The Hidden Boundaries of Our Lives / Long Before We Met / School Calendar 2020-21

“Come with me;
where we go we don’t need roads,

where we stop nobody knows:
For yesterday’s memories, today’s Love,
and tomorrow’s Dreams,
just close your eyes…..”
Movie: Legend
Music by Enya, Song of the Sandman

We have never
lost the way.
The Love in our Hearts
may be hidden,
but it will always
stay.

Love
is the only Light
we Forever see,
the only Light
to show us
the Way,
the way to Live,
the way to a reason
to cry,
the way to never
give up,
never deny,
the Beauty
of God’s Love for you,
for YOUR
precious Life.

Let us try
again
to Live another
day.
God’s Love Is Truly Alive
and will never
die.

In the Eye
of Time
Love
will always abide.

If pain has riddled your Heart
for so long
that Happiness feels unattainable,
if you are left with wounds unseen,
with tears
and fears
for so many years
they may never seem
to heal,
please Believe
in the One
who knows your name.

Love
is just a state
of Mind,
but
it is the Mind of
God.

Happiness lies beyond the clouds,
the Celestial Sphere
above the skies,
in your smiles,
in your eyes,
in the Hidden Boundaries
of Our Lives.
.
My Dear Friends,
the most fruitful and fertilizing rains
come with the darkest clouds.

One can indeed see and feel
the leaves of Autumn
falling all around,
as our tears also fall
toward the ground.

Please remember,
God made you
with Love and deep passion.
A magical combination
of Prayer and meditation,
of music and the Beautiful Nature
that abounds all around,
relieves you from stress
and makes you
a happier person.
There is a way
for you to Journey on.

                                  Beyond the clouds.

Life
somehow melts into a myriad
of colors and flavors
and memories
and sounds.
.
What we hear
are Melodies formed
from the notes,
shaped by the words
and the thoughts we share.
We remember
the ones that say,
“I care”.

Goodnight.

How to Live in the Mystery of Life and Love It / Coping With The Fear / No School Until May 4

Dedicated
with all my Love
to the precious memory of
Eugene R. Retz.

I have a Family Heritage
I am very Proud of.
.
My Uncle,
Eugene R. Retz,
fought in the Battle of Bulge.
He was captured by German forces
and spent over a year
as a prisoner of war.
He truly suffered from the experience
his entire Life
from coming close to death
by starvation.

He was
as Kind and Loving
and Compassionate
a Man
as I have ever met.

His precious Life
epitomized
Courage
Dedication
and
Love.
.
“I recall when Gene was released from prisoner of war.
I believe it was close to Christmas time
and I was a young boy of about 8 years old.
I had just received an electric American Flyer train for Christmas.
On several occasions, Gene would come over to my home
and he and I would play (to my Joy) with the electric train.
At that time, I knew him only
as gentle and seemingly frail.”

“The great Beauty of Life
is its Mystery,

the inability to know
what course our Life will take,

and diligently work to transmute
into our final form,

based upon a Lifetime of constant discovery
and enterprising effort.
Accepting
the unknown and unknowable

eliminates regret.”
K. J. Oldster

My Dear Friends,
no matter how much we learn
about ourselves and our complexities
and that of other Beautiful Living Creations,
scientists have not answered
the truly important question

What is Life?

There are times
when we feel as though
we have lived many Lives,
been to the heights and depths
of Mountains and Valleys,
and never known rest,
never become aware
of the Gifts of so many years,
of the beating Hearts
of so many precious Lives.

My Friends,
we must Live by Faith
to possess all that is truly ours,
ALL
that God has gifted
to us.

“We live by Faith,
not by sight.”
2 Corinthians 5:7

God
controls the whole vastness
of the great Mysteries
of ALL things.

He Abides
with every beat of every Heart,
with every up-lifted cry
of our pleading voice,
with the crash of our fragile emotions,
and with the whirl of the wind
across the shifting sands
of Time.

“Why
do we resist the Mystery
that change brings?

When we get too rigid and inflexible,
rigor mortise of the Soul
sets in.”

Dennis Merritt Jones

There is so much more to Life, than Living.

If
you find yourself exhausted
from the cares and worries
of this Life,
close your tired eyes,
sit motionless for a few moments

and breathe deeply.
Immerse yourself
in a conversation
with your Heavenly Father,
in Prayer.
Go outside of the artificial constructions
of Human Kind.
Go into the Beautiful Cathedral of God,
into His Natural World
of the Great and Vast
Garden of Living Treasures.

