The Beauty of this Earth tugs at the Strings of our Heart, and lifts up the Soul to Love God.
It is moments of Sacred Awareness that make us strong, and make us want to be the better person that deep inside we Truly are.
When we consider the Beautiful Things God has Created for our World, let us not forget the Beautiful Treasure of your precious Life.
If you want to get closer to the Love of our Lord, let the Beauty of this World into your Heart. These Treasures have been given to you, by our Sacred Lord.
They are an Expression of His Divine Love to you. . “He clothes the Lilies of the field. He feeds the birds in the sky, And He will feed those who Trust Him, And Guide them with His Eye.“ – Roger Hoffman
We can do no better, than to let them into our Heart, and into our Soul.
The Beautiful and Enchanting World of God’s Natural Gifts, lifts us up and brings us down, gently and slowly.
It is most inspiring for self Healing. As you walk in His Nature, look to the Light, and there you are. You are so Beautiful. . It is your Love that is so Beautiful. It is your Light that shines in the Hearts of others.
They see you. . They are listening to the Treasures of your deep feelings, your Love for them, and others.
You are not alone. You are deeply Loved. We are all Blessed by the Love of God, found in every leaf of every Tree, in every blade of grass, and every Flower that is or ever will be. . Live your Life to the fullest, by sharingyour Love with everyone. Not everyone had the opportunity to wake from their sleep this morning. The mere fact that you can witness this Beautiful day is a Sacred Sign, that you have been abundantly Blessed.
Pray and give Thanks, that regardless of the circumstances of Life, or what the rest of Life will be, God has expressed His Love so Beautifully.
Our deepest Love, and our Generosity in giving our purest Love and our Blessings to all others in our World, whomever they may be, will lead us to a Truly Happy Life. . How wonderful our exquisitely Beautiful planet would be, if all persons here achieved a level of Purity, Kindness and Love that our Lord wants us to achieve.
Amid our quest for Happiness, our busy schedules can leave us going through the motions and not really enjoying daily life.Happiness, however, does not have to be a complicated or difficult state to achieve or feel. Finding pleasure in simple things every day while taking in our surroundings can help us find moments of simplicity and, ultimately, moments of Happiness. Below are ways to enjoy the simplicity of Happiness.
Smile more
Even though you may not feel like showing your pearly whites, a Smile instantly makes you feel better. Turning up the corners of your lips, even when you don’t feel like smiling, will brighten your mood and remind you of what Happiness is supposed to feel like. Not only will you feel better, but giving someone a smile will make them feel better too, and this smile becomes infectious.
Spend some time alone
Being caught up in work and family commitments can leave you drained and bored.Spending time alone, therefore, is important to your overall mental health. “Me time” gives you time to de-stress, time to re-evaluate your goals and priorities in life and time to regain a zest for Life. Finding simple pleasures while being alone can be as simple as sipping your favorite cup of tea while reading a good book, sketching or taking a walk.
Do something nice for someone
If you’ve ever heard of the concept “pay it forward,” you’ll know that if you were on the receiving end of a good deed, then repaying a good deed by doing a good deed for someone else is a great idea. Whether it’s paying for a stranger’s cup of coffee in the morning lineup or volunteering to help a friend or family member with something they’ve needed help with, doing something nice for someone else may not be completely selfless, but it’s a simple way to feel better. Feeling productive and helpful will make your day as well as someone else’s. So go ahead, pay it forward and hopefully these kind acts will also become infectious.
Keep a happy list
One week, I recorded everything that made me Happy. These things were as simple as good coffee and a good conversation, peanut butter and someone playing with my hair. What I realized is that everything that made me happy was so simple and not materialistic. Try keeping a “Happy list” by recording things that make you Happy throughout your day for a week or two. Aim to record at least two or three things a day, and see what you come up with. Keeping this Happy list handy will remind you of simple ways to be Happy, even on your bad days.
Live in the moment
Corita Kent once wrote, “Life is a succession of moments. To Live each one is to succeed.” This is definitely true when it comes to Happiness. We all worry about the future or are stuck on relationships or problems from the past, but Living in the present moments and fully taking in these moments allow us to enjoy each day as much as possible.
We can find Happiness during whatever overwhelming situations we may be facing by simply taking a deep breath and refocusing our minds on what’s happening around us in a specific moment. This allows us to really feel and sense pleasant things that we may have missed in our busy daily lives.

Life evokes such strong, raw emotions, that it lays bare the most fundamental thoughts.
