid (this can ease gout), lowering blood cholesterol, encouraging healthy joints and improving muscle recovery.

It also has great sleep advantages in addition to promoting a lovely skin. It is common to see some of the best athletes take this drink in the middle of their performances.

Herbal Teas

There are many herbal teas that can help your anxiety. However, it is important that whatever tea you choose to take, it should not contain caffeine.

Below are the common herbal teas that you can drink to calm your nerves.

Kava.

This is by far the best known herbal tea for dealing with anxiety. Many times, its effects are likened to those of Buspar, a common anxiety drug, and it appears to possess all the traits of a herbal remedy. This includes being non-addictive, completely natural as well as the fact that it can be consumed whenever needed. However, it is instructive to take note of a few things regarding kava tea. Firstly, the kava tea bought at your local grocery store is not good enough to relax you. While the basic teas provide only 30-50 kavalactones, you need up to 300 or more for you to see any calming effects. The trick is to find a purer herbal tea, such as those that are normally stocked in tea shops. Also, it is advisable to mix it with a drink that contains fats, like coconut milk or butter. Another thing is that kava is very strong and is likely to interact with certain medications. Also, never take it with alcohol. If you have liver disease, kava tea is not for you. NB! This drink must not be taken without a doctor’s nod.

Passionflower Tea.

Passionflower tea works similar to kava. However, it is not strong the way kava is but has lots of benefits. It offers great calming effects the same way kava does but it does not have the side effects associated with kava.

Valerian Root Tea. This type of herbal tea is not necessarily designed for anxiety. However, it still has the calming effects that can soothe anxiety symptoms. Traditionally, valerian tea was used to aid people in sleeping. Many people who suffer from insomnia use valerian root tea to help them catch a few winks of sleep.

Oat Straw

Oat straw may be good for you if you want something to drink to calm your nerves. It is a well known remedy that has been used over the years to cure exhaustion and depression. However, this is not a magic drink that will relieve you of your anxiety in an instant. It must be taken for some time, like a month, for it to have calming effects on you. You can find it in stores that sell natural remedies and herbs.

Green Tea

Green tea has many health benefits, and one of these is stress relief. The reason for its stress relief is mainly because of theanine it contains, an important calming agent. Like the herbal teas above, it is important that you drink decaffeinated green tea. Caffeine is in fact a stimulant and cannot produce the calming effects that you need.

Honey-Infused Drinks

If, for some reason, you cannot use herbal teas, just take any of the drinks mentioned above and infuse them with honey for roughly two weeks. When you feel ready to drink a cup, just mix a table spoon of honey or tea mixture into hot water, hot milk or coconut water and drink it up. It will calm your nerves and help you relax.

Relaxing is important for a healthy person. However, the busy lifestyles that most of us find ourselves in today deprive us of time to relax. But the good news is that there are indeed natural drinks that you can take to calm your nerves.

that has been,
all that exists,
all that is
Humanity’s Birthright,
and ALL the Hope
that persists.

We share
ONE Life,
one Cosmic Intelligence,
one first breath,
and
one dying wish –
that we truly
Lived,
that we exhausted
our very brief Existence.

“Life is a great big canvas,
and you should throw
all the paint on it you can.
Danny Kaye

                Everything in Nature.

 We
may be unwilling,
or unable,
to envision the Unity
of Life.
But we truly are ONE
with every Human Being,
every Creature that crawls
upon the Sacred Earth,
everything in Nature,
every day,
in many, many
ways.

The atoms
which compose our Being
are interchanging
with every other
Living Thing.

“Your physical body
walks in the World of Matter,
but a subtler aspect of you,
woven within and throughout
your physical body,

moves and interacts on a level
of pure energy.”
one-mind-one-energy.com

            We share.

We share the
Light of Life
transformed of the
Sun.
We share the Hopes
and Dreams
of everyone.

“Science shows us
that everything is made up of energy.
It´s the building block of all matter.
The same energy that composes your body
is the same one that composes
the bricks of the house you live in, your car, your phone,
animals, trees and so forth.
It´s all the same.
It´s constantly “flowing”
and changing FORM
all the time.
This is the
Universal Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy.”

We share
the spoils of Peace,
violently torn from wars
seemingly never done,
and share the Music of Life
from songs
never sung.

“Science cannot
solve the Ultimate Mystery of Nature.
And that is because,
in the last analysis, we ourselves are…
part of the mystery
that we are trying to solve”.
Max Planck

But,
from the chaos
inextricably woven into
the Fabric
of what seems to be,
or may not be,
we are truly
ONE.

The Fabric of what seems to be.

Long lost,
we have found
all Truths
have a Time and Place,
all Prayers
come into
God’s Grace.

“We may not
impossibly be
ONE mask of many
worn by the
Great Face behind.”
Thomas Hardy

Perhaps,
the purpose of our Life,
of all Life,
is to make
the unconscious,
conscious.
And if these are
one and the same,
one may seem to lead to
the other
and back again,
arrive
where it started,
or in another dimension,
be its Brother.

In our Communion
with God,
we may discover
our immersion in the
Universal Love
of ALL.