Become intensely aware
of all of the Beautiful Life around you,
the breathing leaves
of His Beautiful whispering Trees,
the singing and chattering of Joyful birds,
of the Vibrant Living Earth,
of the Moment
and the Mystery.

There is
so much more
to Life,
than Living.

Speak
to the Majesty
of this Moment
in the Language of the Heart.

Pray
and give Thanks
for the bountiful and Beautiful
Life
we cannot even define.

The power of awareness
  plows a deep furrow
into the Human Heart.

“To one who has Faith,
no explanation is necessary.
To one without Faith,
no explanation is possible.”
Thomas Aquinas

As our tears purify the Heart
and give us understanding,
they unite
with Hearts joined
in ever searching
for Love.

                           Garden of Living Treasures

“Who can say when the roads meet
That Love might be in your Heart.
And who can say when the day sleeps
If the night keeps all your Heart.

Who can say if your love grows
As your heart chose
– Only time.
And who can say where the road goes
Where the day flows,
only time.
Who knows?
Only time.”

Enya
.
Your smiles join you
to God’s Ecstasy.
And our tears unite us
with Hearts joined in misery.

Beyond this day
appears the Dawn of
Hope.

The Power
of God’s Everlasting Love
is sown deep
into the Human Heart.
It resides
in the valleys
of our fears.
For we are
His deeply Loved
Children.

“We,
by Nature,
don’t want to have to Trust a God
we cannot see or understand,
we are happiest when,
having Trusted Him,
we have found Him Trustworthy.
Doing so at the time
may have seemed imprudent,
but in retrospect
seems at once sage and courageous.”
Seth Barnes

The River of Life
will flow from this Day
into Tomorrow,
and turn our fears and our sorrow
into Joy and laughter.

Such is the Power

of Love.

This moment
is always given to us
to be a redefining moment,
when we may look more deeply
into the Mystery of Life
  and learn how to become
fully aware
of where we are
and what we are doing.

We stand before
an open door
in this and every moment
God grants to us.

Let us open every door
  and step into
a deeper awareness
of God’s Love
for us.

We truly are
Blessed.

We are Truly Loved
by God.
.
Let us share
His Love.

Goodnight.

Coping with the Fear

The news has petrified us about the possibilities. Here’s how to cope.

Posted Mar 09, 2020 in Psychology Today

Confronting fear leads to a sense of accomplishment and a sense of empowerment, and allows us to feel a little more control over situations. The point of this blog post is not to provide a rationale for fear, but rather to suggest ways in which we can balance our fear by maintaining a sense of well-being during these types of challenging times. Try these self-care tips in the wake of fear:

  • Maintain a calm state of self-awareness and limit the amount of time you watch or listen to the news. It’s important to know what’s going on in the world, but you also need to know when to turn off the TV or stop reading the news and maintain a sense of balance. Tell yourself that being fearful might be causing some chaos in your life.
    .
  • Connect with others. Try to interact with positive-thinking individuals and those who have a good influence on you. These individuals can be friends or even a therapist. Listen to your heart and determine who resonates with your worldview. Studies have shown that loneliness can lead to the stress response, so try not to isolate yourself. With the most recent orders for “Safety in Place,” and lockdown, connecting via email, phone and letter writing is very important to minimize the chance of loneliness.
    .
  • Reduce stress. When stressed, cortisol production is increased. Cortisol helps fight inflammation in the body, but when it’s constantly secreted, then it’s less effective in fighting inflammation and disease. To reduce stress in your life, try maintaining a regular meditation practice, practicing yoga, and incorporating proper breathing techniques into your daily routine.
    .
  • Use humor, which is an excellent way to temper fear. It also helps keep things light and not so intense.
    .
  • Build your immunity. Those with strong immune systems minimize their chances of getting sick, so get proper exercise, eat well, and take the necessary supplements. Also, research has shown that those who get at least seven hours of sleep a night have more resistance to viruses, and thus have fewer side effects.
    .
  • Eat healthy foods. Try to avoid processed foods and sweeteners. Some foods that can contribute to your overall health include citrus fruits, red bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, ginger, spinach, almonds, yogurt, green tea, papaya, kiwi, poultry, sunflower seeds, and shellfish. Also, remember to stay hydrated and minimize alcohol consumption.
    .
  • Practice gratitude. When you’re feeling fearful, try replacing that emotion with an appreciation for all the good in your life. Even when under lockdown, it’s important to be grateful for having a roof over your head and some food in your refrigerator.
    .
  • Maintain a journaling practice. Journaling is a safe place where you can vent about your fears and frustrations. Sometimes writing can help you work through what’s bothering you. It can help you get out of the rabbit hole of negativity about how “awful” everything is. Gratitude journaling is also a powerful practice.
    .
  • Take up a hobby (or more than one). Think about what brings you peace of mind and also gives you pleasure, whether it’s golf, tennis, crafts, games, art, music, writing, or watching movies. Also, reading a good book can open your mind to new ideas and thought processes – especially inspirational memoirs and novels. There are many things you can do in the solitude of your home.
    .
  • Consider hypnosis. This can help eliminate negative thought patterns and beliefs. (It’s more successful for some than for others.)
    .
  • Practice good hygiene. Use hand sanitizers of proper hand washing techniques when in contact with anyone or anything outside your home. Hand washing is critical for disease prevention and spread, especially before eating and during food preparation. It’s important to wash for at least 20 seconds. Cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing, and if you do have to cough or sneeze, do so into the inside of your elbow. In general, viruses can live on surfaces for at least 24 hours, so viruses can be easily passed among family members. Make sure to frequently wipe down surfaces.