To Love Life is so touching, so deeply penetrating to the inner Core of our feelings.
The chains of Love may be too weak to be felt, until they are too strong to be broken.
Everything rises, and then starts falling.
Such is True of our thoughts and emotions.
To Love gives us strength and Peace in our Heart. ♥️
The Majestic and Beautiful scenery of God’s Natural World, will always Bless you and hold a special place in your Heart.
And one Day, YOU can come to realize that you are part of God’s Nature and His Natural World.
Love carries a True sense of the Divine.
The Love of God is reflected in the Natural World. . His Real World is filled with Beautiful Space and Colorful Warmth. . It is enchanting and enveloping and possesses the most Beautiful Blessing of all, YOU.
As we fight the enormous battle for the salvation of Humanity, we can give Thanks to God our Father, for all the Simple Resources on Earth and in the Heavens Above. . We can give Thanks for the simple answer to every question, the solution to every problem – Love.
When we behold the Magnificence and Grandeur of His Creations, we are often awe struck with the Beauty that surrounds us. . How Wonderful are His Creations, and how Thankful we should be that we are His.
As our eyes and our Hearts and our minds gaze into the night sky, and the Heavens open our awareness of God’s Love, let us arise and return to the Love we have known.
Our Home is in the Heaven of God’s Love.
The Magnificent Mountains that Grace the Sky, nurture our Spirits as they feed the Earth and water the Beautiful Landscape. . Their presence empowers our Hearts with feelings of Peace and Tranquility.
Life is Wonderful and Mysterious. . In Truth, everything and everyone is connected. We are here for a reason. We all want to be Loved. . Love is the connection we feel, we need, and Love is what we are.
We often overlook the Wonders of Life. . We pass by the Beautiful Landscapes teeming with Life, as we breathe the air that those thousands of years before us once did.
As we Journey through the vast spaces and brief Time we have on Earth, we find frivolous things often transfix and control us. / The frivolous fixations cause us to forget about the True Beauty of Life and Living. . Let us often pause to take a deep breath and contemplate Life and Love.
When we realize the truly astounding Nature of our precious World, then we will understand that nothing is as dire as it may seem. . We may feel insecure and threatened, but we are surrounded by God’s Love and His Nature.
.And, we are surrounded by a vast unknown. . Let us embrace this Moment, embrace our Beautiful World, and embrace the precious Gift of Life.
“Consider the sweet, tender children Who must suffer on this Earth. The pains of all of them He carriedFrom the day of His birth. He clothes the Lilies of the field, He feeds the Lambs in His fold, And He will heal those who Trust Him, And make their Hearts as Gold.” – Roger Hoffman
There are Passages in the Holy Word of God where we may cry for Joy.
God will Love your Joy and Love you in sorrow. He will be Compassionate and Understand your feelings.
As He Listens to the emotions opening inside your precious Heart, His Love will be Poured Out. . His Compassion will you feel in the core of your Precious Being.
Think of those things you want to do, and Today stops you from doing.
Yes, it is hard to Live a busy Life, with little Time for Friends, Family or Yourself. There seems to be just enough Time for your work, your studies, your obligations. . Freedom seems illusive. But it is still there, My Dear Friend. We are as Free as we permit ourselves to be.
Pray for the strength to find a Way. And remember, the Pathway to ALL that you desire, is through the Heart.
“You can get what you want in Life. You must reach out with all your Heart.” – Lailah Gifty Akita
May you be comforted with Beautiful memories and precious feelings of Love.
The tools of love are in fact the tools for change. We can not bring about any change, with in ourselves or around us, unless it is genuinely backed up by Love.
Love is the will to grow ourselves Spiritually and mentally. Thus to start loving some one begins with loving ourselves first.
Through out my writings, when ever I have used the word love, I have used it with the four senses and meanings or tools which it contains. I therefore am not referring to the love from romance literature or Holly Wood movies when I speak of love.
We grow ourselves through the four tools of love. Love is the energy with which we use the following four tools in our lives.
Thus if any of the four tools is absent, we can question the genuineness of Love. In a sense, these can also be called the 4 test signs of Love!
Thus to change your self to a higher level, follow the four simple themes. They are not new. They are perhaps as old as the humanity. The key, however is to follow them in total and absolute commitment to yourself to change.
I promise you would change because I have.
The First Tool:
To Love ourselves first we have to be willing to assume and accept one hundred percent responsibility. We have to accept that what ever we are, what ever we are getting in life and how so ever we are spending our lives is determined by us and us alone. i.e. we are responsible.