My Dear Friends,
God is Love.
And His Love
resides
in you.

In the end,
we may arrive
where we started,
as God’s Eternal Love
crashes upon the shores
of OUR awareness,
and we come know our place
in His Heart,
for the first
Time.

Goodnight.

“Everything
in the unconscious
seeks outward manifestation,
and the personality too
desires to evolve out
of its unconscious conditions
and to experience itself
as a Whole.”
C. G. Jung

12 of the best supplements
to fight cancer

Certain bioactive compounds, found in foods, are known to have strong epigenetic (cancer correcting) benefits. Supplements concentrate those benefits.

Dr. Young S. Kim of the National Cancer Institute studied Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs) which lie at the heart of cancers. She showed in her 2012 research that a poor diet could help CSCs re-grow into a full tumor again after chemotherapy had reduced it by even 70 per cent.

However, she also showed that certain bio-active compounds could prevent this re-growth. She talked of suforaphanes, curcumin, pipeline, vitamins A and E, genistein, theanine, choline, EGCG from green tea and others and she went on to add that you could obtain from quality supplements. Who are we to argue?

Although European and American research has shown a ´small but significant´ prevention factor (of about 7 per cent), we are not going to recommend you take a multivitamin and mineral if you already have the disease. Why? because the vitamins are usually synthetic and deficient, and the minerals include iron, which is known to HELP cancer cells thrive.

We think there are much stronger compounds to take:

1: FISH OILS
The number 1 supplement. Long chain omega 3 is essential for cellular health, control of local inflammation, longevity and much, much more. Research shows supplementation, because it is daily and dose-controlled, actually provides more benefit than eating oily fish. Fish oils reduce the risk of cachexia, and can reduce polyps, the precursors to colorectal cancer.

2: SELENIUM
Helps displace heavy metals from the body. Anti-oxidant mineral recognized more and more as essential in the fight against cancer; for example, German research shows it lowers prostate cancer risk.

3: VITAMIN E
Powerful immune system booster. But take a natural form that ideally combines all 4 tocopherols and all 4 tocotrienols. You simply cannot eat the daily quantities shown to be effective in scientific studies.

4: CHLORELLA
Rather than take vitamin A, go for superfood chlorella. People simply do not eat enough ´greens´, and chlorella is a ´super-green´. Wonderful source of both natural cis- and trans-beta-carotene, minerals and vitamin B-12, especially important if you employ a meat-free diet. This is how to get your vitamin A; your body will make what it wants from beta-carotene.

5: VITAMIN D
If you cannot get a couple of hours in the sunshine every day, you should consider supplementation of 5000IUs, as recommended by Harvard medical School. This vitamin is actually a hormone and has been shown to activate the immune system, reduce the risk of cancer and even correct cancer cells in research studies.

6: COENZYME Q10
Research shows antioxidant, anti-ageing, anti-cancer benefits levels in tissues decline as you age. Essential to your mitochondria, U.S. research clearly shows you can recapture the levels of your youth by supplementation. Max 50 mgs a day. Above is wasted.

7: GRAPE SEED EXTRACT
Shown in the American VITAL study to be the top anti-oxidant commonly available. It is an OPC, and Pine Bark Extract (another OPC but not in the research study) may be even better.

8: CURCUMIN
Equal with vitamin D and fish oils. Research shows a variety of health benefits; an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, this spice (Turmeric) seems to play a strong role in a number of anti-cancer pathways, and in other illnesses too. Prof. Aggarwal of MD Anderson claims he does not know a cancer it does not have a positive effect against. Take with olive oil and black pepper (pipeline) for maximum absorption.

9: B COMPLEX
B Vitamins are essential for correct cellular division and replication apart from playing a role in the nervous system and many of the senses. A  pre-cursor to diseases like Alzheimer´s and cancer has been shown to be the build up of Homocystein levels in the body. B Vitamins can keep this under control. Normally your gut bacteria MAKE your B vitamins (if you feed them fibrous foods). But after antibiotics and chemo, your gut bacteria will not be functioning properly.

10: RESVERATROL
Seems to play a prevention role in everything from dementia to strokes to cancer. It is now known to act as a pro drug with the CYP1B1 gene in cancer cells. The gene turns it in to picetannol which kills the cancer cell. Research is coming thick and fast on this natural compound found in organic red grape skins.

11. MODIFIED CITRUS PECTIN
Again, new research abounds on the abilities of this compound to block the ´velcro patches´ on the outside of cancer cells, reducing their abilities to stick to each other and to new tissues. This reduces metastases.

12. INDOLE 3 CARBINOL
I3C can convert aggressive oestradiol into a safer sister, and even modify oestrogen receptor sites on cells (much like Tamoxifen) and prevent dangerous oestrogens binding there. But it also works against non-oestrogenic cancers via the pathway. Research shows clear benefits in Triple Negative Breast Cancer.

It is important that you look for a source of naturally-sourced supplements. Many cheaper products are synthetic and limited in their content. Some research studies have indicated such synthetic products have dubious abilities. If you have already decided to supplement, you may want to see what supplements are available on www.ournaturalselection.com (in the UK) who supply all natural products.

