Love Is Simple and Truly Beautiful / Link Between Migraines and Sodium / Friday: At School for Shakespeare Production Preparation

LOVE
is simple,
and truly Beautiful.

Love
cannot be expressed
in mere words.
But,
we may articulate
the Majesty of Love
using words as simple
as Love is.

 To inspire the Heart,
recognize
the importance of Love
in Life.
Open the windows
that are your eyes.
Open the door
that is your
Heart.

“The greatest Happiness of Life
is the conviction that we are Loved;
Loved for ourselves,
or rather,
Loved in spite of ourselves.”

Victor Hugo

Busy yourself
with the real
purpose of Life
– giving and receiving
unconditional Love,
awakening
and discovering
that
it really does exist.

“And remember
as it was written,
to Love another person
is to see
the Face of God.”

Victor Hugo, Les Miserables

You
can experience
unconditional Love.
Through Loving work,
and Compassion
and tender acts of Kindness,
precious Lives are nurtured
and sustained,
and our lives
are made worth living.

The path
to unconditional Love
is a Spiritual aspiration,
and lies beyond any limitations
in the material Universe.
Such Love
keeps giving
long, long after
you are gone.

True Love,
Love without condition,
lies in the rare moment
you feel accepted, understood, forgiven,
and totally Loved
just the way you are.
In that moment
you feel warm and embraced.
It is the single most Beautiful sensation
you ever experience.
Unconditional Love
is the only healing force
in our Universe.

ONLY
Love lights the way
into Paradise!
Only
Love can move
at the speed of Life.
Living
between your smiles
are the moments
that take
someone’s breath
away.

“The best and most Beautiful things
in this World
cannot be seen or even heard,
but must be felt
with the Heart.”

Helen Keller

If you are lucky enough
to see True Love come your way,
be thankful to God
every day.

We
are the expression
of the unconditional Love
of God.

My Dear Friends,
when your pride
has no where left
to hide,
remember,
from Love
you can never
hide.

If
you want to find
Love,
go where
Love is,
where it has always
been,
in the Heart
of another.

When
we experience unconditional Love,
it fosters our understanding
of the deep Love of God.
But in Truth,
we can never fathom the depth
of God’s Infinite Love
for His children.
(Ephesians 3:19)

You naturally experience
unconditional Joy and Love.
Do not wait
for something good to happen
before you feel Joyful.
Joy
rises from inside you.
Your Heart
naturally feels Love
for yourself,
for Life
and for all of Creation.
Unconditional Love
is Love that you do not
learn.

Navigate past yourself
to find your Spiritual
“Self”,
so you can experience
the unbelievable
Beauty
of unconditional Love.

“In order to be Happy oneself
it is necessary
to make at least one other person
Happy.”

Theodor Reik

Yes,
Love lives
in plain
sight.
Expect nothing
in return for your Love,
and Love
WILL
find you.

This moment
is magical and precious
and will never exist again.
We often forget
that now is the moment we are in,
that the next moment
may never exist.
And if we are Blessed with another moment,
the Joy it brings
will ensue from the way we Live
in this present
moment.

              Love is truly Beautiful.

What we do is truly Heart-felt
in so many ways.

“One word frees us
of all the weight and pain
of Life:
That word is
Love.

Sophocles

My Dear Friends,
to be in Love
with Life,
is to be searching
for your
Soul.

Anything less
than Love,
is a dance
with death.

“Better to have lost and Loved
than never to have Loved
at all.”

Ernest Hemingway

Your passion for Life,
your search for Love,
your compassion
for others,
for ALL of God’s
beautiful Creations,
make Life happen.

Transcend
your self-imposed
limits.

We have all seen
the Truth,
but we keep losing sight of it,
and then,
we have to find it again.
And
we never know,
that Truth
possesses us.
It is
us.

“Where there is Love
there
is Life.”

Mahatma Gandhi

We are all on a journey
to encounter Love,
to find the Ultimate Truth,
UNKNOWING,
so very unaware,
it lies
through the door
of our Faith,
between the covers
of a Book
more widely read
than any other
ever published on
this Earth –
The Holy Bible.

If you wish to see
with your own eyes,
the silent Tribute
to Love,
to the Infinite and Everlasting,
Unconditional Love of God

for you and for me,
go outside tonight
and just look up.

“I’m wearing the smile
you gave me.”

Unknown

It is time
My Friend,
for your day
to begin,
with the rising of the Sun
in your precious Heart.

Living Life
through Love,
is flying high enough
to finally see
where you have been,
and where
you should have been going
all along.

Lay your burden
down.
It was never
really yours.

Goodnight.

