The Most Beautiful Of All Things / This Week: Spring Break

Only the rarest have the courage
to be the most Beautiful of all things –
themselves.
But,
who are we?

“What exists is out of reach
and very deep.

Who can fathom it?
Ecclesiastes 7-24

The fact that Human Beings
are a speck of dust on a tiny planet
in a regular galaxy and in a Universe of countless Galaxies,
can lead us to the illusion
of Humans being a small and insignificant Creation.
But our Spirit and our Soul and our Mind
is unlimited by the grandeur
of our God given
insight and imagination.

O, the depth of the riches of the Wisdom and Knowledge of God.

Researchers have now established
something new about Quantum Entanglement,
one of the central principles of quantum physics,
where objects separated by great distance
can instantaneously affect each other’s behavior.

Although it is highly misunderstood,
and shall remain so,
you can meet someone who can physically feel
what you are feeling.
Such is Love.

We love to explore the ways in which all of us are connected
– more literally than we can ever realize.

Yes,
My Dear Friends,
we are Truly one,
and one with
God.

“Be Thou my Vision, O Lord of my Heart.
Naught be all else to me, save that Thou art
Thou my best Thought, by day or by night Waking or sleeping,
Thy presence my Light
Be Thou my Wisdom,
and Thou my true Word
I ever with Thee and Thou with me,
Lord Thou my Great Father, I Thy true son
Thou in me dwelling,
and I with Thee
one.”
8th century Irish hymn

We are all subject to the same laws of Nature,
much of which we know virtually nothing about.
But, we are learning more and more.
It now appears to some physicists
that an
expanding fourth dimension
gives rise to non-local phenomena and quantum entanglement,
as the expanding fourth dimension
means that two events separated in the three spatial dimensions
can yet appear to be at the exact same place
in the fourth dimension.

Using 186,282.397 miles per second for the speed of light, we can calculate that the milky way galaxy is roughly 587,784,644,235,761,200 (about 600 quadrillion) miles wide. Astronomers have found that the universe contains at least 2 trillion Galaxies, ten times more than previously thought. Current astronomical technology allows us to study just 10% of these galaxies, and the remaining 90% will be only seen once bigger and better telescopes are developed. It is probable that the number of Galaxies is infinite.                   “O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made, I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder. Thy power throughout the Universe displayed. Then sings my Soul, my Savior God, to Thee. How great Thou art, how great Thou art.”

The time measured on your watch
– the ticking seconds –
is not the fourth dimension,
but a phenomenon that emerges
because the fourth dimension is expanding
relative to the three spatial dimensions.

Because time is an emergent, moving phenomenon
resulting from the fourth dimension expanding
relative to the three spatial dimensions,
the diverse phenomena of relativity, quantum mechanics,
and statistical mechanics are accounted for.

A balloon analogy,
(i.e. the direction which is perpendicular to the balloon’s surface
and which allows us to see the balloon’s curvature)
is the equivalent of the FOURTH expanding dimension
in our Universe.

And I set my mind to seek and explore by wisdom
all that is done under Heaven.
What a heavy burden God has laid
on the sons of men,
to keep them occupied!”

Ecclesiastes 1:13

Time
has a definitive arrow because
the fourth dimension is expanding
relative to the three spatial dimensions.

The expansion distributes locality into nonlocality,
so that even as two photons travel apart from a common origin,
they yet remain entangled
as they share a common locality
exalted by the fourth expanding dimension.

This Moving Dimensions Theory
answers the question of why we cannot travel back in time,
why we cannot find our way back to yesterday.
Time is a phenomena that emerges
because the fourth dimension is expanding relative
to everything else.

Theory is all the more impressive
if it aligns with the greater simplicity of its premise.
The more different kinds of things it relates to,
– quantum mechanics, relativity, time’s arrow, entanglement,
non-locality, the second law of thermodynamics,
– the more extended is its area of applicability.

The Omniscience of God suffers apparent paradoxes due to the limitations of the Human mind.

Entanglement could be ‘recycled’
to increase the efficiency of connections.
As reported in the journal Physical Review Letters,
the result could take us one step closer to
teleportation in the future.