In summary,
accept the fact that this strain of coronavirus is part of our existence now and the numbers seem to be increasing by the minute. This virus is very contagious and it’s symptoms more serious than many in the past. While dealing with the difficulties of this time, It’s important to affirm the positive and remember what is good and powerful in our lives. Surrendering can bring about a sense of peace and calm; and in doing so, we’re empowering ourselves and not allowing fear to control us.

The Greatest Reveal of All / Consciousness Lives In Quantum State After Death / Sept. 3 (Tuesday) is the First Day of Fall Semester

We are all drawn to the Miraculous.
Oh,
if only we knew.
The Greatest of all Miracles,
is within
me and you.

Life,
given to Life,
forms a Perfect Circle
shaped by fate
in ways we cannot predict
or understand.

We
are so Beautiful and truly Amazing.
Many moments
pass us by in the void
of never being aware,
that WE
were created by
the Beautiful Mind
of God.
And this,
My Friend,
is the Greatest Reveal
of all.

I have watched
the setting Sun
over and over again,
as it brings my Life
back to me,
and takes away
my breath.

And you
may have Life
in all its Splendor,
and in its magnificent Beauty,
in all its True Glory,
restored to you,
in this Life
and the next.

Simply,
be aware.

In the Cathedral of God,
the vast illuminated Sky
is Holy
Mere Words are paltry and weak
to describe infinite Beauty.
Only the Heart
can feel
what God Reveals
on a sunlit evening,
when a fleeting glimpse
of the Beauty of God’s Love
is revealed in this World,
a mere sliver
of His abundant delight
in the Beauty of His Earth.

He delights
in our delight.
He wants us to truly
enjoy
the Bounty of His Love,
and the Beauty of His World,
in the brief moment
we are here.

This Earth
is
a tiny Paradise
in the vast and violent Universe.
Mankind
has been given the opportunity
to live in this Paradise
on Earth.

My Dear Friends,
we have the power
to sustain Life
and allow the creation of our Beautiful World
to benefit every Living Thing.

“One look at Love
and you may see,
it weaves a web over mystery.
All raveled treads can rend apart,
for Hope has a place
in a Lovers Heart.”

– by Enya

Our Human consciousness
can change things
for the benefit of
all.

Our material World,
is temporary and fleeting.
But
God’s Love is Eternal.
It lives within
YOU.
And there
it shall
always abide.
.

To keep Peace in your Soul
and sustain the Natural Harmony around you,
listen to your precious Heart,
and do not awake
from God’s Dream.

The Holy Word of God
has much to say
about the Beauty and Goodness
of the place
He has given
to call
Home.
.

Whenever the setting Sun
brushes across the Horizon
of His Sky,
in a magnificent mystic myriad
of colors, orange and red and beyond,
and lays down the carpet
for moonlight to spread across
the depths of our delight,
we can experience
the stir our
Souls.

 God
shows us
what is precious.
He allows us
to see the Beautiful Love
for which we can only be
grateful.

Goodnight.