A link existing between migraines and the distribution of sodium in the brain has been recently found out by a group of US researchers. The study’s finding could be an essential key that could lead to future treatments for millions of people affected by migraines.

Migraine Sufferers Have Higher Concentrations Of Sodium in their Brains.

Using high-powered magnets at the lab, essentially a high-powered magnetic resonance imaging, the team scanned rats’ brains as they experienced migraines.

‘People suffering from migraines have higher sodium concentrations in their cerebrospinal fluid than those who do not have the condition.
They found that there was increased sodium in the brain stem long before the rats showed any sign of having a migraine, according to the study published in the journal Pain.

“The importance of these findings is that they further emphasize the role of sodium increase early in migraines and help point to the region where migraine symptoms may be starting,” said Michael Harrington director of neurosciences at Huntington Medical Research Institutes – a California-based non-profit organization.

Previous studies have showed that migraine sufferers have significantly higher sodium concentrations in their cerebrospinal fluid than people without the condition.

Scientists have found that a number of different health scenarios seem to trigger migraines including anxiety, stress, exposure to light and hormonal changes.

According to the World Health Organization, a large number of people with headache disorders are not diagnosed and treated – worldwide only 40 per cent of those with migraine are professionally diagnosed.

Besides the painful headache, the condition is also disabling. In the Global Burden of Disease Study, migraine was ranked as the sixth highest cause worldwide of years lost due to disability.

“If you want your children
to be intelligent,

read them Fairy Tales.
If you want them to be more intelligent,
read them more
Fairy Tales.”
Albert Einstein

 My eyes were open,
but
might just as well

have been closed.
The air was humming,
lilting with the music
of Laughter,
as the day
seemingly flew away,
and I,
in quiet contemplation
could not deny,
someone laughed and smiled and cried
and their anger died,
it just
passed away.

Then I laughed
and cried.
And in my tears
of Joy
I came to realize,
with every Joyful breath
we take,
we come back to
Life.

                          Back to Life.

Death
does not require
us
to die.
So many
have lived devoid
of feeling alive.
It is a sad reality
we cannot deny.
But,
we knew that,
you and I.

“The summers die
One by one
How soon they fly
On and on
And I am old
And will be gone.”
Herbert Kretzmer from Les Miserables

To be truly alive,
we must live in
another
Life.
WE
must come to live
with the beat
of another

Heart.

a wondrous moment that takes your          breath away. . .

Living is not
just taking a breath.
It is
a sigh,
  a wondrous
moment that
takes your breath
away.
It is,
in many ways,

tomorrow
lived
today.

“I don’t believe people are looking
for the meaning of Life
as much as they are looking
for the experience
of being alive.”
– Joseph Campbell

The past
is not in front
of you.
And tomorrow
never comes,
if what
remains of you,

is only
you.

“Let us celebrate Life and living,
for it is sacrilegious
to be ungrateful.
Let us play and be playful,
for it is sacrilegious
to be serious.
Let us celebrate imperfections
and make existence
proud of us,
for tomorrow is
death,
and this is an ode to life.
The anthem of the world.”
Kamand Kojouri

Our memories
dance ever gracefully,
as the Heart
remembers in December
how Love
kept us safe and warm,
when someone held you
tightly

during a Spring
storm.
.
Yes,
the reflection of

Life
is the mirror
of the mind,
but also
the echo

of a Heartbeat.
.
Our Sacred Memories
can bring us
back to Life,
so we can truly
reflect
upon that which
was,
and come to
better understand
what should be.
.
Laughter
is a delicious
Fruit of Love,
exposing
the Light of Life
to
parallel worlds
of logic,
and what is illogical
from the humorous
illusions of Living,
making the Truth
easier to forgive,
easier to see,
and as vibrant and alive
as you
or me.
.

“Like a circle in a spiral
Like a wheel within a wheel
Never ending or beginning
On an ever spinning reel.

As the images unwind
Like the circles that you find
In the windmills
of your mind.”

Marilyn & Alan Bergman, Michel Legrand
.

If what is behind us,
is in front,
then the truth
of what could be

is never
seen.

“Life is fleeting,
like a passing mist.

        It is like trying to catch hold of a breath;
    All vanishes like a vapor;
everything is a great vanity.”
– Ecclesiastes 1:2

Life,
My Dear Friend,
is indeed fleeting,
like the tiny Humming Bird,
hovering briefly,

and then
– the moment flew away.

As you travel
this narrow path,
tread lightly,
and truly live,
Love,
and laugh.

Goodnight.

Our Lives demand that we give a Hoot!

Oscar Wilde “Humanity takes itself
too seriously.

It is the world’s original sin.
If the cave-man had known how to laugh,
History would have been different.”
Oscar Wilde