As The Years Pass By / Drinks that Will Relax Your Nerves / Important Dates

“O Lord,
Thy Spirit’s Aid impart,
And fill me with Devotion’s Fire;
Create anew my waiting Heart,
And Heavenly breathings there inspire;
Bid Heart and flesh cry out for Thee,
And Thou my
Joyful
portion be!”

William Gadsby

The reflections of our Creator.

So comforting,
the flow of knowing
Words
that once were mine,
are yours.

Held forever,
the Sacred Divine.
A Prayer.

Who gives the Divine Gift,
to forgive
and forget the wrong
that is done?
And thus
it is undone,
and long ago
forgotten.

My Friends,
there is
a Truth in
your eyes,
when your smile
speaks
to the Heart
of someone in need.

The silence of
knowing
that Love abides,
enters the Heart,
and there
it thrives.

“So we stood
hand in hand,

like two Children,
and there was Peace in our Hearts
for all the dark things
that surrounded us.”
Arthur Conan Doyle

                Peace in our Hearts

Humankind

the materialized Dream,
the Vision seen,
brought to Light and Life,

Every footnote
of our mysterious Human History,
written or unseen,
focused upon a plane
of illusion.
For we refused to see
the reflections of
our Creator
in you and me.

We were
many layers of knowledge
away
from envisioning
Today.

No one
could have even imagined
the computer age,
the bizarre and unnatural
implications of Quantum Mechanics,
or genetic engineering

for the discovery of how chromosomes
are protected by Telomeres
and the enzyme Telomerase.

She is currently the President
of the Salk Institute for Biological Studies.

Telomeres
are deeply engaged in our lifetime.
As we Humans age,
Telomeres shorten, which leads to aging.
The Telomere is influenced by Telomerase.
Please take note:
Artificially nudging up Telomerase
could increase the risks of cancers.
So what are we supposed to do?

Don’t worry.
We can control Telomerase
by our mind and lifestyle.

“Deep peace of the running wave to you.
Deep peace of the flowing air to you.
Deep peace of the quiet earth to you.
Deep peace, deep peace.

Deep peace of the sleeping stones to you.
Deep peace of the wandering wind to you.
Deep peace of the flock of stars to you.
Deep peace, deep peace.

Pure red of the whirling flame to you.
Pure white of the silver moon to you.
Pure green of the emerald grass to you.
Deep peace, deep peace.”

The material World,
is always dreaming
of another wonderland
of Love.

Possessing the Spirit of a Child.

My Dear Parents,
as we cradle
our precious Child
in arms warm
and inviting,
and look into
the only eyes
that ever truly will see
what will be,
we are separated
by a common destiny,
as our Sacred Children
one day will look back
at you and me,
and this wondrous
moment.

Possessing the Spirit
of a Child
is an indispensable condition
for entrance into the Kingdom
of God,
not Earthly possessions
or Worldly greatness,
but the simplicity,
naturalness,
the upward look of tenderness
in the
Life of a Child,
the Child Spirit.

The nature of a Child
is revelation
of the Divine Nature.

“Verily I say unto you,
except ye be converted,
and become as little Children,
ye shall not enter into
the Kingdom of Heaven.”
Matthew 18:3

As we seek
answers
to questions unseen,
look to the tender,
hitherto unseen,
the one
who held your hand
as you presumed
to lead,
but who showed you
the way.
Yes,
the Child
of your many

Goodnight.

According to studies, relaxing has phenomenal health benefits. These include reducing stress, insomnia and also discouraging the development of cancer and heart diseases. These benefits aside, it is just a good thing to relax. Urmet Seepter discusses some of the natural drinks that you can take to calm your nerves and relax.

Drinks that Will Relax Your Nerves

By

1. Pure Coconut Water

Although coconut water has been associated more with its energy-boosting capabilities, it can also help you sleep better. It is an excellent source of magnesium and potassium, the two ingredients that helps muscles relax. Potassium and magnesium also regulate digestion and improve blood circulation. A small cup of coconut water is richer in potassium than 2 bananas. Also, coconut water is rich in B vitamins that help reduce stress and can also lessen the risks of lower blood pressure and heart attack. It is one of the best remedies you can drink to calm your nerves naturally.

You may not be a world-beating athlete but if you include this drink in your daily regimen, it will do you good especially with relaxing.

4. Herbal Teas

There are many herbal teas that can help your anxiety.
However, it is important that whatever tea you choose to take, it should not contain caffeine. Below are the common herbal teas that you can drink to calm your nerves.

  • Kava. Also, it is advisable to mix it with a drink that contains fats, like coconut milk or butter.Another thing is that kava is very strong and is likely to interact with certain medications. Also, never take it with alcohol. If you have liver disease, kava tea is not for you. NB! This drink must not be taken without a doctor’s nod.
    .
  • Passionflower Tea. Passionflower tea works similar to kava. However, it is not strong the way kava is but has lots of benefits. It offers great calming effects the same way kava does but it does not have the side effects associated with kava.
    .
  • Valerian Root Tea.