There are two signs of not accepting the responsibility: blaming and complaining. If we are either blaming others or full of complaints about life and whatever life has to offer to us, we are in fact not being very responsible.
Accepting responsibility means, we created our results in life and only we can re-create them. In re-creating we have to face the pain and go through an effort.
Going through this effort nurtures our spirit and grows us mentally. By not accepting our responsibility, we refuse to grow. We show ourselves that we do not think ourselves worthy of growth and nurturing.
We act non-lovingly. We act non-responsibly.
Step to do: Just repeat this to yourself 5 times: No blames, No complaints. And commit to yourself to never blame or complain again in life. Ever!
The Second Tool:
Being able to truly love ourselves involves delaying gratification.
This can be best explained by the experiment conducted with children aged 4 to 6 at Stanford University in 1972. They were offered marshmallows on a condition. Those children who would eat it right now, would get only one. Those who would chose to eat 30 minutes later would get two. Those who would choose to eat after an hour would get three.
Majority of the children chose to eat now. A little less opted for half an hour wait and further less number of children opted for wait for a full hour.
Years later studying the careers of the children, was discovered that those who were able to delay or defer the gratification had achieved a significantly higher level of success in their career.
Delaying gratification would thus mean postponing instant relief and joy for a much higher cause.
For that first, we have to have a higher cause; a direction or a destiny which we want to achieve. It is a fact that people with aimless lives are not able to exercise delaying gratifications and they can fall for any thing that brings instant joy to their five senses.
We face countless situations in our daily life, where we have to delay our gratification.
There always exists a deferred achievement and an instant gratification for every emotion we feel. The gratification for anger for example is to take it out, immediately, instantly, with all the frustration on the person whom you think is responsible. Yet there is a higher achievement reward if we chose to delay our bursting out. It is a high mutual trust, respect and strengthened bond between us and the person involved.
The gratification for a news paper reading is that no one disturbs us but if our 4 year old kid comes to us with a drawing book, we have to delay our gratification and attend to the child. For a higher reward of bond, love and value.
Step to do: Despite all the lazy day and a dull mood and a grey sullen sky, chose to do the difficult task first. Choose the hard nut to crack first. Begin with the hardest problem. Begin by taking a small step towards the hardest problem. Begin!
The Third Tool:
is observing and succumbing ourselves to Truth.
We have to be determined in its purest sense to bow our heads down before the truth, no matter what it is or how much does it go against our benefits or previous beliefs or against how we have been handling things previously.
We may have been believing some thing for years and suddenly find out that we were wrong; if we truly love ourselves, we have to accept the truth.
Truth some times is like a tree outside our house, but we often do not know what tree is it or how many branches its’ stem spreads into? Or in many cases, we do not know if a tree is there or not?
If we are not able to do that, we clearly do not love ourselves. We love our egos. We love to keep our head high and believe and make others believe that we were right, but in side deep down of ourselves, we would know that our size has shrunk.
Step to do: Every single night before retiring to bed. Think about the tasks that you did not do out of laziness. Think about all day that you spent. Think about every important task you did or you could not do. Think about the time that you let go waste. Think that you could have been wrong. Think that you could have accepted a fact, which you did not.
Just keep on doing that. Even if this exercise does not make you take an immediate action, gradually it shall pull you up for taking an action. Taking an action against mental laziness or sticking to your past or to things.
Do not take this exercise as light. Just keep on doing it. It would sow the seeds of transformation, that would germinate into seedlings when the right time comes.
The Fourth Tool:
Keeping a balance. We tend to lose balance at times. We cannot judge how much time we are supposed to give to our work and to our kids. We lose how much important people are some times as compared to the new promises made to keep a routine and that routine is broken by an unannounced guest.
We have to know how to keep the balance. We have to be a good athlete, a good learner / teacher, a good monk and a good farmer at the same time.
We have to keep a balance between work and personal Life.
We have to keep a balance between physical fitness, mental and spiritual growth, contribution and financial activities or professional / business life.
Keeping the balance involves wise judgment, which at times becomes quite painful.
Balancing also means to discipline ourselves before we try to discipline our children, subordinates or our spouse. We find our child misbehaving in front of our guests and we feel threatened at our up bringing. So we try to discipline her /him through scolding, lure or threat of being left alone. The act of disciplining has to be disciplined itself. That is called balancing.