Interestingly,
Einstein believed that the quantum description of nature
was accurate with respect to what could be observed.
He thought that entanglement suggested the existence
of hidden “elements of reality”
that quantum math did not account for.

God’s Ways are
Mysterious.

“When I applied my mind to know Wisdom and to observe the activity that one does on the Earth
– though his eyes do not see sleep day or night –
I saw every work of God,
and that a man is unable to comprehend
the work that is done under the sun.
Despite his efforts to search it out,
he cannot find its meaning;
even if the wise man claims to know,
he is unable to comprehend.

Ecclesiastes 16-17

My Friends,
there is more to reality than the observable Universe.
There is far, far more

than we can ever comprehend.
There are things fundamental to reality hiding in plain sight.
String theory states there must be at least 10 dimensions of space
plus one dimension for time.
But there are probably more, many more,
and are just as real, if not more real,
than the dimensions we can see.
These dimensions are intertwined so tightly
and too small for us to notice.
And
some dimensions may be
dimensions within dimensions.

Yes,
we know of 11 space dimensions.
But how many dimensions exist?
Some physicists say 26 dimensions,
consistent with interpreting the strings
as the degrees of freedom
of the World Lines of the
Many-Worlds Quantum Theory.
That’s the number according to
Bosonic string theory.

To be filled with the fullness of God is dependent upon our comprehension of the “dimensionsof God’s love.
God is not restricted in time and space as man is.
God exists in dimensions greater than our time and space,
His “time” beyond dimensions,
which may explain the seeming “paradox”
of predestination vs. free will.

Spatial descriptions do not apply to Him.
God is pre-existent, Eternal, with no beginning and no end.
(Revelation 22:13).
He is existence,
and without Him
nothing else can exist.

Please reflect on the reality
of God’s Infinite Love
for all Humanity.
His Love
encompasses all dimensions,
for
God is Love.
(1 John 4:8)

“He has made everything Beautiful in its time.
He has also set Eternity in the Hearts of men,
yet they cannot fathom the work
God has done from beginning to end.

Ecclesiastes 3:11

     He has made everything Beautiful.

One team of scientists
have devised a generalized form of teleportation,
which allows for a wide variety of potential applications
in quantum physics.
Teleportation
may be required to traverse
the unfathomably vast distances
in our Universe.

Once considered impossible,
in 1993 a team of scientists calculated that teleportation
could work in principle
using quantum laws.
Quantum teleportation harnesses the ‘entanglement’ law
to transmit particle-sized bites of information
across potentially vast distances
in an instant.

Yes,
entanglement has been proven to be a very real feature
of our Universe,
and one that has extraordinary potential
to advance all manner of scientific endeavor.
But now,
we must ask ourselves:
just because we can do something,
should we?

Goodnight.

Eternity In The Human Heart / ADHD Diets / Classes Resume Sept. 5

“He has made everything
Beautiful

in its time.
He has also set Eternity
in the Human Heart.”
– Ecclesiastes 3:11

                                 Beautiful in its time.

The beginning of Life,
and the end of Living,
are like the morning
and evening Sky,
streaked with the Beauty of
Truth.

A Clarion Call
begins
ALL,
and your time
is here.
Wake up
and come alive.

For Earthly Life
is but a vapor,
in the eyes of Eternity.

“A vapor is short-lived.
You see the mist at one moment
and a few minutes later it’s gone.
You see the steam
coming out of your coffee cup

and in just a second,
it disappears into the air.
Life is like that.

YOU,
are the Harmonious Symphony
of God’s Ultimate Expression.
And your fascination
with Life
can turn into Love
for you,
and into the
Joy of Living.

         Fascination with Life.

Don’t deny
the precious moments
you feel.
Even wandering Rainbows
leave a bit
of their color,
just for YOU.
Look for it
in your Heart.

      Sing your name.

And if you listen,
not with the mind,
but with your Sacred
Heart,
the morning Songbird
will sing
your name.
And you will know
the lingering Sunsets
grownups seldom understand,
peer through
the curtains
of pain and sorrow,
as this day ends
with a promise
of Tomorrow.