“I see trees of green
and red roses too.
I’ll watch them bloom for me and you.
And I think to myself
What a Wonderful World.
Well, I see skies of blue and I see clouds of white.
And the brightness of day
I like the dark.

And I think to myself
what a Wonderful World.

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
And also on the faces of people passing by.
I see friends shaking hands saying
How do you do?
They’re really saying I,
I Love you.”

Physicists Claim that Consciousness Lives

in Quantum State After Death

The Soul and Quantum Physics

I knew the time would soon come when physicists would tackle the survival after physical life question. This article represents an important early step.  Written by Janey Tracey in June 17, 2014, and published online at Outer Places.

.

Does quantum mechanics predict the existence of a spiritual “soul”? Testimonials from prominent physics researchers from institutions such as Cambridge University, Princeton University, and the Max Planck Institute for Physics in Munich claim that quantum mechanics predicts some version of life after death.” They assert that a person may possess a body-soul duality that is an extension of the wave-particle duality of subatomic particles.

Wave-particle duality, a fundamental concept of quantum mechanics, proposes that elementary particles, such as photons and electrons, possess the properties of both particles and waves. These physicists claim that they can possibly extend this theory to the soul-body dichotomy.
.
If there is a quantum code for all things, living and dead, then there is an existence after death (speaking in purely physical terms). Dr. Hans-Peter Dürr, former head of the Max Planck Institute for Physics in Munich, posits that, just as a particle “writes” all of its information on its wave function, the brain is the tangible “floppy disk” on which we save our data, and this data is then “uploaded” into the spiritual quantum field. Continuing with this analogy, when we die the body, or the physical disk, is gone, but our consciousness, or the data on the computer, lives on.

“What we consider the here and now, this world, it is actually just the material level that is comprehensible. The beyond is an infinite reality that is much bigger. Which this world is rooted in. In this way, our lives in this plane of existence are encompassed, surrounded, by the afterworld already. The body dies but the spiritual quantum field continues. In this way, I am immortal,” says Dürr.

Dr. Christian Hellwig of the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen, found evidence that information in our central nervous system is phase encoded, a type of coding that allows multiple pieces of data to occupy the same time. He said, “Our thoughts, our will, our consciousness and our feelings show properties that could be referred to as Spiritual properties.
.
No direct interaction with the known fundamental forces of natural science, such as gravitation, electromagnetic forces, etc. can be detected in the spiritual. On the other hand, however, these spiritual properties correspond exactly to the characteristics that distinguish the extremely puzzling and wondrous phenomena in the quantum world.”

Physicist Professor Robert Jahn of Princeton University concluded that if consciousness can exchange information in both directions with the physical environment, then it can be attributed with the same “molecular binding potential” as physical objects, meaning that it must also follow the tenets of quantum mechanics. Quantum physicist David Bohm, a student and friend of Albert Einstein, was of a similar opinion. He stated, “The results of modern natural sciences only make sense if we assume an inner, uniform, transcendent reality that is based on all external data and facts. The very depth of human consciousness is one of them.”

God Counts Every Tear / Processed Meat Linked To Breast Cancer / Friday: At School (Shakespeare Play Preparation)

Dedicated
to our wonderful friend
Dr. Bruce Rodgers.
It is an Honor
to recognize the dedication
and sacrifice
to our Nation
of Dr. Rodgers.
He is
a man much to be
admired.
We Love You!

Through all the years,
and all the tears,
somehow,
compassion survives.

It lives
through the pain
and the fear and frustration
of Life,
sometimes without our knowing
all the
LOVE that exists.

“There is no fear in Love.
But perfect Love
drives out fear.”
1 John 4:18

There may be
no seeming escape,
trapped within our perpetual youth.
We may simply not see,
that God
counts every tear.

Into
the rising darkness,
Pray to God
to let us
see,
as into the slipstream
of Ultimate
Reality,
we encounter
WE.
In the sheer sweep
of destiny,
we may view our
Divinity,
by the Grace of God,
who answers
our Prayer.

We
are so unaware
of other dimensions,
perceived as they are
from narrowly defined
parameters
of what is,
of what can
be.

The Whole of our Being
is defined
by only me
or we,

illusory as it may
be.
But none of these Worlds
is really
our World.

“As you continue
to send out Love,
the energy returns to you
in a regenerating spiral.
As Love accumulates,
it keeps your system in balance
and Harmony.
Love is the tool.
And more Love
is the end product.”
 Sara Paddison

As we navigate
the tumultuous storms
of Life,
we can perceive
a far deeper,
more synoptical view
of all that transpires.