Keeping a balance when to allow your son a toy and when not involves a great deal of wisdom. This is often painful. Our willingness to go through this pain is a sign of true love. Keeping a balance is the fourth tool, through which we exercise Love !
Step to do:
Stop considering your life into separate compartments of home, office, social or sport activity.
Rather decide to give equal time to each activity, daily. Though no matter how small the time slot may be.
Decide to take care of your health, walk back home if possible or get off the car 2 miles away and walk the distance. Decide to spend half an hour with your kids, just you and your kids. Spend time to read. Spend time in silence. Daily for ten minutes or fifteen.
Decide to be representing balance and do that. Balance out life and your roles through time. Write your roles and time spent against each role per week and balance that.
Yesss ! that’s hard work. All this is effortful, but who said it wasn’t ? But it is worth the effort.

YOU are Chosen and Blessed. Count yourself among the Deeply Loved by God. And feel Thankful.
God formed His Child, you, of the Earth to Love you.
Hope has its place in the Loving Heart.
Through Prayer, God will help us to heal the pain and sorrow, from the wounds we acquire from each other and from ourselves, God will perform Miraculous Healing that is like medicine. There is an unfathomable Peace, and an inner tranquility that resides within the Human Heart when we finally come to know the Love of God in us.
My Dear Friends, we are truly Blessed. With the help of God, our dreams are manifesting with the Gift of every moment that passes by. With God by our side, we will find Love, and Peace and His Sacred Guidance. Keep the Light of your Heart shinning. God truly Loves you.
I Pray we learn to smile, to spark Hope in the Heart of another, and to embrace the abundant Love of our Lord with gratitude and Praise. The greatest Happiness we can enjoy is from the kindness and compassion we share with others.
There is much research that tells us exactly that – the secret to lasting Happiness does not lie in what we have, or what we achieve, but rather in what we Give.
You have a Heart and an unearthly and Sacred Soul, and a genuine passion to hear the Beautiful melodies of each moment in the Song of Life. . You are very rare, and you possess a rare Gift – you can deeply touch and heal the Hearts of others.
The Heart of God soars when He is witness to His Love manifested through His Child, YOU. Do you not feel the same, when your Child Loves another?
“Consider the sweet, tender Children Who must suffer on this earth. The pains of all of them He carried From the day of His birth. He clothes the Lilies of the field, He feeds the lambs in His fold, And He will heal those who trust Him, And make their Hearts as gold.“ – Roger Hoffman
.God Loves us for this. He teaches us that no one is above the others. No Child is more important than the other. He teaches humility above everything else, and reaching the goal to Worship the Lord.
He is Worthy of Praise.
Imagine Beauty and Life in bold, bright colors and calm serenity. It is amazing. And you CAN drift off into a different World of Peace and Happiness.
“Ask and you will receive, and your Joy will be complete” – John 16:24
YOU ARE LOVED,
My Dear Friends, we are here for a purpose. We have the Gift to Love and care for one another. The people on this fragile planet, and all other Beautiful Creations, need our tender Loving care, our thoughtful actions, and our Prayer. Let go of your hatred and anger and bitterness.
Our Beautiful Life Purpose is to make this World a more Loving, Peaceful and Joyful place for ALL of Life. To help billions of people to awaken to the incredible power of God’s Love that resides within each of us, to open the Pure Life Force of Love that flows through YOU from God.
Give and receive goodness. Receiving is another way you know that God says “I Love You”.
When we think we are all alone, we are, in reality, never alone. Take a moment each precious day, to count your Blessings, Blessings that come from the Bountiful and Beautiful Love of God.
Try earnestly to be more positive about Life. Leave the past, follow the future, Leave the cold, feel the warm, Leave the old, embrace the new, Leave the tried that was not True, and read the Word of God to know what to do.
.On a rainy day, when the Sky is gray and each drop of rain is longing to be a tear, do not open the window of grief and regret, you will get wet. Remember, Lives come together in times of need, and they are changed like never before.
This is the way Life should be. It is the way Life can be.
We need to smile, we need to dance and be Happy!
The World will be a better place if YOU just….. dance!
When we feel stressed, disordered in our thinking, soothing music will give the Heart a pathway which leads to Peace. Beautiful sounds can deeply resonate within us and we can feel like we are miles away from the perception of reality, and with endless Peace of mind. Let us give thanks for the Beautiful Music in this World.
Music will massage the Heart.
