                 Why would you want for more?

If the skies above
ever
echo darkly,
while walking your uneasy mind
toward the Sun
that shines at times,
be aware,
your feet know
where they want you
to go.

The Light of the Sun
is headed your way
and very, very fast,
just over the Horizon
of a new Today
and so many days
past,
but not as fast
as the Love
of your Father
in Heaven Above.
He
is already here.

are a Temple of God
and that the Spirit of God dwells

                                          Echo darkly

With your Love of Life
on fire,
you will never, ever
tire
of the things God
has in Mind
for you to do.
Yes.
The future comes
running.
Just close you eyes
and soon you will be
there.

‘You shall open wide your hand
to your brother, to the needy and to the poor,
in your land.’ “

The pathway forward,
down a road
to ever last,
is never slow,
never fast.

It stops,
while you help
another,
to be better off
than you are.

You move forward
through the precious Life
of someone
other
than you.

“But if anyone has the world’s goods
and sees his brother in need,
yet closes his Heart against him,
how does God’s Love
abide in him?”

If everywhere you went,
you have been there
before,
then its time
to say
goodnight,
and close your eyes
and open your Heart,
to the Dawn’s new
Light,
to act in a new part,
never written
before.

YOU
have ALL the riches
a man or woman can claim,
but you
have not claimed them.
If
you have enough to share,
enough to show
you truly care,
answered in Prayer,
why would you want
for more?

spoke more about giving
than He did Heaven or hell
combined.

Beg
borrow or steal
your share of Love,
Life and Laughter.
For you cannot
take,
what God has bequeathed
in His desire for you,
what you already own.

“He will yet fill your mouth
with LAUGHTER
and your lips
with shouts of JOY.”

      You cannot take what you already own.

Dangers of Exposure
to Light at Night

Sleeping while exposed to light at night
causes a dramatic drop in blood melatonin levels,
setting the stage for growth and proliferation
of breast cancer cells.
The increased breast cancer risk
in female night shift workers
has been postulated to result from
the suppression of pineal melatonin production by
exposure to LIGHT at night.

Tumor growth response to exposure to light
during darkness
is intensity dependent and the Human nocturnal,
circadian melatonin signal
inhibits human breast cancer growth.
This effect is extinguished
by short-term ocular exposure to bright,
white light at night.

An interesting study in Cancer Research
(read more)
provides new information that
might partly explain why this is.

This study provides evidence
that may partly explain why breast cancer
is five times more common (500 %)
in industrialized nations
compared to less developed countries.
It may also explain why visually challenged people
have lower rates of cancer than people
who have no problems with vision.

So my Dear Friends,
don’t be in the dark
about this.
Well, actually,
you do need to be
in the DARK!

You know what I mean.

Let us prevent
needless suffering.
There are so many things
YOU can do,
and to live in deep regret,
need not be one of them.
Spend a few moments
in thoughtful research and study.
And then do
the common sense things.