Hearts in Heaven
beat in time
with yours.
And a song
of Salvation,
by the deliverance
of God,
endures.
Celebration
will be yours,
as the illusions
of this Life
are cast aside,
and YOU
become more Beautiful
and real,
in the next.

                A promise of tomorrow.

When Hearts
deny the brevity
of the moment,
the Light
of a Star,
posing as mine,
passes for
Time.

What an illusion
this Life
can become.

May Life
always bring you
your wishes
upon a Star.

“Because the Holy Spirit of God
is in you,
you are never alone.
You are never hopeless.
You are never powerless.
Because He is in you
and with you wherever you go,
He is never distant.”

Do not deny
every moment you feel.
These moments
are real.

Hearts are hardened
when they
betray such
to each other.

Enjoy Life
at your leisure,
as you happily concede
the mandates of Heaven
lay inscribed
in the Heart,
and in what
you Believe.

Streaked with the Beauty of Truth.

Life
is not an answer,
but many, many
questions.
They lay
between every beat
of every Heart,
as silence shouts
through every night
of never knowing
Love
is the question,
and the answer.

My Dear Friends,
take a few moments
each day
and look deeply
into your Child’s eyes.
Look
until you feel your Child’s
Heart
beating in time
with yours.
Listen intently,
and you can hear
the spaces
between your child’s
thoughts.

    Every precious Living thing.

Then softly speak,
and fill the voids
with Love.
And one day,
ALL thoughts will be
overflowing,
with Love for
YOU,
and for everyone,
and every
precious Living thing.
Eternity
lies enfolded within
a Sacred
sigh
of relief,
knowing your child
is safe,
within the sound of your voice,
and joyfully living
between two beats
of your Heart,
the one past
and the one
to be.

Eternity
lies between
not knowing,
and knowing,
YOU
are
within reach.

Eternity
is in every Moment.

Goodnight.

Love is the question, and the answer.

ADHD diets
haven’t been researched a lot. Data is limited and results are mixed. Many health experts, though, think that what you eat and drink may play a role in helping symptoms.

One expert, Richard Sogn, MD, says that whatever is good for the brain is likely to be good for ADHD. You may want to eat:

A high-protein diet. Beans, cheese, eggs, meat, and nuts can be good sources of protein. Eat these kinds of foods in the morning and for after-school snacks. It may help improve concentration.

Fewer simple carbohydrates. Cut down on how many of these you eat: candy, corn syrup, honey, sugar, products made from white flour, white rice, and potatoes without the skins.

More complex carbohydrates. These are the good guys. Load up on vegetables and some fruits, including oranges, tangerines, pears, grapefruit, apples, and kiwi. Eat this type of food in the evening and it may help you sleep.

More omega-3 fatty acids. You can find these in tuna, salmon, and other cold-water white fish. Walnuts, Brazil nuts, and olive and canola oil are other foods with these in them. You could also take an omega-3 fatty acid supplement. The FDA approved an omega compound called Vayarin as part of an ADHD management strategy.

Pure energy and cosmic flow.

Our Children
are unapologetic
in yearning to know

the Source of all Existence,
the Ultimate Meaning
of Life.

In the process
of helping them to contemplate
the seemingly unfathomable,
we can come to know that
in our Love
for our children,
there is the ultimate meaning
of Life,
there is understanding,
there is Hope for them,
and for all

Mankind.

Our quest
to understand
the Beautiful Abstract Art
that is a Child,
invites you to discover
something about yourself,
and
about the meaning
of Life itself.

It is not easy to comprehend
  our Portraits drawn from Living,
blended as they are
with the illusions of Life.

Our reason for Being
appears
to be open to interpretation.

Our representation on Earth,
in such brevity
as is this one moment,
is as fleeting
as the movement of clouds
across the horizon.

He has made everything Beautiful.

Understanding the Art
that is your Child,
requires a truly open mind,
devoid of Judgement.
When you look at the Living Portrait
of such a precious Gift,
what do you see?