Close your eyes, think back to a time when everything was good, and you were in a Happy place. That Happy Time can return. What were you doing? Do it again. Where were you? Go there again. Who were you with? Find you a Friend. Get Happy again. . Goodnight.

Cancer supplements, herbs, vitamins, plant extracts with potential anti cancer activity:
There are countless herbs that have been found to have anti-tumor activity in laboratory studies. Whether these herbs and dietary supplement have a role to play in cancer treatment or prevention in humans is not clear at this time. Even if they do, the appropriate dosage and best way to use them is not well known.
However, if your doctor approves, you could try some of these herbal and nutritional supplements.
There are numerous reports of cancer preventive activity of dietary botanicals, including cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage and broccoli, allium vegetables such as garlic and onion, green tea, citrus fruits, soybeans, berries, and ginger, as well as medicinal plants. Several compounds, such as genistein (from soybeans), lycopene (from tomatoes), brassinin (from cruciferous vegetables), sulforaphane (from asparagus), indole-3-carbinol (from broccoli), and resveratrol (from grapes) are being tested.
Berries and berry extracts such as acai, black or red raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, noni, and wolfberry have numerous anticancer compounds. Be sure they are ORGANIC to avoid the pesticides.
Broccoli vegetable and broccoli sprout extract are excellent options.
Curcumin may help fight breast, colon, and prostate cancer. Researchers have found in the lab that curcumin can enhance the cancer-fighting power of treatment with TRAIL, a naturally occurring molecule that helps kill cancer cells. TRAIL stands for tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand. In an experiment with human prostate cancer cells in a laboratory dish, the combination treatment killed off two to three times more cells than either treatment alone. Curcumin exerts multiple different suppressive effects on human breast carcinoma cells in vitro.
Carotenoids show a prominent role in decreasing the incidence of various cancers.
Vitamin D has an important role to play in prevention. Cancer rates are different at different latitudes of the globe. Rates of breast, colon and ovarian cancer are lower in sunnier regions of the world than in Northern climates where cold winters limit people’s sun exposure. Sunlight triggers the synthesis of vitamin D in the skin, and people who get little sun exposure tend to have lower stores of the vitamin. More than three-fourths of people with a variety of cancers have low levels of vitamin D, and the lowest levels are associated with more advanced cancers.
Green Tea has polyphenolic compounds such as EGCG that are protective against various forms of cancer.
Graviola fruit, also known as soursop, grows in the Amazon jungle and some of the Caribbean islands. See graviola cancer latest research, a web site that is updated regularly.
AHCC – Active Hexose-correlated Compound – is a mushroom extract that has been tested as an immune enhancing, liver protective and anti-cancer agent.
Ashwagandha has many compounds that have been found to have activity against lung, colon, breast, and central nervous system tumors.
Calcium D Glucarate is a natural supplement.
Cat’s Claw extracts exert a direct anti-proliferative activity on MCF7 breast cancer cell lines. Cats-Claw supplements can improve quality of life in those with advanced tumors.
DIM-Diindolylmethane supplement is another good option. See current research on this supplement at diindolemethane dim web site with the latest studies.
Indole 3 Carbinol is available as a supplement. See Indole3Carbinol I3C for more information.
Mangosteen has powerful xanthones. As of 2011, I am not aware of human studies with mangosteen in the prevention or treatment of cancer.
Milk thistle contains silymarin and other flavonoids that have been found to have anti-tumor action in bladder and prostate cancer cells.
Noni fruit juice contains a polysaccharide-rich substance called Noni-ppt with anti-tumor activity.
Reishi mushroom water soluble extracts inhibit colon tumors in mice. Reishi may be helpful in advanced-stage cancers and has shown activity against prostate cancer cells.
Agaricus mushroom has been studied as a mushroom extract cancer treatment.
Resveratrol shows promise in neuroblastoma and breast cancer. Integr Cancer Therapy. Efficacy of Antioxidants as a Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) in Combination With the Chemotherapeutic Agent Doxorubicin. Resveratrol and curcumin have the potential to be clinically applied to prevent cardiac toxicity and hand-foot syndrome and enhance the anticancer efficiency of Doxorubicin.
Maitake mushroom is often used in Japan
Calcium mineral has been associated with a lower risk of colon cancer, so has vitamin D.
