Let us be grateful
to those who give us Joy.
They are the gardeners
by whom our Hearts flower.

In this Beautiful and Joyous
month of December,
my Prayer for you,
and your precious Family,
is that you find many Flowers
blooming in your Hearts.

Such feelings
as Joy may bring
will find you
ever nearer to


throw their lonely lights
against a blackened sky.
But blacker than night
are lonely eyes
casting all hope
out into the dark,
eyes without sight,
that never see into
another Soul,
never share Life’s
pleasure and pain,
never truly know
something is dreadfully wrong,
if you never hear
Love’s Eternal song.


My Dear Parents,
cradled by your Loving arms,
your precious child
will never feel closer
to God.

Your child’s Life
without Love,
will never know,
never feel,
the warmth of God’s
never feel the Beat
of His Heart,
you think is yours.

The sweeping hands of time
flow swiftly by,
but can become frozen
by the Dawn’s early Light
of Love,
that remains long buried
but within sight.

Cradled by Loving arms

to be fully lived
must be Loved,
and Blessed
from Above.

“Though I speak with the tongues
of men and of Angels,
but have not Love,
I have become sounding brass
or a clanging cymbal.
And though I have the gift of prophecy,
and understand all mysteries and all knowledge,
and though I have all Faith,
so that I could remove mountains,
but have not Love,

My Dear Friends,
is so much more
than a Blessed Holiday.
Just listen with your Heart,
and you can hear
the Angels sing
of Infinite Love
and the Life it will bring,
in Praise of the Birth
of One who brings
Hope Everlasting,
Compassion and Light
and Love.

Two thousand years ago
Life was often born
of agony’s pain,
manifested in so much

For in truth
the living then
was a lie,
and mankind found despair
in endless supply.
Through the haze
of such bitter oppression and hatred,
replete within the folds
of History,
God did not leave His Children
in the dust of denial

Our Lord
heard the cries deep into the night.
He took mankind by the hand again,
  so we could
learn to laugh again

  and dream,
  and hope again,
to cherish Life
and Love again.

He took mankind by the hand again.

the cries that began
from such agony,
from all mankind’s suffering,
can now be reflect in tears
of Joy.

Cradled by the Loving Arms
of the Child of God,
all Humanity,
were never nearer
to God.
Oh Yes,
Rejoice My Friend,
for now there is
no end,
Life can be ever after,
and Heaven within.


Of all the Gifts
God could bring,
the Greatest Gift
was His Son,
Christ the King.

From dust
were we created.
But through such Love
as we cannot fathom,
our Father in Heaven Above
gave us Life,
gave us His Love.
And in so doing,
revealed to us
the greatest Truth,
that Life and Love
are one,
they are the same.


To find God
is to have His Face
Revealed to You
in Your Heart,
for God Dwells in Man.

and that the Spirit of God

Christmas Day
is celebration
of much more than a day.
For when this precious Baby
opened His Eyes,
the Face of God
was shining upon
all mankind.

High-fiber, cancer-fighting foods

Whole grains: whole-wheat pasta, raisin bran, barley, oatmeal, oat bran muffins, popcorn, brown rice, whole-grain or whole-wheat bread

Fruit: raspberries, apples, pears, strawberries, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, mango, apricots, citrus fruits, dried fruit, prunes, raisins

Legumes: lentils, black beans, split peas, lima beans, baked beans, kidney beans, pinto, chick peas, navy beans, black-eyed peas
Vegetables: broccoli, spinach, dark green leafy vegetables, peas, artichokes, corn, carrots, tomatoes, Brussels sprouts

Simple ways to add more fiber to your diet:
– Use brown rice instead of white rice
– Substitute whole-grain bread for white bread
– Choose a bran muffin over a croissant or pastry
– Snack on popcorn
instead of potato chips
– Eat fresh fruit such as a pear, a banana, or an apple (with the skin)
– Have a baked potato, including the skin, instead of fried potatoes
– Enjoy fresh carrots, celery, or bell peppers with a hummus or salsa, instead of fried chips
Use beans instead of always using ground meat in chili, casseroles, tacos, and even burgers (bean burgers can taste great)
Drink plenty of water. Fiber absorbs water so the more fiber you add to your diet, the more fluids you should drink. Water is also essential for fighting cancer. It stimulates the immune system, removes waste and toxins, and transports nutrients to all of your organs.

                                       Friday Trip: Main Event
Students regard this destination as their number one choice.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     By popular demand we will visit Main Event, 4801 City Lake Blvd. East (817-292-5555) at 10:45 a.m. on FRIDAY, Dec. 16, 2016.  Pick-up will be at 2:30 p.m. At 10:45 a.m. we will spend a few minutes getting our bowling shoes on and getting ready for one hour of bowling (starting at 11:00 a.m.)

Uniform pants with a belt & red monogrammed school shirts and polished shoes are required. PARENTS/GUARDIANS are always invited to participate on our study/fun trips. Students without shirts tucked in, polished shoes, and belts on will not be allowed to participate.

Students are NOT to leave the MAIN EVENT at any time for any reason, including the need to secure a ride, without the knowledge and approval of Dr. or Mrs. Anderson. Students are required to let Dr. Anderson know when your ride has arrived and with whom you are leaving. Please ask your child if this has been done.

ALL STUDENTS & PARENTS/GUARDIANS/FRIENDS/GUESTS are always invited to participate on our trips.

Pick-up will be at the Main Event at 2:30 p.m.  If you arrive late, we will have departed with your child(ren) and will return to school. Please Do NOT drop your child(ren) off early or without Dr. or Mrs. Anderson present. Please let us know if you will be late.