Whirling shapes,
appearing at times
to approach the speed of Light,
seemingly weightless,
colorfully arrayed patterns
in constant motion.

I know.
Children seem to be
that way.

But look closely,
and you will see
in the language of Nature,
and in the Nature of
you precious Child,

a vivacious Love
of Life and Living.

They are one.

The Abstract Art
that is our Lives,
and the Lives of our Children,
is truly splendiferous,
delighting our intellectual and emotional admiration.
But,
this Art
is subject to interpretation,

which doesn’t openly declare
what it is all about.

It draws you in,

it requires you to look,
to inquire,
to listen,

to truly wonder.

My Friend,
you must embark upon a new Journey
to understand this Painting,
this Portraiture of Life,
this precious Child of yours,
and see where it takes you.

The Beautiful Abstract Nature of Life
gives you the freedom
to interact,
to interpret,

to explore,
to truly wonder about the meaning
of the Masterpiece of Living.

is not to stop
the forward motion
of Life.
We are here
to direct,
to point the Way
toward the Will of God,
to Live in Love
and to Love
Life.

“It costs so little
to teach a child to love,
and so much
to teach him to hate.”

– Father Edward Flanagan

We may not realize
that the Beautiful Art we are
emanates from an Artist
with an incomprehensible understanding
and an Abiding Love
of every Creation.

The Beautiful Works of God’s Blessed Creations.

We are perfectly rendered
Portraits.
We are His Children,

gifted with the freedom
to express our own creativity,
unencumbered by the weight
of the will
of anyone other
than ourselves.

“I will praise thee;
for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:
  marvelous are thy works;
and that my soul knoweth right well.”
– Psalms 139:14  (KJV)

 The searching, exploratory motions
and expressions of your child
can be confusing,
even alarming or menacing.

But Art and Life
are about form, shade and tone,
line, texture, pattern, composition
and complex processes.
These qualities describe
what the Art of Life
and the experience of Living
look like
and how we were
Created.

butterflly-on-hand-b

Art and Life are about form, shade and tone.

Life is an exploration.
And meaning
is derived from emotion
and experience.

Do you want to understand
your Child?
Try to compose a story
about the Beautiful sounds
of a songbird,
or a poem
about Love.

The Beautiful Work of Art
you are,
cannot be explained in words.
Your existence
far surpasses the essence of description.
The work of Art that is
all Mankind,
was lifted into higher Spheres
of Creation,
when God breathed His Life
into us.

bird-brazil-b

Allow yourself to be absorbed by the Beautiful Art.

Accept that you are
what you are.
Accept your Child.

The meaning
of your Life
is far, far beyond
what you will ever
comprehend,
and far more Beautiful
than you can ever
behold.

 Let the Will of God
wash over you,
and guide you.

Lift your eyes
and let your Heart

dance in wonder
over His Beautiful Painting,
that is you.

The way God provides
is always
filled with Beauty.

follow the twists and turns
with your Heart,
where ever they lead,
where ever they go.

Allow yourself to be absorbed
by the Beautiful Art
of this Life.

that is Life,
that is your Child,

that is You.
You are the Texture,

the Thought
from a Loving Brushstroke
of God.

What a difference

knowing you are the Living,

And so is
your precious Child.

7 Nutrients You May Be Missing in Your Diet
by Kathleen M. Zelman, MPH, RD, LD

Potassium

Like most Americans, you probably need more of this mineral. It’s good for your blood pressure and may lower your risk for kidney stones and bone loss. Your muscles and nerves need it to work right, too. It’s found naturally in milk, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas, avocados, and legumes.

Magnesium

Spinach is good for you, but do you know why? Along with beans, peas, whole grains, and nuts (especially almonds), it’s a good source of magnesium. Put some or all of these foods on your plate to help prevent disease.

If you have stomach or intestinal problems, type 2 diabetes, or long-term alcohol abuse, or if you’re an older adult, you’re more likely to be short on magnesium

Vitamin A

It supports good vision, healthy immunity, and tissue growth. There are two types of vitamin A: retinol and carotenoids, like beta-carotene. To get more into your diet, focus on orange and yellow fruits and vegetables, like sweet potatoes, carrots, and winter squash. You’ll also get it from spinach and broccoli.