IP-6, Inositol hexaphosphate, is a naturally polyphosphorylated carbohydrate found in beans, brown rice, corn, sesame seeds, wheat bran, and other high fiber foods. IP-6 has been reported to have in vivo and in vitro anticancer activity against numerous tumors, such as colon, prostate, breast, liver, chronic myeloid leukemia, and rhabdomyosarcomas. Significant human trials are lacking and hence we do not currently know whether taking IP-6 supplements is helpful in cancer prevention or therapy.
Melatonin, a pineal hormone, is a potent antioxidant and has been shown to inhibit estrogen-responsive human breast cancer cells and augment the effectiveness of tamoxifen.

As Human Beings, we have the opportunity to experience Life as a Journey of Love.
This precious Life CAN bring us to the center of our Blessed Hearts, and our Earth. We can come to realize just how Beautiful it truly is. Your precious Heart can be filled with Sacred Awareness.
Tobecomeaware is always an emotional journey. Your emotions are the deepest and most precious part of your fragile Being. How you feel is much more significant than your physical being.
The Human Heart swells from all the pain and sorrow.
The range of emotions we feel is like no other phenomenon we can experience or try to explain. Our feelings range from the simple, to the most complex and the most misunderstood.
What makes you feel happy to be alive? It is simple. And it is called LOVE.
Our stirring emotions range from gentle waves lapping upon the clay of our shore, to the violent storms of war after war, after war, after war. Oh My God! WHEN will we war no more? . In our brief moment of Life, sorrow surfaces and tears provide some release from damaging emotional scars.
But, My Dear Friends, our feelings are not meant to be caged. Their feathers are too bright. And when they fly away, part of you knows it is a sin to lock them up. The place we Live in will be empty and meaningless if they are no more.
So share all the Love hidden deep inside, and go to war no more.
It is simple.
Life isBeautiful. And with the movement of the Tides, and the lapping of emotional waves upon our fragile shores made of clay, the discord and dissonance can be coupled with the Forgiveness we crave, and give Life and reason to our Beliefs, and Glory to our Being.
Your Love can be contemplative, reflective and enriching to your Soul, in as much as you give, as much as you receive. . “All men live lives of quiet desperation.” – T.S. Elliot
Prayer creates a little doorway in a dark wall of unawareness and lack of Faith. But, when you step through it, you can breath, and Life is good to you again. The realization that God truly Loves us, penetrates the core within.
This moment, is an instant, that can be taken out of Time, and alter Life by holding it still in deep reflection.
Only if you have been in the deepest valley, can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest Mountain. . Such awareness connects you with all the Love hidden deep inside. . “Love does not end at death, only the lack of Love ends it.” – Jim Morrison
It is reflected in YOU.
My Dear Friends, GO OUTSIDE. Get far away from the illusions of Human constructs. Ninety degree angles and straight linear formations and not Natural, are boring and bind you to a habitual and unthinking Life.
Our minds and our imaginations become so limited when exposed to virtually nothing but straight lines and box shapes in the environment. We literally can no longer think “outside the box”. . We ingrain these repetitive formations and patterns in our minds by over exposure to them, and they become a part of us and limit our thinking and our creativity. They become our first and second nature, because the repetition has entered into our subconscious minds. . The shapes of our houses, and everything inside and out, and the things found throughout our cities and our Lives, that we are constantly exposed to, blind us to the real nature of what is truly real, what is Natural.
Ask yourself: what shapes occur in Nature?
What shapes occur in Nature?
.And think about what makes you aware of your surroundings: what the ground feels like underneath your bare feet, how thefreshair smells around you, how stunningly Beautiful the Birds of the air can be.
We simply MUST become aware of where we are, what we are doing.
Sharing your gifts brings awareness. By sharing you truly know what a Gift you are, and how much you truly mean to others.
This Dream of our brief Lives is covered with a veil ofBeautiful Blessings. And like the Rays of our Sun, can deeply touch everyone.
The World is so Beautiful and it isreflected in YOU.
Upon the real pathway of Life.
Walk along a path created not by our kind, but by God’s Loving Nature. . Feel the warm and gentle breeze as it caresses your face. And as the green leaves are swaying in the wind, you will come to realize, they are in tune with your thoughts, in Harmony with your Heart.
My Friends, the World and we areone.
As delicate Flowers unfold to greet you upon the real pathway of Life, they will Light up your Spirit and lift you to beyond. They Love you. , Let the gentle flow of their Joy fill you with delight. Smile and sing and realize that here is now, and in this moment is the entire and Beautiful meaning of Life.
God’s Love is in every fluttering Leaf, emanating from every Beautiful Flower, in every breeze, every moment. . The Source of your Life, is the same Inspiration and Infinite Love.
