Wake up

For Earthly Life
is but a vapor,
in the eyes of Eternity.

are the Harmonious Symphony
of God’s Ultimate Expression.
And your fascination
with Life
can turn into Love
for you,
and into the
Joy of Living.

         Fascination with Life.

Don’t deny
the precious moments
you feel.
Even wandering Rainbows
leave a bit
of their color,
just for YOU.
Look for it
in your Heart.

      Sing your name.

And if you listen,
not with the mind,
but with your Sacred
Heart,
the morning Songbird
will sing
your name.
And you will know
the lingering Sunsets
grownups seldom understand,
peer through
the curtains
of pain and sorrow,
as this day ends
with a promise
of Tomorrow.

Hearts in Heaven
beat in time
with yours.
And a song
of Salvation,
by the deliverance
of God,
endures.
Celebration
will be yours,
as the illusions
of this Life
are cast aside,
and YOU
become more Beautiful
and real,
in the next.

                A promise of tomorrow.

When Hearts
deny the brevity
of the moment,
the Light
of a Star,
posing as mine,
passes for
Time.

What an illusion
this Life
can become.

May Life

Love

and the answer.

My Dear Friends,
take a few moments
each day
and look deeply
into your Child’s eyes.
Look
until you feel your Child’s
Heart
beating in time
with yours.
Listen intently,
and you can hear
the spaces
between your child’s
thoughts.

    Every precious Living thing.

Then softly speak,
and fill the voids
with Love.
And one day,
ALL thoughts will be
overflowing,
with Love for
YOU,
and for everyone,
and every
precious Living thing.
Eternity
lies enfolded within
a Sacred
sigh
of relief,
knowing your child
is safe,
within the sound of your voice,
and joyfully living
between two beats
of your Heart,
the one past
and the one
to be.

Eternity

not knowing,
and knowing,

ADHD diets
haven’t been researched a lot. Data is limited and results are mixed. Many health experts, though, think that what you eat and drink may play a role in helping symptoms.

One expert, Richard Sogn, MD, says that whatever is good for the brain is likely to be good for ADHD. You may want to eat:

A high-protein diet. Beans, cheese, eggs, meat, and nuts can be good sources of protein. Eat these kinds of foods in the morning and for after-school snacks. It may help improve concentration.

Fewer simple carbohydrates. Cut down on how many of these you eat: candy, corn syrup, honey, sugar, products made from white flour, white rice, and potatoes without the skins.

More complex carbohydrates. These are the good guys. Load up on vegetables and some fruits, including oranges, tangerines, pears, grapefruit, apples, and kiwi. Eat this type of food in the evening and it may help you sleep.

More omega-3 fatty acids. You can find these in tuna, salmon, and other cold-water white fish. Walnuts, Brazil nuts, and olive and canola oil are other foods with these in them. You could also take an omega-3 fatty acid supplement. The FDA approved an omega compound called Vayarin as part of an ADHD management strategy.