Vitamin D

Your bones, muscles, and nerve fibers all need it. It also helps keep your immune system in its prime.

Your body can make vitamin D when you get enough sunshine. But too much sun is bad for you, so you can also eat foods including salmon, mackerel, and mushrooms exposed to ultraviolet light. Liver, cheese, and egg yolks have small amounts. Milk, some brands of orange juice, and many cereals are fortified with it, too.

Calcium

There’s more to this mineral than healthy teeth and bones. It’s also key for your muscles, including your heart. With potassium and magnesium, it might even help prevent high blood pressure. Dairy is an excellent source. Other foods with calcium include canned salmon, kale, and broccoli. Remember, you need vitamin D for your body to absorb calcium.

Vitamin C

This vitamin, found in many fruits and vegetables, boosts the growth of bone and tissue. It’s an antioxidant, too, so it might also help protect your cells from damage.

Fiber

You can get loads of benefits from whole grains, beans, and veggies and fruits. A high-fiber diet can help lower your cholesterol and keeps you regular. Plus, it might lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. Extra fiber is great if you want to lose a few pounds: It fills you up, so you eat less.

But wherever we are,

We are here
but a single fleeting moment,
like a drop of dew

never to stay.
Life

cast into the illusion
of a night and a day.

Yes,
Life is brief
at best.
But one hundred percent
of the rest of your Life

for you to Love,
to hold in warm embrace,
to share
with God’s Grace.

My wish for you
is that you truly live

every day,
and save
your death,
for the day
you die.

We choose
to truly live

or just exist,
and die a little
each day.

sea-waves-b

Save your death for the day you die.

My Dear Friends,
your mind
is NOT beating
to the rhythm of Life.
It feels not
any emotion.

It is simply
an intermediate
repository
of short term memory,
a biochemical processor
of mere momentary thought,
reflecting upon
Love’s labors lost
and found,
Life Crowned
and made to appear
profound.

Love looks not with the eyes,
but with the mind,
And therefore is winged Cupid

The Beauty and Mystery of Life

You know,
my life is based on a true story,

  and so is yours.
And the truth is:
we have not truly lived
every day.

Life is the Gift
of every single
day.

  If you dwell
in the Beauty and Mystery of Life,
  how could you possibly
be sad,
lonely?

  Love is the aroma of
everything that abides
after a Spring rain,
the softness of the grass
upon which you lie,
the warmth of a sunny day,
the taste of a ripe peach,
whatever God allows
to come your way

Loving deed

to meet someone’s
need.

leaves-b

What is the message of Love?

My friends,
we need not fear
death.
Life is not really lost
on the day
we die.

It is only lost
while we live:
lost in sorrow,
lost in a sigh,
lost
in a precious moment
that passed you by,
lost in the sadness
that made you cry,
lost in what
your tender Heart felt
but did not say,
lost in never
feeling grateful to God
for the Beautiful Gift
of another new
Day.

The shadow’s call will fly away.

Yes,
we die

and not
in a day.

Don’t be living
to die.

Life
is the most exciting
when we Love someone
more than Life,
when we transcend
this moment
of our awareness,
to discover
we are alive inside
the Hopes and Dreams
of someone else,
that Life
is more than living,
it is Dreaming the Dream
that Love
is all there is,
and all
that should ever
be.

Dreaming the Dream that Love is all there is.

When we awake
inside the Heart of another,
we discover
the reason for being –
the Beauty of Love.

We die
day by day,
moment by moment.

Life is lost
wallowing in the poverty

of selfish actions.
It is lost wasting
the precious Gift
of time.

We destroy the Gift
of our Life

each moment it is not
fully lived.

Now,
let us busy ourselves
Giving,
Sharing,
Smiling,
Laughing,
Daring,

Forgiving,
Loving,
and truly Living.

Give Life a chance.
Take a chance
on Love!

Goodnight.

We die moment by moment and not in a day.

“Live as if you were living
a second time,
and as though you had
acted wrongly

the first time.”
– Viktor E. Frankl