“Consider the lilies of the field, How they grow, how they grow. Consider the birds in the sky, How they fly, how they fly. He clothes the lilies of the field. He feeds the birds in the sky. And He will feed those who trust Him And guide them with His Eye.” – Roger Hoffman . The Beautiful World God Created for you, is also within you.
Goodnight.

“Your Heart
is where your inner light resides. It is part of every Sacred journey to reconnect with your inner light, step into your Divinity, spread the light of Love before you, return to the essence of Love, and inspire others to do the same.” ― Molly Friedenfeld
Do not look with your eyes.
When
Can my Heart
Come Home?
When
Does my Sacred Journey
Begin?
My,
How we suffer
On this Earth,
So unknowing, unaware
That all the pain
May simply disappear,
That we may be healed,
Clothed in Forgiveness,
Gifted of recreation,
Made new,
Like the morning Sun,
Baptized
And refreshed,
Like beautiful Flowers
Opening their blossoms,
Anointed with the morning dew,
Made ready
For another new day
In which to dance
With the wind
And play.
Anointed with the morning dew.
Our pilgrimage
To such Joy
As we have never known,
Is not outward
Into the unknown.
It is to the center
Of the Human Heart.
Do not look
With your eyes,
My Friend,
They will never see
What you are
Looking for.
Be still
And Listen,
And you will hear
A Sacred call
To discover in yourself
What has been there all along:
God’s Abiding Love
That can keep you
Vibrantly alive,
Truly in Love with Life,
And strong.
God’s Truth will penetrate into your precious Heart.
The sorrows that confound you,
From the world all around you,
Can simply
Disappear.
For the Dreamscape
Your Being may bring,
Of Love and laughter and Prayer,
Can lead to a Landscape
Overflowing with God’s
Very Tender,
Loving Care.
“And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” – Luke 11:9
As we pass through
The shadows of life’s illusions,
And enter into
The Eternal Light of Truth,
We wield
The Sword of the Spirit
Which is the powerful
Word of God,
Tempered
In the Hot, Scorching Fire of
His Everlasting Love.
We must learn
How to use the Sword
Of the Holy Spirit.
“The Word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the Heart.” – Hebrews 4:12
My Dear Friends,
Read the Word of the Lord
And you will be renewed
And strengthened
In body, mind and Spirit.
God’s Truth will penetrate
Into your precious Heart. Then your Sacred Journey
Will begin.
And joy,
As you have never known,
Will enter your Life.
“Be Still and listen to your heart. It is the voice of God pulsating to the rhythm of the Universe transmitting a message through your soul to you.” – Carolyn Odom Burleson
You can deafen the silence we endure.
“I will be the gladdest thing under the sun! I will touch a hundred flowers and not pick one.” – Edna St. Vincent Millay
.
Your Heart
Is able
To truly sing.
And if you are still
And listen,
You can
Deafen the silence
We endure.
Yes, My Friends,
Dark days
Will come.
They must come. “Be still, sad heart! and cease repining; Behind the clouds is the sun still shining; Thy fate is the common fate of all, Into each life some rain must fall, Some days must be dark and dreary.” – Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
With Faith and Hope
And the Treasured
Word of God,
Light and Beauty
Will also come.
“Consider the sweet, tender children Who must suffer on this earth. The pains of all of them He carried from the day of His birth.
He clothes the lilies of the field, He feeds the lambs in His fold, And He will heal those who trust Him, And make their hearts as gold.” – Roger Hoffman
The great fear
For each of us,
Is that
We may not hear,
Never know,
The joy of Pure Love
God will show.
But,
You need fear
No more.
Refreshed like beautiful Flowers.
Be still and listen.
Your song
He is singing
In the Sunlit sky
Of every morning.
With each new day
His Creation of the Dawn
Is a Sacred Call
To discover ourselves
In the Sheltered Arms
Of Love.
Don’t let the Love
Of Life
Pass you by,
Or the Life
Of Love
Will surely die.
“A flower blossoms
for its own joy.” – Oscar Wilde
Dark clouds need never rise
As we cross over
Rivers deep
Of doubt,
And wide
Of deepening despair.
Dark clouds need never rise.
For God discloses
The joy of Human Love
As He abides
With us
In the Poetry
Of Prayer.
Goodnight.