None of these Worlds is really our World.

Through the
dark,
we CAN see
Love shine.
We CAN
savor, and Love in the delight
of the View,
written
in your eyes,
spoken with your
smiles,
in a World
filled with surprise.

My Dear Friends,
your precious Heart
was never empty.
It has always
been filled with
LOVE,
the abundant Love
of God.

“Come with me;
where we go we don’t need roads,
where we stop nobody knows:
For yesterday’s memories,
today’s Love, and tomorrow’s dreams,
just close your eyes…..”
Music by Enya, Roma Ryan and Nicky Ryan
play song

We Human Beings
have achieved the truly
remarkable.
Our progress
across a vast Ocean
of ideas,
compounds itself
with every passing day.
But in the vast arc of cognition,
our real accomplishments may arise
from the smallest spark
of Love,
rising from the fiery sea
of Time.

But,
what is perceived

can endanger the Peace
of our fragile
and very Human
Hearts.

Never letting go
is a definition
of existence.

But,
Time will not remain
and the days
of our precious Lives
will never remain
the same.

As our Worlds
collide
into the rising day,
I Pray
that we may
be aware
that our consciousness
has the potential
to change our Worlds,
yours and mine
.
For the Soul
can sink into
a rising darkness.

We live in a World
filled with distrust.
Trust must be earned
and seems to be
in short supply.

Solomon,
the King and author of
Proverbs,
knew that trust must be
where we start.
.

“Trust in the LORD
with all your Heart
and lean not
on your own understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5

And let us never
forget,
God counts every tear.

Goodnight.

Processed meat ‘linked to breast cancer’

By Alex Therrien Health reporter, BBC News

Regularly eating foods like bacon and sausages may raise the risk of breast cancer, according to researchers.

A review of studies found women who ate high levels of processed meat had a 9% increased risk of the cancer compared with those who ate little of it.

The study backs up previous findings of the World Health Organization, which says processed meats cause cancer.

Experts recommend caution about the findings and say the actual risk for individual women is “very small”.

How reliable are the findings?

This review, which included data on more than a million women, shows a link between processed meat consumption and breast cancer risk, but it’s not clear if the food is actually causing this.

There are also other pitfalls to consider.

The 15 studies used in the analysis had different definitions of the highest consumptions.

For example, one of the UK studies in the review classed high consumption as more than 9g a day – the equivalent of just two or three rashers a week – while in others it was much higher.

The researchers in the majority of these studies noted what people said they ate and followed them up to see which of them developed breast cancer.

But the problem with this is that people who eat different amounts of processed meat may also have other behaviours that might explain the differences in breast cancer risk, such as being more or less healthy in other ways.

What is the risk?

In the UK about 14 out of every 100 women will get breast cancer at some point in their lives.

That means a 9% increase in risk in this population would be expected to translate into roughly one extra case of cancer in every 100 women.

Cancer Research UK estimates that about 23% of breast cancers are preventable.

It estimates that about 8% of cases are caused by being overweight and obese and another 8% by alcohol.

Authors of this study, published in the International Journal of Cancer, say the link they found is only for processed meat, not red meat.

The WHO lists processed meat as carcinogenic, primarily because of evidence linking it to a raised risk of bowel cancer, while it says red meat is “probably carcinogenic”.

What is processed meat?

Processed meat has been modified to either extend its shelf life or change the taste, usually by smoking, curing, or adding salt or preservatives to meat.

This includes bacon, sausages, hot dogs, salami, corned beef, beef jerky and ham.

There are different theories for why it may raise the risk of cancer, including that curing salt may react with protein in the meat to make it carcinogenic.

So should we cut out processed meat?

Lead author Dr Maryam Farvid, of the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health in the US, recommends cutting down on the meat rather than eliminating it.

Currently, the NHS recommends eating no more than 70g of red and processed meat a day.

Dr Gunter Kuhnle, associate professor in nutrition and health at the University of Reading, who was not involved in the study, said it was “questionable” whether people should lower their red and processed meat consumption on the back of this study.

He said the actual risk posed by processed meats was “very small” for the individual and more relevant on a population-wide level.

However, he said the study’s findings should be followed up to investigate the links between processed meat and cancer and see whether the associated risk could be reduced, for example through new food production methods.
