The Fragrance That Endures / The Silence Within

“Silence is as deep as Eternity;
speech,
shallow as time.”

Thomas Carlyle

Love
is the Fragrance
that endures.
It endures
beyond all things.
It lingers
in the air,
with every breath
we breathe,
every word we
share.
It glistens
in your hair.
It murmurs
in your Heart,
and then,
it flairs.

                  There is Time enough.

And sometimes,
Love hides.
It disappears,
but then again,
it is
there.

Love
is a fruit in season at all times,

and within reach of every hand.”
Mother Teresa

My Dear Friends,
we are
Brothers of the Wind,
Sailors
on the Sea of Time,
the Time left
to be.

As familiar
as an old Friend,
is the fragrant air we breathe,
warm and calming.
And in silence,
if to listen we dare,
the Heart will declare
within itself to be,
the cherished Love
we seek to find,
and forever be.

“True Silence
is the rest of the Mind,
and is to the Spirit,
what Sleep is to the Body,
Nourishment and Refreshment.
It is a great Virtue;
it covers Folly, keeps Secrets, avoids Disputes,
and prevents Sin.”
William Penn

As familiar as an old Friend.

Yes,
there is Time
enough to be
reborn.
Time
to be more alive
than ever
before.

I know,
and you know,
with every fiber of our Being,
with every beat of our Heart,
that LOVE is always
the answer.
Love and only Love
heals all wounds,
and will always
be.

Always.

To be possessed
of Love,
is
to be possessed of Life,
and hear the lovely,
peaceful flowing melody
of everything
God wills for
YOU.

As we close our eyes,
in silence and in Love,
we start to see
in Dreams
fluttering past our tired eyes.
And the past is washed away,
as Love cleanses the mind,
and Life
becomes clear,
as we
experience the subtlety
of our Nature.

Life
for many
becomes a sad song,
and at the same time,
can give a smile to your face.
Our desperation
can be Beautifully blended
with our Prayers
and our Hope,
and like a magnificent work of modern art,
become Majestic.

With God,
all
things are possible.

“Recently I met a group of scientists in America who said that the rate of Dalai Lamamental illness in their country was quite high – around 12 percent of the population. It became clear during our discussion that the main cause of depression was not a lack of material necessities, but a deprivation of the affection of others.”
– Dalai Lama

When left alone, we will not survive.

                     The silence within.

One must create
a silence within.

Go deeply within the self
and speak as though
there were a Presence there
that knows.

There is.

“God’s poet is Silence!
His Song is unspoken

And yet so profound, and so loud, and so far,
That it thrills you and fills you
in measures unbroken —

The unceasing Song
of the first morning Star.”

Joaquin Miller,  from “The True Poet”

It is most worthwhile
to commune with the Spirit,
to sense it and feel It.
To approach the Spirit
directly,
the pathway
is through our own
Prayers.

This moment,
when you are pierced to the center
and know beyond knowing
what the center of your Life is,
and it is HIM,
and it is all
you will ever, ever want.”
Margaret Pace

It is time for us to see
who we are?
And there is
good news.
What God wants you to be,
you are.

             We try too hard.

My Friends,
we try too hard.
Stop trying to be yourself
and accept
that you are
yourself.

What is inside you
desperately seeks the manifestation
only you can provide.
In silence,
let it out!

“The most powerful thing you can do
is to be ALIVE.

Alive to your purpose.
Alive to, and fully open and inspired by,
your dreams.
To stop holding back on the truth
within your Heart and Soul.
You have been given a dream, a vision, a Legacy
by Divine Authority.
And it’s time to bring it to Life.
Because dreams aren’t just for dreaming;
they’re for doing.”
Annie S. Anderson

God wants you to be
who you are.
Each day we awake
and begin anew
to find out what Life
is all about.

With God
on our side,
deep inside our Prayers,
we can find
the answer.

Then,
we have finally
arrived.

We are Brothers of the Wind.

When a curtain is pulled back,
that opens up your Heart,
reveals what is Beyond,
what may come to be –

the Archer may pull
the Arrow of your time
and bend the bow back.
But the arrow
moves forward,
to pierce all your Tomorrows,
with all your beautiful
Dreams.

Ever moving,
every One.
And in the way it moves,
Life
goes on.
What lies Beyond
points the way
Home:
to Love
in new dimensions,
to Faith
in the future,
to Pathways
of Salvation,
to Hope
for the Dawn
of a new day,
which surely will come.

Looking back
is far beyond
what need be.
.
Only forward,
My Friend,
can you find Hope,
the comfort of Forgiveness,
and the Everlasting Love of God,
to one day
clearly see.

Goodnight.

“We listen too much to the telephone
and we listen too little to Nature.
The wind is one of my sounds.
A lonely sound, perhaps, but soothing.
Everybody should have
his personal sounds to listen for –
sounds that will make him exhilarated and alive,
or quiet and calm…
As a matter of fact,
one of the greatest sounds of them all –
and to me it is a sound
– is utter, complete
silence.”

André Kostelanetz