“All the flowers
of all the tomorrows
are in the seeds
of today.” – Indian Proverb
From our friends at NaturalNews.com by: Ethan A. Huff:
Science proves
these seven herbs provide powerful protection
against liver cancer and liver damage:
More than 10 percent of the world’s population
currently suffers from some form of liver disease,
whether it be fibrosis, cirrhosis, a hepatocellular carcinoma,
alcoholic steatosis, or chronic hepatitis.
And a great number of these folks
use some kind of natural remedy as treatment
rather than pharmaceuticals,
according to a 2012 study published
in the European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry.
According to the paper,
the following herbs and herb-derived remedies
are among the top contenders
in this natural fight against liver disease:
1) Curcumin (turmeric derivative) 2) Wogonin (Scutellaria radix). This monoflavonoid compound isolated from skullcap root shows incredible promise in the treatment of both Hepatitis B and C, as well as various forms of alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. 3) Glycyrrhizin (Glycyrrhiza glabra). This active constituent of licorice root has long been used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis, and also possesses a host of natural anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. 4) Resveratrol. This polyphenolic phytochemical derived from berries, grapes and wine, has gained itself a solid reputation as one of the most potent anti-aging compounds found in nature. 5) Silymarin (Silybum marianum). This compound derived from milkthistle is arguably the most well-studied in the natural treatment of liver disease. 6) Rhein. This anthraquinone derived from rhubarb is known to have powerful anti-cancer properties. 7) Geniposide (Gardenia jasminoides). This compound of the gardenia plant is particularly beneficial in treating hyperlipidemia and fatty liver disease. read more
A study at the University Of London
found that subjects who multitask
experienced drops in their IQ
comparable to someone who missed a night of sleep.
Even if multitaskers feel like they’re getting more done,
they’re working at a much lower cognitive level.
Research repeatedly tells us
that multitasking is detrimental to our brain.
And the cognitive costs get worse.
If you’re a multitasker,
you might have done some serious permanent damage,
as a study that ran MRI scans
on the brains of multitaskers
found they had less brain density
in areas that controlled empathy and emotions. read more
So,
Slow down.
Do one thing at a time
And do it well,
But NOT too well.

Chandor Gardens is a unique world-class paradise featuring an enchanting array of creativity, color and beauty. The gardens were lovingly designed and created by renowned English portrait artist Douglas Chandor over 70 years ago yet remain a spectacular marvel. Douglas painted portraits of Edward, Duke of Windsor, the young Prince of Wales, Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, Winston Churchill and Queen Elizabeth among many others.
When Douglas Chandor married Weatherford native Ina Kuteman in 1935, she convinced him to build their home and garden in the heart of her hometown. Although his claim to fame was his talent as an artist, Douglas found his real passion as a gardener. He once told Ina that his talent for painting was merely a means that enabled him to fulfill his dreams of building a “living artwork”.
Douglas Chandor’s destiny would be to turn these dreams into a reality. The gardens, originally called White Shadows, were carved from 4 acres of rock-hard terrain that was once a cow pasture. The project began in 1936 with the aid of picks, shovels, dynamite and mule-drawn plows. Truckloads of topsoil and tons of boulders were brought in to transform the barren cactus-dotted property into a peaceful haven enclosed by hedges and walls.
Chandor devised a series of garden rooms, each with individual character and stunning views, all connected by meandering walkways. His creation combines the styles and ambiance of Chinese and English gardens with such delights as fountains, grottos, and even a mountain waterfall.
The Chandors worked tirelessly together in the gardens until Douglas’ death in 1953, at which time Ina renamed them Chandor Gardens as a tribute to her husband. The gardens remained open to the public until shortly before her death in the late 1970s. Because there were no direct heirs, the property remained unattended, overgrown and deteriorating for 20 years.
In 1994, local residents Charles and Melody Bradford purchased the estate and took on the enormous task of restoring the gardens and home. In what could only be described as a true labor of love, they painstakingly spent years clearing and cleaning away the debris of decades of neglect.
Many large old trees, Douglas’ original wisteria and boxwood plantings, and his magical hardscapes remained. Everything else was replanted by the Bradfords, and thanks to their efforts Chandor Gardens was once again transformed into a lush tranquil delight.
Please observe the POLICIES of the Garden. Uniform pants with a belt, polished shoes & red monogrammed school shirts are required.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS/NEIGHBORS/SIBLINGS/ are always invited to participate on our trips.
Please do not disturb Dr. A. should he be found on the trail all alone and asleep or muttering incoherently to himself or some
